OBJECTIVE:To classify the herbs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.METHODS:Database of 33 commonly used herbs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was established by means of SPSS10.0 software package;and the nature, tastes, meridian attributions and actions of the herbs were collected as variables showing the characteristics of classification, and the names of the herbs served as variables for measurement to proceed Q Cluster in Hierarchical Cluster.RESULTS:When the herbs were classified into 4 groups, the first group included the herbs for promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow, the second the herbs for promoting blood circulation to arrest pain and dissipate tumor, the third the herbs of herbs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and kill pain, the fourth the herbs for severely activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. When the herbs were classified into 5 groups, the fifth group included herbs for activating blood circulation to cure wound. When the herbs were classified into 6 groups, the third one included the herbs for activating blood circulation to exclude wind and the sixth the herbs for activating blood circulation to stanch blood.CONCLUSION:Fuzzy grouping analysis can be applied to classify herbs of different kinds yet with the same efficacy and to classify the same group of herbs according to their drug actions.
2.Influence of digestion time on the primary culture of cardimyocytes
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(6):564-568
Objective Primary myocardial cell culture , as an important technique for in vitro experiment , provides an essen-tial basis for the establishment of models of cardiovascular diseases .This study aimed to investigate the influence of digestion time on primary myocardial cell culture and to find some simple primary culture methods for obtaining myocardial cells with high survival rate , purity, and activity. Methods We used only one collagenase for repeated digestion of myocardial tissue for 8 and 10 minutes, re-spectively , and obtained high-purity cardiomyocytes by differential adhesion and Brdu inhibition .We observed the morphological chan-ges of the cardiomyocytes under the optical microscope , measured their vitality according to the beating frequency in different regions , and counted the living cells after typan blue staining. Finally, we established a model of myocyte hypertrophy for verification of cell activity and compared the cell surface area between the experimental ( angiotensinⅡ) and control ( 10%FBS DMEM [H +] medium ) groups. Results After cultured for 48 hours, the primary cardimyocytes in the 10 min group mostly extended pseudopodia , in-terwoven into a network and gradually forming cell clusters , with obviously powerful beating and contraction .After isolation and purifi-cation, the average survival rate of the cells was >90%, significantly higher in the 10 min group than in the 8 min ([95.4 ±0.8]%vs [93.0 ±0.8]%, P<0.05).The positive expression rate of cardiac α-actin was >95%in both of the groups. After cultured with angiotensinⅡfor 48 hours, the 10 min group showed a significantly increased level of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) (20.8 ±0.67 vs 15.8 ±0.48, P<0.05) and cell surface area ([34.77 ±8.43] μm2 vs [14.11 ±4.29] μm2, P<0.05) as compared with the 8 min group. Conclusion Primary culture of cardimyocytes with 8 min digestion is simple and time-saving, and what is most important , can obtain high-quality cardiomyocytes .
3.Distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae from 2011 to 2013 in a hospital
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(14):2017-2018
Objective The distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumonia isolated from clinical department were ana‐lyzed in this article .It will provide evidence for the clinical rational medication and the control of nosocomial infections .Methods In this hospital ,892 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia isolated from January 2011 to December 2013 were performed a statistical analy‐sis .Results Among all the samples ,the extended spectrumβ‐lactamases(ESBLs) positive Klebsiella pneumoniae accounted for 40 . 92% .The highest detection rate in the all the clinical department is the ICU with a value of 46 .46% .The highest detection rate in the sample is the sputum with a value of 43 .51% .In addition ,the ESBLs positive strains had a trend of multiple drug resistance . The Klebsiella pneumonia was the most sensitive bacteria to imipenem ,meropenem ,piperacillin/tazobactam and cefoperazone/sul‐bactam ,no matter whether they produced ESBLs or not .Conclusion The resistant rate of ESBLs positive strains is higher than that of ESBLs negative strains .It was recommended to the rational use of antibiotics based on the duration of disease and the products with or without ESBLs .Furthermore ,it will be of great importance to reduce the incidence of multiple drug resistance ,and to con‐trol the hospital infection effectively .

Objective To investigate the soldiers' mental health status and its influence factors after sea training. Methods A total of 1 107 military men were evaluated by using the symptom check list 90(SCL 90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) after sea training. Results In this study, except interpersonal sensitivity index, all factorial scores of the military man after training were higher than the norm of normal Chinese. The total scores and some factorial scores, such as obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, panic and paranoid were significantly lower than those of the norm of normal Chinese servicemen. In this group, 230 (20 78%) soldiers had the single factor score higher than 3. The mean factor score of SCL 90 of the solders coming from cities was higher than that of those from rural areas. Scores of the men who served for 1 year were higher than those for 2 years. Correlation analysis of the scores of SCL 90 and EPQ showed more emotional instability, introversion, and fierce emotional reaction resulted in higher score of SCL 90. Conclusion The mental health status of the military men investigated was good. Sea training had almost no influence on them. However, about 20% soldiers had mental health problems resulted from the factors such as higher level of education, coming from cities, short service time, and some personality characteristics.

Objective To explore the effects of intensive health education on psychological stress of outpatients with chronic HBV infection. Methods A convenient sample of 80 patients was selected as the subjects of the study. They were randomly allocated to the control and the intervention group with 40 patients in each group. The intervention group received intensive heath education, which was designed spe-cially by researcher, while the control group just received the routine clinic health education. Demographic Data Recording Form (DDRF) and the Perceived Stress Scale specific to Hepatitis B Patients (PSSH) were used to assess the intervention effect pre-treatment and 3 months after intervention. Results The scores of PSSH were high in two groups before intervention. Compared with the control group, the intensive health education decreased the score of PSSH more significantly in the intervention group. Conclusions The intensive heath education can reduce the psychological stress of the outpatients with chronic HBV infection.
