Objective To observe the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on peripheral blood and tocolysis rate of patients with threatened premature labor.Methods89 cases of patients with threatened premature labor were selected from October 2015 to September 2016 and randomly divided into two groups, research group with 45 cases treated with ritodrine hydrochloride and control group with 44 cases treated with epsom salt.The peripheral blood, extinction time of uterine contraction, extended days of pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal birth weight and tocolysis rate were compared between two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, CRH, NO, PGE2 and IL-8 of control group were obviously higher than research group, the difference was statistically significant (t=10.826,3.839,7.534,8.075,P<0.05).The extinction time of uterine contraction in control group was obviously longer than research group, while extended days of pregnancy and neonatal birth days in research group were obviously longer than control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=4.566,7.855,3.237,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage between two groups (t=0.889,P>0.05).The overall efficacy of tocolysis in control group was 70.5%, while that in research group was 86.7%, which was obviously higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.801,P<0.05).ConclusionRitodrine hydrochloride can effectively control uterine contraction factor in peripheral blood and extend gestational days of patients with threatened premature labor, so as to improve tocolysis rate and birth quality.

Objective To discuss the application effects of fast track surgery treatment in hysterectomy. Methods 120 patients underwent hysterectomy. They were randomly assigned to two groups,namely,fast track sur-gery group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases ). two groups underwent separately fast track surgery mode and tradi-tional mode therapy. To observe the duration of passing flatus, the hospital stay, the aching time, the complication rate after operation between two groups. Results All patients got recovery. The duration of passing flatus(29.2±7.9) h,the aching time 96.7% (58/60)、the hospital stay( 3.9±2.5 )d of fast track surgery group were significantly shorter than the duration of passing flatus (50.3±15.8 ) h 、the aching time 8.3% (5/60)、the hospital stay (6.7±2.8 ) d of control group( allP<0.01 ). there was no severe complication in two groups. Conclusion Fast track surgery treat-ment mode could accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of hysterectomy patients. It shoud be popularized.

Objective To investigate the effect of Propess on cervical collagen remodeling and cervical ripening in full-term pregnancy.Methods 94 cases of mid-term pregnant women enrolled in obstetrics and gynecology of our department from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groupaccording to the random number table method.47 cases of the control group, taking oxytocin intravenous infusion;observation group of 47 cases, taking propess suppository vaginal medication.Labor time, medication to labor time, cervical Bishop score, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal situation of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the Bishop score of the cervix was increased, the total effective rate of cervical ripening was improved, the labor was shortened, the time of medication was shortened, and the delivery rate of vaginal delivery was improved(P<0.05), while the two groups were bleeding, neonatal Apgar score and the incidence of fetal distress were not statistically significant.Conclusion It can promote cervical collagen remodeling, promote cervical ripening, thereby reducing the rate of cesarean sectionwith taking propess in the vaginal.

Objective To investigate the dynamic change of T-lymphocyte subpopulations in the patients with SARS to understand the pathogenesis of SARS,and to find the specific early diagnostic and warning indexes for SARS.Methods T-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood were labelled by specific fluorescein antibodies and examined by flow cytometry in 252 cases of patients with SARS.The relationship between the dynamic change of T-lymphocyte subpopulations and the clinical progression was analyzed.Results The CD 3 +,CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cells,especially CD 4 + T cells decreased at the fist two-week of the disease course and reached to the lowest level at the second week,and began to increase from the third week in all patients.The change pattern of CD 3 +,CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cells in the severe type of SARS was the same as that of the mild type of SARS,but with more serious extent and longer time.The CD 4 + cell amount of the first,second and third weeks in the mild type of SARS was 515?444/?l,421?350/?l and 600?389/?l respectively,and was up to normal level at the fourth week.The CD 4 + cell amount of the first,second,third and fourth weeks in the severe type of SARS was 312?158/?l,255?187/?l,435?343/?l and 539?394/?l respectively,and still lower than normal level at the fourth week.There was a significant difference in the CD 3 +,CD 4 + and CD 8 + cell amount among the different weeks of disease course in both types.NK cell amount also decreased during the course of disease.The CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio did not change much and was within the normal range.Conclusions The decrease of CD 3 +,CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cells is a sensitive index for early diagnosis of SARS.The continuous decrease of them may indicate the severe condition of the patients with SARS.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of N-ras oncogene expression in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML).Methods N-ras oncongene in 10 cases of AML were determined using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results 3/10 cases were the positive expression,the positive rates were 30%;2/3 patients were treated to complete remmision(CR).Their N-ras oncogene change negative,1/3 patients was no remmision(NR),his N-ras oncogene change negative,1/3 patient was no remmision(NR),his N-ras oncogene keeps positive and dead after 4 months.Conclusions Determination of the N-ras oncogene expression in AML has worthy for diagnose and prognosis.

Objective To investigate the correlation of subtypes of the lymphocytes with metabolic syndrome in the aged.Methods 955 aged male and 150 aged female were recruited to a cross-sectional case-control study.CD3+,CD4,CD8+,CD19+,NK cell was measured with flow cytometry.ResultsCD3+,CD19+,NK cells showed no difference in cases and in controls.CD4+/CD8+ ratio declined in subjects with metabolic syndrome,and the ratio declined further with the more criteria.The analysis of multiple analysis regression showed that metabolic syndrome depressed CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the aged.Conclusion Metabolic syndrome was correlated with the disorder of immunity.

