1.Development and Realization of Software of Hospital Library Management System

Objective To realize high efficient and modern management of hospital library.Methods PowerBuilder programming language and SQL Server2000 database were used to construct the system.Results The system provided a convenient management platform with high efficiency,and preliminarily realized the information-based management of library.Conclusion The use of this system accelerates the information-based construction of our hospital library,and offers new approach and idea.
2.Optimization of Water Extraction Technology of Yangxue Jiegu Capsule by Orthogonal Test

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the water extraction technology of Yangxue Jiegu capsule. METHODS:Using adding amount of water,decoction time and decoction times as investigation factors,ferulic acid content,icariin content and yield rate as investigation indexes,orthogonal test was used to optimize the optimal water extraction technology of Yangxue Jiegu capsule;and verification test was conducted. RESULTS:The optimized extraction technology was 10-fold water,extracting 3 times,1 h once. Contents of ferulic acid and icariin were 0.38,1.23 mg/g(n=3),yield rate was 28.2%(n=3),average comprehensive score was 97.11 (RSD=2.77%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:Optimized extraction technology is feasible,accurate,reliable,and can be used for the extraction and preparation of Yangxue Jiegu capsule.
3.Research and development of medical record assistant management system

Objective To establish a basic information database of hospital medical records management and improve the management process.Methods The system was developed with C# programming language,basic information from Oracle 10g databases of HIS and electronic medical record system (EMRS),which stored corresponding information during the process into SQL 2005 database and generated early warning information based on statistical analysis on medical records.Results The system realized standardized filing of medical records,synchronized filing of electronic medical record and the first page of medical record,normalized lending of medical record,auto generation of statistical reports,auto alarming in case of standard-exceeded information and etc,which could be used as a platform for medical record management.Conclusion The system enhances the efficiency and management of medical record section,and thus is worthy promoting practically.
4.Transdermal drug delivery using microneedle array of sinomenine hydrogel patch

Objective Using the effect of microneedle array to investigate the feature and rule of transdermal drug delivery of sinomenine hydrogel patch.Methods The microneedles with different length and sinomenine hydrogel patch were prepared;The isolated rat skin was pretreated by different needle-shapes of microneedle array and different timepoints with the same needle-shape,and then sticked the sinomenine patch.The permeation rates of sinomenine were studied using a Franz diffusion cell and compared with passive diffusion of the rat skin untreated.Sinomenine content was measured by HPLC.Results The permeation rates of sinomenine via the skin pretreated with 100 and 200 ?m microneedles were 40.7 and 52.4 times to those of the untreated.The permeation rates of sinomenine via the skin pretreated 7 min with 200 ?m microneedles is 142.0 times to those of the untreated.When skins were pretreated using 200 ?m microneedles with different force, the drug permeation rates were increased with the force increasing.When the force exceeded 5 N,the drug permeation rates were equilibrium.Conclusion When transdermal drug delivery by using microneedle array-hydrogel patch,the permeation rates increase significantly.The needle-shape,skin pretreating time,and force of the microneedles play the important roles in the transdermal drug delivery.
5.Efficacy of donepezil in patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by radiation-induced encephalopathy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of donepezil in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by radiation-induced encephalopathy.Methods A total of fifty-five patients with radiation-induced cognitive impairment were divided into treatment group with extra donepezil 5-10 mg/d combined with conventional therapy and control group with conventional treatment for 16 weeks.The cognitive function was assessed according to Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) before and 16 weeks after treatment.Results After 16 weeks of treatment,the patients in treatment group displayed significantly greater improvement in cognitive function.In treatment group,the scores of patients after donepezil therapy in MoCA and MMSE were obviously higher than the control group (t =5.40,3.88,P < 0.01).The scores in the visual space and executive function,naming,attention,abstract thinking,delayed memories also had improved,which suggested the statistically significant difference(t=-3.55,-3.08,-3.21,-2.58,-3.65,P<0.05).The scores of control group unchanged accordingly.Conclusions Donepezil combined with conventional treatment was signally effective in the therapy of cognitive dysfunction caused by radiation-induced encephalopathy.
6.Technical and dosimetric study of three-dimensional conformal and intensity-modulated pelvic radiotherapy for post-hysterectomy cervical carcinoma

Objective To establish the methods of three-dimensional eonformal(3DCRT) and intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) for whole pelvic irradiation in post-hysterectomy cervical carcinoma, And to optimize the methods for clinical practice. Methods Between 2004 and 2005,10 patients with cervical carcinoma who underwent hysterectomy with high risk of recurrence were selected for this study. The following observations and measurements were used for the study: Set-up errors with supine or prone position were measured to determine appropriate immobilization position. Influence of full and empty bladder on irradiated normal tissue volume was measured. Treatment errors were detected and CTV/PTV were then delineated. 3DCRT and IMRT planning and comparison were applied. Results The set-up error was within 5 mm of three dimensions in prone position and more than 5 mm in supine position, the difference of which was statistically significant. The percentage of irradiated volume of the bladder and bowel was smaller when the bladder was full comparing with empty bladder. In prone position and with full bladder,portal films showed the movement of isocenter in three directions. The total uncertainty was [7.4±1.6]mm. For 95% confidence interval,the margin from CTV to PTV was 1 cm. CIPTV for 3,4,5,and 6 fields 3DCRT was 0.46,O. 67, O. 68, and O. 68, respectively. When beyond 4 fields, the advantage of adding fields was not significant.Four fields planning was feasible for clinical practice. CI for 5,7,9,11 ,and 13 fidds IMRT was 0.75,0.83, 0.84,0.85 ,and 0.85 ,respectively. When beyond 9 fields,the advantage of adding fields was not significant. Nine fields planning was feasible for clinical practice. Conclusions For whole pelvic radiotherapy for post-hysterectomy cervical carcinoma,prone position was better than supine position for immobilization due to smaller set-up errors. The full bladder is recommended during radiotherapy, planning,For clinical practice,4 fields planning is feasible in 3DCRT while 9 fields planning is feasible in IMRT.
7.Preparation and transdermal diffusion of flexible nanoliposomes of ginkgolide B.

