Although children are susceptible to infectious diseases, the cases of children infected with 2019 Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV)is relatively low, and the proportion of severe illnesses is even lower.The reason is that the 2019-nCoV cell receptor has low binding capacity in children or the induced intracellular response is low, children’s immune system is immature, lymphocyte depletion and inflammatory factor storms are rare in children, and China′s strict prevention and control measures have kept children away from 2019-nCoV.

Objective To investigate the effect of Propess on cervical collagen remodeling and cervical ripening in full-term pregnancy.Methods 94 cases of mid-term pregnant women enrolled in obstetrics and gynecology of our department from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groupaccording to the random number table method.47 cases of the control group, taking oxytocin intravenous infusion;observation group of 47 cases, taking propess suppository vaginal medication.Labor time, medication to labor time, cervical Bishop score, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal situation of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the Bishop score of the cervix was increased, the total effective rate of cervical ripening was improved, the labor was shortened, the time of medication was shortened, and the delivery rate of vaginal delivery was improved(P<0.05), while the two groups were bleeding, neonatal Apgar score and the incidence of fetal distress were not statistically significant.Conclusion It can promote cervical collagen remodeling, promote cervical ripening, thereby reducing the rate of cesarean sectionwith taking propess in the vaginal.

Objective To analyze the prognosis of people with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) after 10 years follow-up. Methods 30 patients with IGT, screened out in 1995 census, were intervened with medication and the change of life style for ten years. Results There were 7 cases (23.3%) in 30 patients with IGT were developed into DM and 13 cases (43.3%) were still IGT, others (10 cases, 33.3%) were reverted to NGT. In the beginning of the study, the means of TG and HBCI in DM turnover group were significantly higher than those of IGT and NGT turnover group (P0.05). Objective To observe the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on peripheral blood and tocolysis rate of patients with threatened premature labor.Methods89 cases of patients with threatened premature labor were selected from October 2015 to September 2016 and randomly divided into two groups, research group with 45 cases treated with ritodrine hydrochloride and control group with 44 cases treated with epsom salt.The peripheral blood, extinction time of uterine contraction, extended days of pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal birth weight and tocolysis rate were compared between two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, CRH, NO, PGE2 and IL-8 of control group were obviously higher than research group, the difference was statistically significant (t=10.826,3.839,7.534,8.075,P<0.05).The extinction time of uterine contraction in control group was obviously longer than research group, while extended days of pregnancy and neonatal birth days in research group were obviously longer than control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=4.566,7.855,3.237,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage between two groups (t=0.889,P>0.05).The overall efficacy of tocolysis in control group was 70.5%, while that in research group was 86.7%, which was obviously higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.801,P<0.05).ConclusionRitodrine hydrochloride can effectively control uterine contraction factor in peripheral blood and extend gestational days of patients with threatened premature labor, so as to improve tocolysis rate and birth quality.

Objective To compare the body composition of diabetic and healthy subjects and to investigate the correlation between obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Body composition was analyzed in 80 type 2 diabetic patients (diabetes group) and 80 healthy subjects (control group) selected at random.They were measured for body fat mass,visceral fat area,sketedtal muscle mass,waist-hip ratio,the content of protein and mineral,etc.The blood glucose,blood fat,insulin resistance index (Homa-IR) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were also measured.Results The means of body fat mass((19.68 ± 6.78)kg),percent body fat ((29.87 ± 8.04) ％),obesity degree ((115.93 ± 15.94) ％),visceral fat area ((104.48 ± 36.19) cm2),Body mass index(BMI) ((24.85 ± 3.51) kg/m2),chest circumference ((94.06 ±7.86) cm),waist circumference ((85.18 ± 9.50) cm) and waist-hip ratio (0.90 ± 0.05) were significantly higher than the means of healthy subjects'weight control ((-4.08 ± 6.79) kg),body fat mass ((17.31 ± 5.55)kg),percent body fat ((27.38 ± 6.47)％),obesity degree((108.88 ± 13.80)％),visceral fat area ((85.44 ±44.04) cm2),BMI ((23.43 ± 3.10) kg/m2),chest circumference ((91.11 ± 7.52) cm),waist circumference ((80.79±8.17) cm) and waist-hip ratio (0.86 ± 0.05) (t=2.55,2.30,3.12,2.86,2.73,2.28,3.12 and 4.76 respectively;P ＜0.05),body mass control ((-7.01 ± 7.49) kg),obesity control ((-8.53 ± 6.66)kg),muscles control((1.52 ± 1.43) kg) were lower than control group:the body mass control((-4.08 ±6.79) kg),obesity control ((-6.39 ± 5.78) kg),muscles control ((2.31 ± 2.09) kg).The uric acid was negatively related to weight control and obesity control (r =-0.43,-0.42 ; P ＜ 0.01),and were positively related to visceral fat area,percent body fat,waist-hip ratio,BMI,obesity degree,chest circumference,waist circumference and body fat mass (r =0.32,0.31,0.40,0.36,0.36,0.31,0.42,0.42 ; P ＜ 0.05).The triglyceride was negatively related to weight control and obesity control (r =-0.44,-0.41 ;P ＜ 0.01),and were positive related to percent body fat,waist-hip ratio,BMI,obesity degree,chest circumference,waist circumference and body fat mass(r =0.27,0.35,0.46,0.46,0.35,0.42,0.42 ;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The body fat and fat distribution are significantly different between diabetic and healthy subjects.There may be some relationship between central obesity and diabetes.