Background Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the common complications of diabetes.Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells,as important constituent cells of the retina,play important roles in the development and progression of DR.Objective This study was to investigate the suppressive effects of autophagy inhibitor 3-MA on the proliferation of human retinal pigment epithelium cells (hRPECs) following high glucose culture.Methods HRPECs were divided into control group,high-glucose group and 3-MA+high glucose group.The cells were cultured by the DMEM/F12 with 5 mmol/L glucose in the control group,and by the DMEM/F12 with 5 mmol/L glucose in the high glucose group and by the DMEM/F12 with 10 mmol/L 3-MA (for 1 hour firstly) and 30 mmol/L glucose in the 3-MA+high glucose group.The cells were inoculated into 24-well plate with the content of 1 ×105/well,and then the cells were consecutively cultured for 24 hours with DMEM/F12 containing 0.5％ fetal bovine serum after achieved attached 80％ confluence.The morphology and uhrastructure of the cells were examined by optics microscope and transmission electronic microscope.The proliferative rate of the cells was assayed by CCK-8 kit.The expression of autophagy-related gene microtubule associated protein light chain 3B (LC3B) in the cells was detected by Western blot and LC3B-Ⅱ/LC3B-Ⅰ value was quantitatively evaluated among the groups.Results The cells grew well with uniform size and regulatory arrangement in the control group.The cells in the high glucose group enlarged and the number of cells evidently increased.In the 3-MA+high glucose group,the cells decreased with a disorder arrangement.Under the transmission electron microscope,the cells were normal with the round-or oval-like nucleus and normal organelles in the control group,and autolysosome could be seen in the cells in the high glucose group.In the 3-MA+high glucose group,some autophagic bodies were found.The proliferative rate of the cells was (100.0±2.0) ％,(116.9-±5.2)％ and (103.7 ±4.7)％ in the control group,high glucose group and 3-MA+high glucose group respectively,showing a significant difference among the groups (F =13.526,P =0.006).The proliferative rate was considerably raised in the high glucose group compared with the control group and 3-MA+high glucose group (both at P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in the proliferative rate of the cells between the control group and 3-MA+high glucose group (P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the expressing intensity of LC3B-Ⅰ protein was weakened and that of LC3-Ⅱ protein was enhanced,and the expression intensity of LC3B-Ⅰ and LC3B-Ⅱ proteins in the 3-MA+high glucose group was similar to that in the control group.The LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ ratio was 0.131 ±0.065,2.504±0.097 and 0.274±0.007 in the control group,high glucose group and 3-MA+high glucose group,respectively,with significant differences among the groups (F =1 694.676,P =0.000),and the LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ ratio was increased in the high glucose group in comparison with the control group and the 3-MA+high glucose group (all at P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the LC3B-Ⅱ/LC3B-Ⅰ ratio between the control group and 3-MA + high glucose group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions High glucose culture of hRPECs can activate autophagy process and promote cell proliferation.3-MA,an autophagy inhibitor,suppresses the high glucoseinduced growth of HRPECs by inhibiting autophagy process.

Objective To investigate the status quo of social support and effective disorder nurses perceived in the operating room and analyze the correlation between them. Methods A total of 200 nurses in the operating room of four general hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were enrolled to investigate the social support and the effective disorders using the perceived social support scale (PSSS) and Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS). Results The total scores by PSSS and TAS were (66.08 ± 10.64) and ( 53 . 85 ± 8 . 89 ) , respectively . The scores by PSSS and its dimensions were all negatively correlated with the score by TAS ( r=-0 . 492 , P < 0 . 05 ) . Conclusions The nurse-perceived social support is generally at the medium or above level and their affective disorder at a lower level. The nursing managers should pay attention to the nurses in the operating room, taking corresponding measures to improve their affective disorder and improve the quality of nursing.

OBJECTIVE:To study the new formula of effective components in TCM for anti-allergic rhinitis (AR),and pro-vide reference for developing TCM preparations for anti-AR. METHODS:Using pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (0-13.5 mg/kg), total alkaloid extracts of Aconitum carmichaelii (0-21.18 mg/kg),volatile oil of asari radix (0-0.0092 mL/kg) in Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction as formula objects,uniform design method was used for drug grouping,and multiple regression analysis was con-ducted for the behavioral scores before and after administration,contents of histamine and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in serum of AR guinea pigs to obtain the best formula. Using Xinqin granule,Loratadine tablet,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction respectively as positive control,efficacy of the best formula was verified from aspects of behavioral scores before and after administration,con-tents of histamine and IgE of AR guinea pigs. And the safety of the best formula was preliminarily observed through acute toxicity test in mice. RESULTS:The best formula was as follow as pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 11.25 mg/kg,total alkaloid extracts of A. carmichaelii 21.18 mg/kg,volatile oil of asari radix 0.0045 mL/kg. Compared with each positive drug group,there were no sig-nificant differences in behavioral scores before and after administration in the best formula group(P>0.05). While compared with Xinqin granule group and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction group,histamine content in serum in the best formula group was signifi-cantly reduced (P<0.05);compared with Xinqin granule and Loratadine tablet group,IgE content in serum in the best formula group was significant decreased (P<0.05). Median lethal dose of the best formula was 1822.04 mg/kg. CONCLUSIONS:The screened best formula shows better effect than Xinqin granule and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction in terms of reducing histamine content in serum,better than Loratadine tablet and Xinqin granule in terms of reducing IgE content in serum,with good safety, which indicates the feasibility of TCM effective component formula to a certain degree.
