Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of narrow-band UVB combined with glycyrrhizin compound on chronic eczema. Methods:81 cases of patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group 42 cases and the control group 39 cases . The treatment group was treated with narrow-band UVB therapy once every two days combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules 150 mg,3 times a day;the control group was treated only with compound glycyrrhizin capsules 150 mg,3 times a day. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks altogether. Results:The efficacy rate of therapy group (95%)was obviously better than the control (64%). Conclusion:The narrow-band UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin treatment is a safe and effective treatment for chronic eczema.

Objective To evaluate changes and clinical significance of products of hurted endothelium in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder.Methods The levels of tissue factor(TF),tissue-type plasminogen activator(tPA),plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI),von Willebrand factor(vWF) were determined in 87 pregnant women with hypertension as well as in 100 normal pregnant women and 100 normal nonpregnant women.Results The levels of TF,PAI and vWF were higher in pregnant women with hypertension than in normal pregnant women and nonpregnant women(P0.05),but the contents of tPA in these two groups were significantly higher than that in normal nonpregnant women(P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for standardization of drug package.METHODS:5 dose-related items stated in a total of 426 package inserts of chemical drugs collected from the drug storeroom in our hospital were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS:Only 32.39% of the package inserts were with complete labeling.The labeling rate for special group was low and only 40% labeled the maximal dose.Less than 2% of child dose stated the doses according to body surface area,and the problem of over-dose was common.Only 27.46% had the item of "under supervision of a physician".CONCLUSION:It is necessary to strengthen supervision on drug package inserts and improve cognition on the importance of drug package inserts.

Objective To explore the influence on the quality of marital and life of the congenital absence of vagina patients with operation by psychological intervention.Methods The congenital absente of vagina patients were divided into psycholOgical intervened group(n=18,all cases were treated with the cognitive and behaviour therapy)and without intervened group(n=11).Before and after treatment the scores of the nottingham health poofity(NHP)were used in the two groups.After treatment the Olson's enrich questionary were tested also.Results The scores of NHP and Olson of psychological intervened group were significantly superior to those without intervened group(P＜0.05 or P＜0 01).Conclusion The cogntive and behaviour theraopy before operation is good for the quality of marital and life in congenital absence of vagina patients.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of artificial tooth selections in complete denture restoration of edentulous jaws patients.Methods 76 cases with complete denture restoration of edentulous patients were divided into three groups according to prevalence and artificial tooth selection of different candidates.The complete denture satisfaction was compared after treatment for 3 months.Results The artificial teeth of full denture patients,speech,mastication,appearance,retention and comfort and so on for Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ patients had no significant difference (all P ＞ 0.05).The artificial teeth of full denture,selection of long median synthesis resin dental patients in speech,mastication and retention of satisfaction than selected anatomic occlusal resin teeth in Class Ⅲ for a choice of two different had significant differences (t =2.014,2.217,2.314,all P ＜0.05),but the appearance and comfort had no significant differences (t =1.023,0.957,all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Everything into must be taken into account when complete denture restoration are carried out for edentulous jaws patients.

ObjectiveTo study the influences of fetal umbilical cord around neck on foetus、newborn infants and the choices of delivery mode during delivery.Methods220 cases of cephalic delivery pregnant women with fetus who had fetal umbilical cord around neck symptom and 220 cases of cephalic delivery pregnant women with fetus who didn't have fetal umbilical cord around neck symptom,were selected to make a contrast observation.ResultsThe foetus who had fetal umbilical cord around neck symptom had higher rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia.The maternal cesarean section would be much higher,too.The rate is 18.5％,8.6％,49.6％ which were higher than the foetus who didn't have such kind of symptom,the rate is 5.4％,1.8 ％,26.4％ ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).The rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia was proportional to the number of circles around neck.One circle around neck is 12.6％,1.4％ ;two circles around neck is 27.1％,17.0％ ;three and more than 3 circles around neck is 69.2％,53.8％.ConclusionWe should enhance perinatal B-mode ultrasonic examination and fetal monitoring circle around neck,pay close attention to the factor of umbilical cord around neck and select suitable delivery mode so that we can reduce the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia.When B-mode ultrasonics displays that the number of the umbilical cord around the fetus' neck is three and more than 3 circles,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia is high and the cesarean section is the best choice under such circumstances.

The food poisoning caused by Bacillus cereus occurs in Kunming or Yunnan Province sometimes.The aim of our survey is to prevent and control this kind of food poi- soning in the future.The result shows that the positive rate is 19.20% and the degree of contamination differs in the different kinds of food,the dairy products being contaminated most seriously of all.The bacteria in the contaminated food number mostly 10~2～10~4 per gram,Though it is not very high,the presence of Bacillus cereus is so wide that we showld pay much attention to it. Abut 97.65% of Bacillus cereus can be biologically classified and the most com- mon types are 2,8 and 10.About 92.98% of Bacillus cereus can be classified according to the serological type,and type 3 is the most predominant one and type 1 the second.In the dairy products,biological types 2 and 8 make up 54.55% and serological type 1 36.36%. The bacteria isolated from the food are highly sensitive to erythromycin,chlor- amphenicol,gcntamycin,streptomycin and kanamycin.

Objective To study the CT and MRI features of cystic brain metastases. Methods 26 cases of cystic brain metastases proved by clinicopathology were presented.There were13 males and 13 females with an average age of 52.7 years.CT studies were obtained in 15 cases,while MR studies were done in 13 cases.11 cases had CT and/or MRI contrast enhancement studies. Results According to the shape of the wall of cystic brain metastases,48 tumors in 26 cases were classified into three types: irregular,nodular,regular type.The wall demonstrated iso-or slightly high density on CT and iso-or slightly low intensity on MR T_1WI and T_2WI,while the hydatid fluid showed slightly high intensity on MR T_1WI and high intensity on T_2WI and iso-or slightly high density on CT compared to CSF.The tumors showed circular reinforcement on enhanced CT or MRI,with nodular enhancement in some cases. Conclusion Cystic brain metastases have mutiple types and should be differentiated from brain abcess and other cystic brain parenchamal tumors.Multi-direction enhanced MRI is helpful to diagnosis.

Parkinson disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease,of which clinical symptoms give priority to movement disorders,accompanied by a series of non-motor symptoms,such as pain.Studies suggest that 40％ to 85％ of PD patients combined with pain,of more nature is related to muscleskeletal and dystonia.PD combined with pain severely reduces the quality of life of patients.However,it is still lack of uniform clinical evaluation and effective treatment.This paper makes a brief overview about the status and research progress of the evaluation and treatment of PD combined with pain.