OBJECTIVETo prepare flexible nanoliposomes of Ginkgolid B (GB) and study the transdermal diffusion law.
METHODFlexible nanoliposomes of GB were prepared by film dispersion method, and the shape and particle size of nanoliposomes were analyzed. GB permeation tests in vitro through the skin of rats were performed in modified Franz diffusion cell. The accumulated permeation amounts of GB alcoholic solution, flexible nanoliposomes of GB and ordinary nanoliposomes of GB were compared.
RESULTThe average encapsulation percentage, the particle size, and the Zata potential of the flexible nanoliposomes were (89.52 +/- 1.76)%, and was (208.3 +/- 25.49) nm, and was -49.2 mV, respectively. The accumulated permeation amount of flexible nanoliposomes in 8 hours was 189.97 microg x cm(-2), and its transdermal permeability in 8 hours was 23.75 microg x cm(-2) x h(-1).
CONCLUSIONThe encapsulation percentage of the flexible nanoliposomes is good,and the stability of the GB nanoliposomes is fine. Flexible nanoliposomes can significantly enhance the diffusion rate of GB through the skin of rats.

8.Correlation between the number of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood and clinicopathological features of patients with breast cancer

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the number of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood and clinicopathological features of patients with breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 104 breast cancer patients at Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital between January 2017 and May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The number of CTC in peripheral blood, the levels of serum tumor markers [alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen (CA)125, CA153] were detected. In blood samples, the number of CTC ≥ 2/ml was defined as CTC positive. Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the protein expression of Ki-67 in tumor tissues. The association of CTC with clinicopathological features, serum tumor markers and Ki-67 protein expression was also analyzed.Results:The CTC positive rate was 80.77% (84/104). There were statistically significant differences in composition of whether there was vascular tumor thrombus (χ 2 = 0.860, P = 0.009), axillary lymph node metastasis (χ 2 = 12.382, P<0.01), N staging ( P = 0.002) and TNM staging (χ 2 = 7.698, P = 0.006) between patients with CTC positive and negative. However, there were no statistically significant differences in composition of age ( t = 0.634, P = 0.528), tumor quadrant (χ 2 = 6.523, P = 0.163), molecular subtyping (χ 2 = 4.164, P = 0.384), histological grade (χ 2 = 1.901, P = 0.387), T staging ( P = 0.099) and whether there was nerve invasion (χ 2 = 0.092, P = 0.761). The levels of serum CEA and CA125 in CTC positive patients were higher than those in CTC negative patients [median ( P25, P75): 2.50 ng/ml (2.21 ng/ml, 2.92 ng/ml) vs. 1.89 ng/ml (1.61 ng/ml, 2.35 ng/ml); 13.81 U/ml (11.79 U/ml, 16.28 U/ml) vs. 11.17 U/ml (8.91 U/ml, 12.80 U/ml); all P < 0.05], and CTC was positively correlated with serum CEA and CA153 levels ( r = 0.520, P<0.01; r = 0.497, P<0.01); CTC was not related to Ki-67 protein expression (χ 2 = 0.512, P = 0.474). Conclusion:The number of CTC in peripheral blood is closely related to clinical staging, lymph node or hematogenous metastasis, tumor markers CEA and CA153 levels of breast cancer. The increased number of CTC may cause tumor progression and metastasis.
9.Prognostic Predictive Value of ITPKB Mutation's Variant Allele Frequency in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between ITPKB mutation's variant allele frequency (VAF) and prognosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods This study included 155 patients with DLBCL initially diagnosed in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2014 to December 2020. Paraffin-embedded tumor tissue specimens were obtained, and tumor tissue DNA was extracted. A total of 475 hotspot genes including ITPKB were detected by the next generation sequencing to analyze the relationship of the VAF of high-frequency mutant gene with progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Steaming is one of the commonly used methods in the processing of Chinese materia medica,which can be used to change the medicinal properties,expand the scope of use,enhance the efficacy,reduce side effects and facilitate slicing.By reviewing ancient herbal texts and literature,this article summarized the historical development of TCM steaming:from the Spring and Autumn period to the Warring States period,it has mainly gone through the stages of germination,growth,maturity,and prosperity.It further sorted out the research progress of modern steaming from the aspects of steaming technology,chemical composition and drug effect changes before and after steaming,and analyzed and discussed the establishment of quality standards of steamed products and the development of traditional and modern processing techniques,with a view to clarifying the mechanism of steaming,and providing basis for standardizing steaming technology,improving the quality standards of steamed decoction pieces and rational clinical application.
