After the connotation of collaborative innovation service was described, the difficulties for libraries to carry out collaborative innovation service were analyzed, including the unbalanced distribution of benefits, difference in its understanding , difficulties for theleading libraryto play its role, and the approaches were put forward for libraries to implement their collaborative innovation service in libraries.

The aperture and its distribution have remarkable influence on permeation behavior,infiltration rate and filtration character of porous bodies.In this paper,the methods in common use for determining the aperture and its distribution of porous materials are introduced,including the direct observation from cross-section,the gas-bubble method,the permeation method,the mercury method,the gas-adsorption method,the liquid-liquid method,the suspension-filtration method,the X-ray small-angle scattering method,etc.And several measuring methods are compared with one another.Considering the complexity of apertures and various influence factors in the determining of aperture,it is important to determine the proper method according to the structure characteristic of the material,moreover,the test error must be considered.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the construction and management of hospital clinical drug trial institution. METHODS: The practice of our hospital in the construction and management of hospital clinical drug trial institution in accordance with the Good Clinical Practice and the Trial Provisions for Drug Clinical Trial Institution Qualification was summarized. RESULTS: Hospital attached great importance by taking effective measures,strengthening the construction of software and hardware and emphasizing reforming was the key to pass the qualification confirmation,and the key points in the management are to tighten control on the clinical trial process and establish complete management regulations. CONCLUSION: The construction and management of hospital clinical drug trial institution is conducive to the improvement of clinical trial level and it serves as a scientific,accurate and reliable basis for the evaluation and marketing approval of new drugs.

Objective To explore the smoking cessation intervention impact on lung with genetic polymorphism of SOD3. The aim is to further reveal the importance of smoking cessation intervention on early COPD patients. Meth-ods 60 COPD patients with smoking cessation intervention and 40 COPD patients without intervention ( the control group) were enrolled in this study. Limosis peripheral blood was taken and whole blood corpuscle genomic DNA was extracted. The genetic polymorphism of SOD3 genes was determined by ligase detection reaction and polymerase chain reaction ( LDR-PCR) and serum SOD3 concentration was measured using ELISA. Lung function between the two groups before and after intervention were detected by microspirometry. Results ①The FEV1% and the FEV1/FVC% were increased after 3 and 6 months intervention in smoking cessation group(P<0.05). But there was no significant difference ( P <0.05 ) between 3 and 6 months. ② Different SOD3 genotypes have no significant on COPD pulmonary function after intervention(P>0.05). ③The serum of SOD3 concentration of COPD intervention group and the control have no significance after intervention ( P>0.05 ) . ④ The serum of SOD3 concentration a-bout CC and CG/GG genotype in COPD intervention group have no significance after 3 and 6 months intervention ( P>0.05 ) . Conclusion Smoking cessation interventions for patients with COPD pulmonary function improves significance in short-term. But different SOD3 genotypes have no effect on lung function after intervention. Smoking cessation intervention has no effect on in serum SOD3 concentration of COPD patients, and has no relationship be-tween the expression of SOD3 genetype.

Endocrinotherapy is an important treatment approach for patients with hormone receptorpositive breast cancer.Tamoxifen,anastrozole and ovarian function inhibitors are the most common drugs in breast cancer endocrinotherapy.However,the choices of endocrinotherapy drugs are different on the basis of the differences in disease stages and menopausal status.Endocrinotherapy has been proved to have good effects,meanwhile,also been shown to can produce drug resistance,mTOR inhibitors,CDK4/6 inhibitors and fibroblast growth factor receptor inhibitors will bring new hope for patients with drug resistance to endocrinotherapy.

Objective To understand the current situation of dispensary setting and personnel of community health service centers in Pudong New District in Shanghai (hereinafter referred to as Pudong New District).Methods Questionnaire survey covering the 45 community health service centers in Pudong New District was used.Results 42 community health service centers were equipped with TCM dispensaries among the 45 total units (93.3%);12 of them adopted outsourcing mode (26.7%);the average area of community dispensary was (32.3 ± 17.3)m2;the average number of TCM practitioners was 3.5 ± 2.0 people.Conclusion Community health service centers need to increase the allocation area of TCM dispensary and improve qualification of TCM practitioners.

Sixty two patients with small bowel bleeding underwent double balloon endoscopy (DBE).Clinical features were compared between patients with positive DBE findings (50 cases) and those with negative findings (12 cases).Results revealed that the causes of melena were discovered in 75.0％(21/28) patients via oral approach,while the lesions were found in 81.8％ (18/22) patients with hematochezia via anal approach ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Duration of bleeding was longer and number of bleeding episodes was higher in patients with positive DBE findings than those with negative findings (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ).The time interval between the latest bleeding and DBE was significantly shorter in patients with positive DBE findings (P ＜ 0.05).Positive diagnostic rate was significantly higher in patients with three or more bleeding episodes than those less than three times (92.5％ vs.11.1％,P ＜ 0.01 ).DBE performed within seven days or less increased the positive diagnostic rate significantly than that after seven days (97.1％ vs.59.3％,P＜0.01).
