1.Separation and determination of toosendanin in the bark of melia toosendan sieb.et zuccc.by improved transonic extraction and HPLC separation

Objective:To establish an improved transonic extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for separating and detecting toosendanin(TSN)in Melia toosendanin extractive.Methods:Transonic alcohol-chloroform extraction method was used to extract TSN from the bark of Melia toosendanin sieb.et zuccc.The content determination of TSN was performed on an Agilent XDB C18 Column(4.6?250 mm,5?m).Elution was performed using 45%acetonitrile-water solution as the mobile phase at a1flow rate of 1ml/min.Detection was performed at 215 nm wavelength.Results:The linear regression equation for peak area-TSN concentration(4.64~88.2?g/ml)was:A=7.616 2C-2.567 7,r=0.999 6;mean recovery of standard substance was 100.83%;RSD of precision test was 1.42%;RSD of stability test was 2.26%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,stable and roducible,which can be used as a method for preparation and identification TSN of Melia toosendanin extractive in laboratory.
2.Efifcacy of High dose cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with T cells in vivo in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus by removing pretreatment autologous transplantation

Objective To explore the efficacy of large dose of cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with T cells in vivo in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus by removing pretreatment autologous transplantation. Methods 21 cases with Systemic lupus erythematosus collected in the First Afifliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were used as subject, bone marrow of them were obtained and saved in 4℃for 72 h, then pretreatment with high-dose cyclophosphamide and etoposide, the efifcacy of these drugs combined with T cell in vivo in systemic lupus erythematosus were observed and analyzed. Results The time of neutrophil number up to 0.5×109/L was (1.27±0.72) days, platelet up to 20×109/L was (4.50±0.67)days, all patients were successfully transplanted hematopoietic reconstruction. During transplanting, there were 19 cases in fever (90%), 3 cases in positive blood culture, 6 cases in liver function damage (30%), 12 cases of electrolyte disturbance (57%), 21 cases of oral ulcer (100%). 21 patients were enrolled, 18 patients with clinical symptoms were signiifcantly improved, the efifciency rate was 85%. Conclusion Large dose of cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with in vivo T cell depletion pretreated autologous transplantation for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus has good effect.
3.Clinical application value of C-12 protein chip detection system

Objective To study the value of the multiple tumor markers protein chip system (C‐12) in the clinical application . Methods The levels of 12 kinds of tumor markers were detected in 5 000 healthy people (healthy physical examination group) ,4 500 patients with benign tumor and inflammation (benign disease group) and 5 500 patients with malignant tumors (malignant tumor group) .At the same time 1 369 negative specimens in the malignant tumor group were performed the comparative analysis with the electrochemiluminescence method by adopting the fully automatic chemiluminescence immune analyzer .Results The posi‐tive rate in the malignant tumor group by using C‐12 was 75 .11% ,which was significantly higher than 20 .31% in the benign dis‐ease group and 4 .34% in the healthy physical examination group ,the difference between the two groups in pair had statistical sig‐nificance(P< 0 .05) .The sensitivity of C‐12 for detecting malignant tumor was 75 .11% ,the specificity was 95 .66% ,and the posi‐tive rate of joint detection was significantly higher than that of single marker ,the difference between them was statistically signifi‐cant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The 12 tumor markers protein chip joint detection method has certain reference value for the diagnosis in the patients with tumor .Detecting multiple tumor markers can obviously increase the diagnosis sensitivity of malignant tumors , can be used in the prognosis and the curative effect observation ,at the same time can also be used as one of screening measures for early tumor among asymptomatic population .
4.Uterine artery embolization for placenta increta

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of uterine artery embolization(UAE) in placenta increata.Methods 7 cases of placenta increta with haemorrhage were treated by UAE.4.0~5.0F Cobra was placed into the double uterine arteries for treatment.The gelfoam particles mixed with antibiotic drugs was used to embolise the arteries.Results Among all 7 cases the bleeding was successfully controlled by one time of UAE.The duration of operation was 40~55min,mean (48?7)min.Hemostasis time was 5~8min,mean (7?1)min.After the treatment of UAE,the lactation and the menastrual periods of all patients were normal.Conclusion UAE is an effective,safe treatment for placenta increta,with preserving patient's fertility.
5.Biological markers of esophageal carcinoma invasion and metastasis

The invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma is associated with several tumor marker on oncogenesi and tumor development,including matrix metalloproteinase,cell adhesion molecules CD44,pituitary-tumour transforming genes.Studies have shown that these tumor markera are over-expression in esophageal carcinoma,which affect the progress and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma,and their specificity and value for clinical application need to be futher studied.
6.Standardization of laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy and other ocular fundus diseases

Pan-retinal photocoagulation (PRP) and macular photocoagulation (MPC) are the gold standard treatments for proliferative diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic macular edema. With the development of equipment and technology advancement, photocoagulation has been gradually applied in many Eye Centers all over China. However, there are still several problems such as no standardized guideline and undesirable therapeutic effects. In this article we will summarize the indications and techniques of photocoagulation, and when and how to apply drug treatments for retinal diseases; aim at improving the criterion and clinical effects of photocoagulation.
7.Relationship between plasma homocysteine level and carotid atherosclerosis in H-hypertensive patients

Objective To explore the relationship between the plasma homocysteine(Hcy)level and carotid atherosclerosis in the patients with H hypertension .Methods 200 patients with essential hypertension were divided into the research group (complicating homocysteinemia) and the control group according to whether complicating homocysteinemia .Carotid artery was detected and its average intima‐media thickness (IMT) was measured for all the patients by GE LOGIQ3 type color Doppler ultrasonograph .Simul‐taneously ,the levels of plasma Hcy ,triglycerides ,total cholesterol ,high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected .Results Average carotid IMT in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0 .05) ,and with the increase of the Hcy level ,IM T was gradually thickened ;in addition ,the atherosclerosis degree of ca‐rotid artery was significantly associated with the Hcy level (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The Hcy level is closely related with the ather‐osclerosis degree of carotid artery in the patients with H hypertension .
8.Evaluation and treatment of parkinson disease combined with pain

Parkinson disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease,of which clinical symptoms give priority to movement disorders,accompanied by a series of non-motor symptoms,such as pain.Studies suggest that 40% to 85% of PD patients combined with pain,of more nature is related to muscleskeletal and dystonia.PD combined with pain severely reduces the quality of life of patients.However,it is still lack of uniform clinical evaluation and effective treatment.This paper makes a brief overview about the status and research progress of the evaluation and treatment of PD combined with pain.
9.DETERMINATION OF FOLIC ACID IN FORTIFIED INFANT MILK POWDER BY HPLC

The fortified milk powder is dissolved in 0.05M K2HPO4 buffer solution, adjust pH to 4.5, and centrifuge for 20 minutes. The supernatant is then adjusted to pH 4.0, go through CGS resin column using 10ml KC1-K2HPO4 as eluant. The eluate is collected as testing solution and injected to HPLC. Column: ODS; mobile phase; 0.05M K2HPO4 : CH3OH (91:9); ultraviolet detector: 285nm. CV% is 3.3% and recovery 87%.
