2.Simultaneous Determination of Caffeic Acid,Isoschaftoside and Schaftoside in Xiaoyan Lidan Tablet by RP-HPLC

ABSTARCT OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,isoschaftoside and schafto-side in Xiaoyan lidan tablet. METHODS:RP-HPLC was performed on the column of Phenomenex C18 with mobile phase of metha-nol- 0.1% phsphate acid(gradient elution)at flow rate of 0.8 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 334 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.10-2.81 μg for caffeic acid(r=0.999 9), 0.20-5.63 μg for isoschaftoside(r=0.999 9)and 0.10-2.63 μg for schaftoside(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,stability and repro-ducibility tests were lower than 3%;recoveries were 96.3%-100.4%(RSD=1.59%,n=9),97.3%-101.2%(RSD=1.28%,n=9) and 96.6%-100.6%(RSD=1.39%,n=9),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is sensitive,accurate,reliable and reproduc-ible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,isoschaftoside and schaftoside in Xiaoyan lidan tablet the quality control of Xiaoyan lidan tablet.
3.Early predictor of neurodevelopmental outcome in the high risk infants

One of the challenge of pediatricians at follow -up for high risk babies is how to identify early in-fants who is at risk of neurodevelopment disability and timely intervention,another is to find infants who will not have a neurodevelopment sequel in order to avoid unnecessary excessive intervention as soon as possible.Accurate diagnosis can be achieved through comprehensive analysis by combined with the basic knowledge,neuroimaging and follow -up of neonatal brain injury.
4.The prevention of the hook effect in the automatic biochemistry analyzer by the immune ratio turbidity method

Objective To understand correctly the hook like effect of the immune transmission and transmission turbidity in the automatic biochemical analyzer and the prevention of the hook like effect .Methods First ,it had the function set of measurement linear range of the upper limit of the instrument and the instrument automatic dilution redo ,and then ,had determination of excee‐ding the upper limit of measurement range and artificial dilution before the sample setting .Results The group average value was 2 .49 g/Lbefore the determination setting ,3 .31 g/L after the determination setting ,and 3 .33 g/L artificial dilution determination . Conclusion High dose hook effect makes the strong positive to weak positive samples of measurement by error ,even false negative results ,and high concentration sample makes low value .So the set of samples and dilution to determination of instrument ,measured values are more close to the true value .
5.Observations on the Clinical Efficacy of Thumb-tack Needle Therapy for the Early and Middle Stages of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needle therapy for the early and middle stages of senile knee osteoarthritis.Method Sixty patients were allocated, using a random number table, to observation and control groups, 30 cases each.Thecontrol group took meloxicam tablets7.5 mg once daily and the observation group received thumb-tack needle therapy8 hrs once daily inaddition.Liangqiu(ST34), Xiyangguan(GB33), Neixiyan(Ex-LE4), Dubi(ST35), Yinlingquan(SP9),Yanglingquan(GB34)and Ashipoint were selected forthumb-tack needle therapy.Both groups were treated five times a week for two consecutive weeks.The WOMAC score and the Lysholm score were recorded before and after treatment.Theclinical therapeutic effects were evaluated.Result The total efficacy rate was 93.3% inthe observation group and 80.0% in the control group.It was higher inthe observation group thanin the control group and there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The WOMAC score decreased and the Lysholm score increased in both groups after treatment; there were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences (P<0.05).after treatment, the WOMAC score and the Lysholm score improved more inthe observation group than in the control group; there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Thumb-tack needle therapyhas a definite effect on the early and middle stages of senile knee osteoarthritis.It can relieve the pain and improveknee functionin the patients.
6.The Effect of Several Cykokines to Growth of Mast Cells

Using in vitro cultured mouse bone marrow mast cells as experimental model,effects of sev-eral cytokines to the growth of mast cells were observed.The results show that mSCF can sup-port the growth of long term cultured homogenous mast cells,but cannot stimulate the initiativegrowth of primary cultured bone marrow cells IL—3 and Epo can also support growth of mastcells.
7.Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of central nervous system demyelination in children

Central nervous system demyelination in children include acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM),multiple sclerosis (MS),optic neuritis(ON),transverse myelitis(TM),neuromyelitis optica(NMO).Most of these conditions are thought to be caused by immune -mediated demyelination triggered by an infectious agent in a ge-netically susceptible host.There are certain differences,including clinical features and imaging features,for these condi-tions.With the possible exception of the NMO -IgG autoantibody found in NMO,there are no disease -specific biomar-kers for these conditions,making it difficult to distinguish among them at the time of the initial presentation.However, certain clinical features,laboratory results,and imaging findings can usually lead to the correct diagnosis.MS is to a large extent still a diagnosis of exclusion,and therefore requires intense investigation for other conditions that might present in a similar manner.
8.Thermal Stability and Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride

OBJECTIVE:To study the process and mechanism of thermal decomposition of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(CPLX).METHODS:With Al2O3 as reference substance,the samples in nitrogen gas were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry(TG),digital thermogravimetry(DTG).The thermal kinetic parameters including the energy of activation(E),pre-exponential factor(A),reaction order(n) and pk value were computed based on the data of the thermal analysis curves.RESULTS:The thermal kinetic parameters were as follows:E=101.18 kJ?mol-1,lnA=26.96 s-,n=1,and pk=7.01,and the storage life of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride under normal temperature was 2 years.CONCLUSION:The thermal analysis method is simple and the result is reliable in the study of thermal decomposition of ciprofloxa-cin hydrochloride.
9.Simultaneous Determination of Content and Uniformity of Hydrochlorothiazide and Promethazine Hydro-chloride in Compound Kendir Leaves Tablets Ⅰ by HPLC

Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of content and uniformity of hydrochlorothiazide and promethazine hydrochloride in compound kendir leaves tablets I. Methods:An HPLC-UV wavelength switching method was adopt-ed. The separation was carried out on a YMC-Pack Pro-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column with 0. 06 mol·L-1 potassium phos-phate monobasic solution(adjusting pH to 3. 0 with phosphoric acid )-methanol as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the column temperature was set at 35℃. During 0 to13 min, the detection wavelength was 271 nm, and during 13 to 25 min, the detection wavelength was 251nm. The injection volume was 10μl for content determination and 20μl for content uni-formity. Results:The linear range of hydrochlorothiazide and promethazine hydrochloride was 0. 255 9 ~2. 558 9 μg (r=0. 999 9) and 0. 175 1~1. 751 4 μg (r=0. 999 9) with the average recovery of 98. 06%(RSD=0. 64%, n=9)and 99. 61%(RSD=0. 53%, n=9), respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of compound kendir leaves tablets I.
10.Development and performance of a nursing quality indicators system in OPD at the Hospital

For scientific and objective evaluation and promotion of the quality of nursing care in Out Patient Department(OPD),a nursing quality indicators system of OPD was established.This system is built based on the principles and methodology of nursing indicators,with reference to various appraisal standards and the hospital-wide nursing appraisal indicators,as well as the outpatient practice.It consisted of the nursing quality supervision indicators of hospital-wide practice,and those made for outpatient practice.It is recommended to determine the contents,baselines and assessment methods of evaluation criteria,to ensure continuous nursing quality improvement,and to increase the quality awareness for outpatient nursing staff standardization and management awareness,promoting the clinic nursing quality effectively.
