3.Laboratory testing for common pathogens of respiratory tract infection in pediatrics
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2021;44(4):274-279
Currently, the respiratory tract infection (RTI) is still one of the most common disease that seriously threatens children′s life and health. Timely detection of pathogens in clinical specimens of children with RTI is helpful to accurate diagnosis and reduce the irrational usage of antibiotics. It is also an important strategy to achieve the best clinical management of RTI in children. In recent years, in addition to the traditional staining and microscopy, culture and antigen detection, the polymerase chain reaction, syndromic approach testing and metagenomic next-generation sequencing have also been used for the diagnosis of pathogens in children with RTI, showing a good application prospect. This review aims to systematically summarize the classification of clinical specimens and the detection methods of common pathogens in the diagnosis process of childhood respiratory infections. This not only expands the understanding of pediatric medicine, but also provides more enlightenment for related research work.

Methods The levels of 12 kinds of tumor markers were detected in 5 000 healthy people (healthy physical examination group) ,4 500 patients with benign tumor and inflammation (benign disease group) and 5 500 patients with malignant tumors (malignant tumor group) .At the same time 1 369 negative specimens in the malignant tumor group were performed the comparative analysis with the electrochemiluminescence method by adopting the fully automatic chemiluminescence immune analyzer .Results The posi‐tive rate in the malignant tumor group by using C‐12 was 75 .11% ,which was significantly higher than 20 .31% in the benign dis‐ease group and 4 .34% in the healthy physical examination group ,the difference between the two groups in pair had statistical sig‐nificance(P< 0 .05) .The sensitivity of C‐12 for detecting malignant tumor was 75 .11% ,the specificity was 95 .66% ,and the posi‐tive rate of joint detection was significantly higher than that of single marker ,the difference between them was statistically signifi‐cant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The 12 tumor markers protein chip joint detection method has certain reference value for the diagnosis in the patients with tumor .Detecting multiple tumor markers can obviously increase the diagnosis sensitivity of malignant tumors , can be used in the prognosis and the curative effect observation ,at the same time can also be used as one of screening measures for early tumor among asymptomatic population .
5.ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT——An Applied Anatomical Study
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
The anatomical and functional details of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee joint were studied on 55 normal cadaver knees of adults.ACL is made up of multiple fascicles, the basic unit of which is collagen. It is attached to the medial surface of the lateral femoral condyle and front of the anterior tibial spine. ACL is narrow in the middle and fans out at the attachments. The fascicles of ACL have been summarily divided into two groups: the anterior medial portion (AMP) and the posterior lateral portion(PLP). The tension of AMP is different from that of PLP during movement of the knee. ACL restricts the anterior drawer sign, and the internal and external rotation of the knee. AMP acts with the knee in flexion and PLP in extension. ACL restricts hyperextension, too. The function of ACL is related to its morpholcgical structure and the anatomy of the attachments. Rupture of ACL may result in instability of the knee, and injuries to the different components of ACL may produce different signs.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the short term and long term response and the safety of the different doses of recombinant interferon alfa 1b(IFN? 1b) for the treatment of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and the predictive factors of the response. Methods 146 Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B entered randomly into four groups. Three groups were given with IFN ? 1b 3 million unit (MU), 5 MU and 10 MU respectively. The control group was given placebo. The short term(ETR) and long term(SR 12) responses and side effect were observed. Selected nineteen items (host related, drugs related and virus related), which affected the response of IFN alfa 1b probably (host, virus and drugs, et al) were analyzed. Results The end treatment response (ETR) of the IFN ? 1b 5 MU therapy was 55.3%, and 10 MU was 58.1%. Both efficacy were higher than the group of 3 MU IFN alfa 1b (32.6%) and control therapy group (5.9%, P
