Objective To investigate the experience of surgical treatment of primary extraperitoneal pelvic neoplasms,in order to improve tumor resection rate and safety. Methods The clinical data of 29 cases of primary extraperitoneal pelvic neoplasms were retrospectively analyzed from 1995 to 2013.To evaluate tumor resection preoperatively by CT,MRI and three dimensional reconstruction (3 d) medical technology,5 cases of preoperative interventional vascular embolization, intraoperative 2 cases in the iliac artery ligation,2 cases of intraoperative temporary blocking abdominal aorta.Intraoperative combined a variety of surgical approach to remove the tumor. Results Twenty-nine cases of patients,11 underwent tumor resection,5 underwent tumor resection and rectum resection plus sigmoid colostomy, the structure of 4 underwent tumor resection and repair damaged + sigmoid colon rectum temporary colostomy,3 underwent tumor resection and bladder partial nephrectomy,4 underwent tumor resection and uterine ovarian resection,2 underwent tumor resection + tail sacral tumor resection.25 patients recover well after the surgery, complications of 4 cases:intestinal obstruction in 2 cases respectively, pelvic abscess in 1 case, lower limb venous thrombosis in 1 case, cured by conservative and interventional therapy. No operative mortality and incidence of complications was 13.8% (4/29).Conclusion Pelvic tumor preoperative imaging evaluation, combined incision and multi-visceral resection, fractional resection and recurrence after resection is the effective examination and treatment.

Objective:
To understand the oral health status and associated factors of preschool children with disabilities in Bengbu City, so as to provide evidence for preventing dental caries in children with disabilities.
Methods:
From September 2021 to March 2022, a total of 405 preschool children with disabilities from two rehabilitation institutions in Bengbu were randomly selected for oral health examination, questionnaire survey and physical examination. The caries prevalence rate among disabled children was analyzed. After grouping based on childrens BMI, the correlation between body mass index (BMI) and dental caries among children was explored. Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis was employed to investigate the factors associated with dental caries occurrence in children.
Results:
The prevalence of dental caries in preschool children with disabilities was 74.07%, with rates of 71.01% for boys and 77.27% for girls. There was a significant difference in caries prevalence between boys and girls aged 5(66.67%,88.24%) (χ2=7.53, P<0.05). There were significant differences in the dmft index among different BMI groups (underweight: 240, normal weight: 606, overweight:30,obese:60,H=35.66,P<0.05). BMI was negatively correlated with dmft(r=-0.50,P<0.01). Frequent tooth brushing (2-3 times daily), the use of fluoride toothpaste, limited intake of sugary foods (< 2 times/d) in the past six months, and exclusively breastfeeding within first six months were negatively correlated with the occurrence of dental caries in disabled children (OR=0.09,0.41,0.24, P<0.05). Sleep forward to eat, parental education level of junior high school or lower, and parental education of vocational school or high school were positively correlated with dental caries (OR=3.18,5.95,3.99,66.95,7.75,P<0.05).
Conclusions
The caries prevalence rate of disabled children in Bengbu City is high and is influenced by multiple factors. It is time to strengthen the oral health training for parents and teachers in educational institutions, pay attention to childrens oral health care, and help disabled children improve their quality of life.

Objective:To develop cluster nursing measures for urinary retention after gynecological tumor radical operation, and explore the prevention methods of urinary retention after gynecological tumor radical operation. Methods:We established a gynecological rehabilitation nursing team, retrieved domestic and foreign literature, conducted a Meta-analysis on the key measures to effectively treat urinary retention, and designed and developed a set of cluster nursing measures for urinary retention after radical gynecological tumor surgery. A controlled trail was conducted in this study. Totally 54 patients treated in the gynecological ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the control group, while another 52 patients treated from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the experimental group. Patients in the control group received routine gynecological nursing, while patients in the experimental group received cluster nursing based on routine nursing. Data were collected using an observation record form, which included observations of patients' practice and limb mobility effects. The execution time and frequency of urinary interruption training, pelvic floor muscle function training, ankle pump exercise and thoraco-abdominal gymnastics, and the reasons for not using them, drinking test at extubation and intermittent clean self catheterization (CISC) . Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 21.0.Results:One out of the 52 patients in the experimental group had urinary retention, accounting for an incidence rate of 1.92%, delayed extubation occurred in 2 cases, with a total complication rate of 5.77% (3/52) ; while 5 out of the 54 patients in the control group had urinary retention, accounting for an incidence rate of 9.26%, delayed extubation occurred in 6 cases, with a total complication rate of 20.37% (11/54) . There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The cluster nursing measures are a combination of multiple effective measures, and the clinical application results have shown that they can effective prevent the occurrence of urinary retention after gynecological tumor radical surgery.
