1.Treatment status of uterine carcinosarcoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(1):67-69
Uterine carcinosarcomas are highly aggressive and rare tumours composed of epithelial and mesenchymal elements.Although hysterectomy with bilateral salpingooophorectomy remains the main treatment, high rates of recurrence and metastases need for lymphadenectomy and postoperative adjuvant treatment.Though radiation improves locoregional control, the role of it in improving overall survival outcomes remains undecided.Although various combinations of chemotherapy have been explored,an optimal therapeutic modality is to be determined.Overall survival rates have not improved in thirty years.Targeted chemotherapy and a multimodality approach may be better outcomes.
2.Roles of interleukins in carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(11):1387-1390
Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) infection has been an established risk factor for gastric cancer identified by World Health Organization. H. Pylori triggers chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa and induces host cells to release various cytokines, some of which might lead normal epithelial cells to transfer to gastric cancer. Expression of interleukins in gastric mucosa experiences significant changes after H. Pylori infection. Interleukins play different roles in carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer. This article briefly reviews the research advances of roles of interleukins in carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(1):53-56
Objective:To provide the basis of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs)for identification and analysis of ABCA4 gene related etiologic studies in Han Chinese in Beijing(CHB).Methods:SNPs of ABCA4 gene were analyzed for minor allele frequencies (MAFs),haplotype frequencies, linkage disequilibrium patterns, and tag SNPs by Haploview program using the HapMap data.Re-sults:129(37.6%)of 343 SNPs were monotonic.95 tagging SNPs were identified in 214 eligible SNPs with 3 haplotype blocks identi-fied.The frequencies of the top 2 haplotypes among each of the 3 haplotype blocks were between 91.1% and 94.0%.Conclusion:SNPs in ABCA4 gene were analyzed by Haploview program. The analysis provides clues for future studies involving this gene.
4.Serious concern of the interventional treatment for ischemic cerebral vascular disease
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Interventional treatment provides another option for patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease. It has been accepted by doctors and patients for its miniinvasive and good effect. The doctors performing the operations scatter in different departments, therefore they have different special professional opinions about the diagnosis and treatment, outcoming with deviation form the proper treatment indications. Revising treatment notion with special emphasis on the brain function improvement, standardized operation and strict discipline are urgently needed for the promising management and development with combination of the new comprehensive knowledge and concepts, especially follow the time indications.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(12):2664-2670
Alkaloids are a kind of natural nitrogen compounds which are widespread in the nature, with special and significant activities in pharmacology. In recent years, immunoassay techniques have been applied for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of alkaloids from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). However, preparation and identifica-tion of artificial antigen with good immunogenicity are necessary and important for establishment of immunoassay for alkaloids from TCM. This paper summarized the designing ideas and procedures for preparation of artificial antigen and identification for the conjugates of alkaloids and carrier protein, in order to provide reference point for establish-ment and application of immunoassay techniques.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(22):-
[Objective]To evaluate surgical treatment and curative effect of intercondylar humeral comminuted fractures.[Method]Twenty-one cases of intercondylar humeral comminuted fractures were collected from February 2001 to December 2005. The fractures were classified to 5 cases of C1,9 cases of C2 and 7 cases of C3 according to the AO classification.Seventeen fractures were internal fixed by open-reduction, and 4 fractures were treated by total elbow replacement. After olecranon osteotomy, capitate eminence and trochlea humerus were reducted and fixed with bone screw, while shaft of humerus and the distal end of humerus were fixed with AO double plate or Y-shaped plate in internal fixed group. Early physiotherapy were started as soon as possible. The elbow replacement group were replaced by semi-restriction elbow prosthesis and fixed with cemente following physiotherapy after 4 to 7 days.[Result]forteen of 17 cases were postoperatively followed-up in internal fixed group from 12 to 44 months, and all cases had been visited for 14 to 36 months in elbow replacement group. According to modified Cassebaum scoring system, 71.4% were good in internal fixed group and 100% in elbow replacement group.[Conclusion]It has good curative effect in intercondylar humeral comminuted fractures with olecranon osteotomy, the AO double plate or Y-shaped plate internal fixation and early physiotherapy. With severe injury of the distal end of humerus, obviously osteoporosis and older than 50 years, the total elbow arthroplasty and replacement are preferred.

Objective To explore the inhibition effect of Cysteine-rich 61 (CCN1; Cyr61) specific siRNA expression vector on RNV in a mouse model of oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR).Methods One hundred and twenty healthy C57BL/6J mice were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 60 mice in each group. The experimental group was intravitreously injected with CCN1siRNA recombinant plasmids. The control group was injected with vector plasmids.Adenosine diphosphate-ase stained retina flat-mounts was performed to assess the retinal vascular profiles, retinal section with HE staining was applied to count the number of new vascular cell nuclei and the protein and mRNA expression of CCN1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by immunohistochemistry,Western blot and Real-time RT-PCR.Results Compared with control group, regular distributions, good branches and reduced density of retinal neovascularization were observed in the experimental group. The number of nucleus of vascular endothelial cells breaking through the inner limiting membrane was obviously less in the experimental group than that in the control group (t=8.756,P< 0.05).The expression of CCN1 and VEGF were obviously decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The development of RNV of ROP can be markedly inhibited by RNA interference targeting CCN1,and CCNlsiRNA may provide an effective method for preventing vascular proliferative retinopathy.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(03):-
Objective To determine whether preoperative embolization is a valuable adjunct to surgical excision of hemangioblastoma. Methods Eleven cases of hemangioblastoma, involving 8 of cerebellum , 1 of medulla oblongata and 2 of spinal cord shown by CT, MR and DSA were embolized preoperatively. The feeding arteries were catheterized with microcatheter and devascularized with polyvinyl alchol particles. Results The blood supplies of the tumor in 6 cases were completely eliminated, and partial occlusion through embolization were undergone for the other 5 cases. Surgical operation was undergone 1-7 days later with all, the 11 tumors totally resected acompanied by minimal blood loss and shortening of the operation time. In addition, manipulation and removal of these embolized tumors were actually easier than expected. No complications occurred during the procedures of embolization and operation. Conclusions Preoperative embolization of hemangioblastoma is a useful and relatively safe to surgical complete resection of this hypervascular tumor with significant reduction of blood loss and operation time.
