1.Percutaneous absorption of Rg1 in Panax notoginseng in vitro
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: To study the percutaneous absorption of Rg1 in Panax notoginseng and the effects of some commom enhancer and pH value on it. METHODS: Drug permeation tests were performed through excised rat skin in V-C diffusion cell.Rg1 concentration in samples was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Rg1 could penetrate through excised rat skin with lower permeability coefficient;in the range of concentration 300 mg/mL~60 mg/mL permeability coefficient of Rg1 decreased as its concentration increasd;Among enhancers,10% ethanol,10%,20% and 30% propylene glycol,2% Azone,2% Eucalyptus Oil and 5% Oleic Acid had markedly promotive effect on transdermal penetration of Rg1. CONCLUSION: The research will provide experimental data for skin administration of Chinese medicine containing Panax notoginseng.

Children without company of parents in pediatric intensive care unit, often irritable crying, injured,or scratching themselves, pulling in all kinds of wire and/or catheter on the body, and even adverse events, such as dropping of bed.To ensure the safety of the children,we invent a multifunctional strait-jacket,and it is applied in clinic in order to solve the above problems. The structure of this strait-jacket is open, easy to install wire and all kinds of operation;shoulder, cuff with button loops fix bed guardrail by a rope,to prevent the roll shift;cuff with double fold gloves can avoid scratch the skin, remove the line, having the effect of palm warm;waist adding two constraints, not improving constraints on the waist but abdomen to keep warm.By clinical application, this strait-jacket improves the comfort of the constraint, can prevent the occurrence of complications due to improper constraints, such as skin abrasions, physical damage, blood circulation obstacle, alleviate the pain for the children.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
By comparing three cultivation techniques of Astragalus mongholicus, i. e. direct seeding, furrow erectplanting and furrow flat planting, it was found that furrow flat planting is the optimum technique. Its yield onplain ground was 1. 26kg/m' and 0. 96kg/m_2 on mountainous area- Root of the plant was longer, thicker andheavier than that produced hy other cultivation techniqlles. Its input/output ratio was l s l2' 94 on plaingrounfl and l: 9. 95 on n1ollntainous area. Therefore,it can be considered as a scientifically justifiable, economically technique for the cultivation of A. mongholicus on both plain ground and mountainous regions.

Objective To analyze the content and methods of different humanistic nursing care evaluation tools, both domestic and abroad, and to provide reference for the development of more objective, scientific and operational evaluation tools. Methods The CNKI,Wanfang database,CqVIP,PubMed and Cochrane library database were retrieved by computer, and supplemented by manual searches. Then the articles which in accordance with inclusion criteria were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results A total of 25 literatures were involved, including 22 foreign literatures, while only 3 in domestic. Conclusions The foreign humanistic nursing care evaluation tools are more mature at present, but China is still in its infancy,so it should develop humanistic nursing care evaluation tool which conforms to Chinese culture and national conditions, objective and scientific,in order to enhance humanistic caring capacity of nurses in China.

ObjectiveTo determine the dose of butorphanol at which 50% and 95% effective dose (ED50 and ED95) of patients inhibition uterine contraction pain on analgesic artificial abortion. Methods Twenty-six patients undergoing analgesic artificial abortion were sequentially given different doses butorphanol so that the ED50 and ED95 could be determined by up-and-down sequential test.Anesthetic depth was observed when giving propofol with 200 mg/min speed, uterine contraction pain at awaking immediately,10,20 min after awaleing.Data was analyzed by Probit regression analysis for calculating ED50 and ED95..ResultsButorphanol could restrain uterine contraction pain on analgesic artificial abortion and the ED50 was 246 μg with the 95% confidence interval of 201 μg to 281 μg,the ED95 was 324 μg with the 95% confidence interval of 287 μg to 548 μg.ConclusionED50 and ED95 value can be expected as a parameter to optimize analgesic artificial abortion.

Objective To know the mastery degree of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) preoperative nursing knowledge in nurses who are working in emergency department and cardiac ward. Methods 158 cases of nurses who came from three different class Ⅲ grade hospitals with qualification for emergency PCI surgery of the Guizhou province were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. The survey was conducted in nurses who were working in different departments, and the educational background, age, title, category, the cognitive situation of the PCI preoperative nursing knowledge and necessity of preoperative preparations were investigated in nurses. Results The whole pass rate was 48.10%; high qualification, high education, higher title of nurses for the nursing knowledge of the emergency PCI were better; the emergency PCI preoperative preparations for the necessity of cognitive about nurses were on the low side. Conclusion The cognition of the nursing knowledge and the necessity of emergency PCI in preoperative preparations as whole are on the low level, so specialized training should be strengthened to enhance the ability of specialized nursing.
