1.The effects of expressed maternal milk and donor breast milk for feeding preterm infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):119-121,182
When directly breast feeding for preterm infants is not available,a preferred alternative is expressed maternal milk or donor breast milk. The evidences to date indicated that feeding preterm infants with expressed maternal milk and donor breast milk was associated with a slower growth in the early postnatal period, the effects on long-term growth in preterm infants was still unclear.Feeding with expressed maternal milk and donor breast milk could deliver preterm infants a degree of specific components of human milk. The potential benefits of the specific components for preterm infants were associated with promoting neurodevelopment and decreasing the incidence of feeding complications. Before expressed maternal milk and donor breast milk are widely used in clinical practice, further studies are still needed to explore the long-term effects on growth and development in preterm infants.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(24):2188-2190
Thyroid carcinoma is the most common endocrine maligancy, and the worldwide incidence has been rising in recent years. Differentiated thyroid carcinoma is the most common thyroid malignancy, which include thyroid papillary carcinoma and follicular thyroid carcinoma, accounting for about 90 percent of thyroid carcinoma incidence. Currently, surgical treatment, iodine radiotherapy and TSH suppressive therapy are the commonly accepted effective treatments for differentiated thyroid carcinoma, and most patients can be cured. But there are still some patients not sensitive to the general treatments, who have lost the treatment of opportunity. Molecular targeted therapy is an agonistic or suppressive treatment for molecular biology targets of malignant tumor, and currently is a frontier research in the field of malignancy treatment. By retrieving and analyzing the related literature of molecular targeted therapy of thyroid carcinoma through PUBMED in the past 5 years, the article introduced the current status of molecular targeted therapy of thyroid carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
The paper reviews the background and current situation of medical disputes and puts forward the concept of the reaction chain of medical disputes in view of their high occurrence rate and the difficulty in handling them. It discusses the framework, chief content, basic principles and major features of the reaction chain of medical disputes and argues that as a commonly used tool for handling medical disputes, the reaction chain renders it possible to check from the angje of the interests of the patients whether each party involved in the dispute has fulfilled its duties. Intended to improve the professional ethics of the physicians and the quality of medical care and calling on the patients to rebuild their confidence in the physicians, the reaction chain indicates that it is necessary to scientifically analyze the entire process and various influencing factors of medical disputes and bring into play the advantages of integration so as to successfully resolve medical disputes.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2016;49(8):568-572
Objective To detect TCRγ gene rearrangements in skin lesions and peripheral blood of patients with parapsoriasis, and to study their clinical significance. Methods Totally, 20 patients with parapsoriasis were included in this study. BIOMED?2 multiplex PCR was performed to detect TCRγgene rearrangements in lesional skin (n=20)and peripheral blood(n=11)samples from the patients with parapsoriasis. Statistical analysis was performed to assess the relationship of TCRγ gene rearrangements with clinical types of parapsoriasis as well as general information and histopathological manifestations(including non?specific manifestations and atypical manifestations)of patients. Results TCRγ gene rearrangements were positive in lesional skin from 7 of the 20 patients, in peripheral blood from 3 of 11 patients, and in both lesional skin and peripheral blood from 2 patients. Positive TCRγ gene rearrangements in skin lesions were significantly correlated with mycosis fungoides(MF)?related atypical histopatho?logical manifestations(P<0.05), but those in neither skin lesions nor peripheral blood were correlated with gender and age of patients or clinical course and types of parapsoriasis(all P>0.05). During an average follow?up time of 44.85 ± 18.48 months, 1 case progressed into MF, and 2 were cured. Conclusions Positive TCRγgene rearrangements in skin lesions of patients with parapsoriasis may be correlated with MF?related atypical manifestations. The presence of TCRγgene rearrangements and atypical histopathological manifestations may suggest the possibility of progression from parapsoriasis into MF.