Objective To investigate the role of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of infertility.Methods 102 patients with infertility treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 102 cases of infertility,there were 57 cases with Pelvic adhesions and tubal obstruction,24 cases with endometriosis,12 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome,4 cases with endometrial polyp,3 cases with hysteromyoma and 2 cases with uterus septum.The first three cases were chronic pelvic inflammatory with salpingemphraxis ( 55.88% ), endometriosis Ⅰ -Ⅱ (23.53% ) and polycystic ovary syndrome (11.76% ).The postoperative pregnancy rate was 41.18%, 3 patients with ectopic pregnancy (7.14%) and 4 spontaneous abortion (9.52%).Conclusion Laparoscopy with hysteroscopy played an important role in treatment of infertility.It was an effective method and worthy to be widely used.

Objective To study the effect of tumor size on the expression of adrenal cholesterol homeostasis mole -cules in H22 hepatoma-bearing mice.Methods Two hundred and twenty mice were injected with H 22 hepatoma cells to their right armpit.On the 11th day after injection, the mice were sorted according to the tumor size .18 mice with large tumor (large tumor group) and 18 mice with small tumor (small tumor group) were sacrificed, and the tumors were weighed.A control group consisting of 18 normal Kunming mice was also included in this study .The plasma TC, TG and HDL-C were detected using total cholesterol , triglycerides or HDL-C assay kits , respectively .The mRNA expressions of Srb1, Ldlr, Npc1, Npc2, Stard3, Hmgcr, Lipe, Acat1, Abca1, Abcg1, Srebp-1c, Lxrα, Lxrβ, Rxrα, Apoa1 and Apoe were tested by real-time quantitative RT-PCR ( qRT-PCR ) , and Gapdh and β-actin were used for normalization .SRB1 and ApoA1 proteins were analyzed by Western blot .Results The tumor weight was significantly higher in the large tumor group than that in the small tumor group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group , the plasma HDL-C was significant-ly decreased in the two hepatoma groups (P<0.05).The expression levels of Srb1, Ldlr, Apoa1 mRNA and SRB1 protein were significantly increased in the large tumor group (P<0.05 for all).The ApoA1 protein level was significantly higher in the large tumor group than that in the small tumor group (P<0.05).The expressions of Acat1, Lipe, Abca1 and Abcg1 mRNA were significantly lower in the large tumor group than those in the small tumor group (P<0.05 for all).However, the expressions of Srebp-1c, Lxrαand RxrαmRNA were not significantly changed , then, Srebp-1c, Lxrβand RxrαmRNA expressions were significantly up-regulated in the small tumor group (P<0.05).The expressions of Hmgcr and Apoe mR-NA were not significantly different in the two groups .Conclusions In hepatoma-bearing mice , due to the adaptation to tumor-induced chronic stress response , the adrenal cortical cells can effectively utilize intracellular cholesterol to synthetize cortical hormones .

