Xinjiang Medical University follows the law of medical education and gradualness , has a system re-form for the medical humanities teaching course system , teaching contents , teaching methods by increasing the comprehensive and innovative design , research , teaching and practice teaching content , and trying to build a set of teaching and practice in the integration of medical humanities quality education mode .The first is the emphasis on the whole of medical humanities quality education and systemic .Secondly , we must integrate human resources , strengthen synergy cooperate , common development .The third is to use scientific research project to promote the medical humanism quality education from the ascent of the form content to method means .The fourth is to explore the medical humanistic quality education of the PBL teaching mode .

With the improvement of social living standard and the continuous promotion of patients' requirements,the integrated nursing work has already been a complicated and creative job,and brings nursing staff a huge psychological stress.A good mental character is one of the key factors that builds up and adjusts the harmonious relationship between patients and nurses,furthermore,is also a necessity for nurses to accomplish integrated nursing work.Therefore,it is hospital governors' first consideration to help nurses relive mental pressures and improve their adapting capacity.

In the teaching process of nursing ethics,there are two issues arousing teachers' attention and worth discussing.The first issue is to lead the students to discuss the identity status of nurse,define a proper orientation of this specific occupation in order to help the nursing students themselves to have a comprehensive knowledge and cognition of the profession they are going to engage in.The second one is to emphasize understanding of the definition of "respect".

Professional personality is characterized by stability and plasticity,and it should make the entry point of the cultivation of medical students' professional personality on the training of doctor-patient communication skills.Meanwhile,doctor-patient communication skill is an important factor of the medical professional personality.This paper discussed the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills among medical students from the perspective of analysis of doctor-patient communication obstacles.It should improve the doctor-patient communication skills of medical students and shape healthy medical professional personality,taking the education of cognition,emotion,will,and behavior as pathways.

From the perspective of healthy China,the development of rural medical and health services in Xin-jiang still exists some problems,such as inadequate measures to implement rural medical and health services,un-reasonable allocation of rural medical and health resources and insufficient funds to develop rural medical and health services.Based on the analysis of main reasons,this paper put forward the important measures for imple-menting health poverty alleviation by village working teams in Xinjiang: implementing the important concept of" health poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation" ; improving the comprehensive quality of rural medical and health personnel; broadening funding channels of rural medical and health care; carrying out medical services to benefit the people and strengthening the assistance of rural medical and health services.

Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing pathway on lung complications after thoracic surgery, so as to provide new evidence for the perioperative nursing pathway in the patients undergoing thoracotomy.Methods Totals of 106 patients who underwent thoracic surgery were randomly divided into observed group (n=53,double) and control group (n=53,odd).Then, hospitalization days, costs, sputum and oropharyngeal bacteria, patients satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared.Results After perioperative nursing pathway application, in observation group, the average days of hospitalization was significantly shorten (7.16 ±0.83 vs 10.45 ±1.51;t=-2.260,P<0.05),the cost (1.09 ±0.54 vs 1.44 ±0.65;t=-7.958,P<0.05) was significantly reduced, and compliance was greatly improved than that in control group (2.58 ±0.62 vs 1.21 ±0.55;t=6.334,P<0.05).Laboratory tests showed that two cases with sputum bacteria positive (3.77%vs 18.87%) and three cases with oropharyngeal bacteria positive (5.66% vs 28.30%) in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(χ2 =4.357, 6.150,respectively,P<0.05).Patients satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( 4.68 ±0.83 vs 3.01 ±1.02;t =3.467, P <0.05 ) . Conclusions Perioperative nursing pathway is positive and beneficial to prevent lung complications after thoracic surgery, which can improve the operation efficiency and patients satisfaction.
