Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Object To prepare Panax notoginseng saponin (PNS) liposomes and investigate their characterization of pharmaceutics and pulmonary pharmacokinetics in rats. Methods The film-disperion method was used to prepare PNS liposomes by investigating its form, vesicle size, entrapping efficiency and stability. The study of pulmonary pharmacokinetics in rats was carried out by pulmonary instillation. Results The entrapment of PNS liposomes was 78.50%. The mean vesicle size was 1.5 ?m with uniform externality. The drug leakage from PNS liposomes was slow. Low temperature was required for its storage. The pulmonary pharmacokinetics parameters were as follows: T 1/2 ?=7.00 h, T 1/2 ?=27.72 h, AUC= 2 218.9 ?g?h/mL, the absolute bioavailability was 70.14%. Conclusion PNS liposomes with high entrapment and stability can prolong its circulation in blood and improve the PNS bioavailability via lung approach.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: To study the preparation and physiological compatibility of pulmonary administration with Saponius of Panax Notoginseng (PNS) liposomes. METHODS: PNS liposomes was prepared by thin film dispersion method. The prefered formulation was determined by factorial design. Ciliary movement in situtoad palate model and the changes of pulmonary edema index and pathology of lungs in rats were investigated to evaluate the physiological compatibility of PNS liposomes. RESULTS: PNS liposomes were proved to be large unilamellar vesicle (LUV) liposomes with spherical shape .The liposomes composed of PC and Ch has a high PNS capture efficiency of 78.5% ?2.15% . The mean vesicle size of liposomes were 1546.5nm ?321.4nm which were quite homogeneous in size distribution. The lasting time of ciliary movement after the rinsing of PNS liposomes was the 92.14% of the effect of PBS buffer. The pulmonary edema index and pathological changes of lung tissue in PNS liposomes group were significantly different from those in PNS solution group and close to those in PBS buffer group. CONCLUSION: PNS liposomes has good physiological compatibility with promising market development and application.

Objective:To investigate the value of serum anti-PLA2 R as a diagnostic marker of idiopathic membranous nephropathy( IMN).Methods:All available articles about serum anti-PLA2 R as a marker of IMN which were published at home and abroad from 2009.1 to 2013.12 were pooled from the databases of PubMed,Elsevier,Springer,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database et al. The quality of the papers were evaluated by the quality assessment for studies of diagnostic accuracy studies( QUADAS).And then a meta-analysis was conducted by the statistical softwares of Meta-Disc and Stata. The diagnostic value of serum anti-PLA2 R in IMN was evaluated by the statistical indicators of pooled sensitivity, pooled specificity, pooled likelihood ratio and summary receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC curve).Sensitivity analysis was performed by reducing a paper in order, and publication bias was tested by Egger funnel plot. Results: Seven articles were selected to the meta-analysis according to the inclusion criteria and 967 cases were included in the study ( 454 IMN patients and 513 controls ).Heterogeneity test showed no heterogeneity threshold effect ( Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.107,P=0.819),but there was heterogeneity caused by non threshold effects(Cochrane-Q was 16.89,P=0.009 7).So random model was used to pool the effect size. The overall combined effect sizes:sensitivity was 69%,95%CI:0.65-0.73;specificity:98%,95%CI:0.96-0.99;pooled positive likelihood ratio 16.37,95%CI:4.06-65.95;pooled negative likelihood ratio 0.32,95%CI:0.24-0.43;AUC of SROC:0.854 0,Q*=0.785 0.Sensitivity analysis showed that this research was stable and reliable and Egger funnel plot showed little publication bias. Conclusion: Serum anti-PLA2 R is an useful biomarker to the diagnosis of IMN.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
The physicochemical environment and action are similar between the traditional decoction and the extract technics with water or alcohol in the production of Chinese patent drug. Different heating time inevitably differs Chinese patent drug from its decoction; and the alteration of extracting dissolvent make great changes in the chemical constitution. All these lead to the change in the nature of a Chinese patent drug. The authors hold that it is difficult to embody exactly the aim of the prescription of Chinese drug in the existing production technology of Chinese patent drug. It is necessary to advance innovative thoughts of adopting modern technology to extract effective ingredients from single Chinese drug and in the reference of traditional decoction, recombining the composition and dosage of Chinese patent drug.

Objective To explore the status of early postoperative social relationship quality and hope level in patients with breast cancer and analyze the correlation between them. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 patients with breast cancer using the social relationship quality scale and Herth hope scale. Results The total score and expected total score of early postoperative social relationship were (47.86±6.10)and (30.81±1.86), respectively. There was a positive correlation between the two groups (r=0.324,P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of social relations in the postoperative patients with breast cancer is positively correlated with the level of hope. Nursing staff should give breast cancer patients hope and strength at the same time, helping them understand and use social relations to improve the quality of life.

Aim To investigate the effects of cajanonic acid A (CAA) on lipid metabolism in murine 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Methods 3T3-L1 cells induced to differ-entiated into mature adipocytes were treated with CAA in different dosages for 48 h, then total lipids as well as triglyceride, free fatty acid and glycerol were meas-ured. The expression levels of genes related to lipid metabolism were quantitatively analyzed by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymearase chain reaction ( RTFQ-PCR) . Results Total lipids and triglyceride in 3T3-L1 adipocytes were markedly reduced by CAA. The release of free fatty acid and glycerol was lower than that of control. This coincided with decreased mRNA levels of the key enzymes involved in de novo lipogenesis ( acetyl CoA carboxylase and fatty acid syn-thase) , fatty acid uptake ( lipoprotein lipase) , and li-polysis ( hormone sensitive lipase and adipose triglycer-ide lipase ) . While the expression of fatty acid oxida-tive genes including acyl CoA oxidase and carnitine palmitoyl transferase1 was increased after CAA treat-ment. Conclusion CAA may inhibit lipogenesis and lipolysis, reduce circulating free fatty acid and improve the lipid metabolism in adipocytes by regulating gene expressions.