Objective To investigate the optimal window level and center level settings in the diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture with 256-slice spiral CT through ROC analysis. Methods Thirty patients with suspected costal cartilage fractures underwent 256-slices chest spirals CT scaning. CT value of costal cartilage was measured by three experienced radiologists. The soft copy images of three kinds of window level and window width (-100 HU/1120 HU, 100 HU/1120 HU, 300 HU/1120 HU) were analyzed independently in PACS with dual-blind method, and the diagnosis results were taken ROC analysis with SPSS 16.0 software. The diagnostic accuracy of three physicians were evaluated and compared according to the area under the ROC curve (Az). Results A total of 8 patients of costal cartilage fractures were confirmed by CT diagnosis combined with clinical follow-up. The mean CT value of 30 patients was (98.78±32.86) HU. The area under the ROC curve with the window level and center level settings of (100 HU/1120 HU) were bigger than that of other window level and window width (P=0.045,P=0.002). Kappa identity test showed that there was a powerful conformability between the diagnostic results of three physicians. Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT is a good way for the diagnosis of costal cartilage fractures with suitable window level and center level settings.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 99Tcm-MIBI scintigraphy for diagnosis of residual thyroid tissue and metastasis in patients with DTC after their first 131I therapy.Methods From February 2010 to March 2014,192 DTC patients (38 males,154 females,average age (43.2±8.6) years) who received total or near-total thyroidectomy and were pathologically diagnosed as DTC (171 papillary and 21 follicular carcinomas) underwent 99Tcm-MIBI scan (average dosage:740-925 MBq) 6 months after their first 131 I therapy.131 I scans was performed 4 d after oral administration of 131I of therapeutic dose (average dosage:5 550-8 140 MBq).Pre-and post-therapeutic images and the serum Tg level (detected before the imagings) were compared and analyzed.Any abnormal uptake of agent found inside or outside the thyroid was regarded as positive result.Patient-based and lesion-based data analysis were performed by x2 test and two-sample t test.Results A total of 191 patients were finally included,of which 65 positive cases were found.The sensitivity of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging was significantly lower than that of 131I imaging(56.9％ (37/ 65) vs 92.3％ (60/65);x2 =14.7,P＜0.01).Among 43 thyroid remnants and 22 metastatic lesions,99Tcm-MIBI imaging detected 39.5％ (17/43) of thyroid remnants and 90.9％ (20/22) of metastases,and those of 131I imaging were 100％ (43/43) and 77.3％ (17/22) respectively.The sensitivity of 131 I imaging in detecting thyroid remnants was significantly higher than that of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging(x2=24.0,P＜0.01).The sensitivities in detecting metastasis were not significantly different (x2=0.57,P＞0.05).The serum Tg level of positive groups (99Tcm-MIBI positive + 131I positive or 131I negative) were significantly higher than that of 99Tcm-MIBI negative + 131I negative group (t =-20.7 and-6.0,both P＜0.01),and that of 99Tcm-MIBI positive + 131I negative group was higher than that of 131I positive + 99Tcm-MIBI negative group(t=-2.7,P＜0.05).Conclusion 99Tcm-MIBI imaging could detect metastasis of DTC patient after first radioiodine therapy,but the value in detecting thyroid remnants is limited.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the plasmid AmpC genes,?-lactamases genes and intⅠgenes in Escherichia coli.METHODS M-H test was performed to detect the antimicrobial susceptibility of 40 strains of E.coli isolated from the clinic.?-Lactamases genes,plasmid AmpC genes and intⅠgenes were detected by PCR methods.RESULTS Forty strains of E.coli were multiple-drug-resistant.The positive rate of genes of TEM,SHV,LEN,CTX-M-1,CTX-M-9,VEB,GES and PER was 55.0%,7.5%,55.0%,12.5%,45.0%,5.0%,45.0% and 35.0%,respectively.The positive rate of plasmid AmpC genes of ACT-1 and DHA was 57.5% and 40.0%,respectively.The positive rate of intⅠgenes was 47.5%.CONCLUSIONS E.coli isolated from the clinic is multiple-drug-resistant and wityh high positive rate of the plasmid AmpC genes,?-lactamases genes and int Ⅰ genes.
