Talent cultivation is the important pillar for TCM development, however, cultivating students into qualified TCM doctors is not the only target for TCM higher education. Talent cultivation model of TCM higher education should take three dimensional TCM development strategy as a guide and set the construction of a pyramid talent structure as a goal, to cultivate the talents that not only can meet the features of TCM disciplinary development, but also promote the cultivation of clinical, research and communicative talents in TCM domain.

Objective To investigate the knowledge degree of the risk of intrauterine adhesions in patients with induced abortion.Methods A total of 360 patients,who accepted induced abortion in gynecological clinic from June to November 2015,were evaluated using self-edited Assessment on Doctor-patient Communication in Gynecological Outpatient Clinic.Results 83.9％ patients could provide previous pregnancy and fertility history,24.2％patients could repeat clearly therapeutic advice and attentions after induced abortion,13.1 ％ patients understood the risk of uterine adhesion,9.7 ％ patients understood the influnce of uterine adhesion on fertility and 31.9 ％ patients wished to prevent uterine adhesion with drugs,patients with spontaneous abortion and multiple abortion history understood the risk with 67.6％ and 31.5％ respectively,overall 61.9％ patients felt the pressure and wished to get more attetions.Conclusion We need to strengthen the risk informing of intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.

Objective To evaluate sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition and duodenojejunal bypass for the treatment of nonobese Type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty one patients of nonobese Type 2 diabetes mellitus underwent sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition and duodenojejunal bypass.Fasting glucose ( FPG ),glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc ),fasting insulin and C-peptide,triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipeprotein(LDL) were measured preoperatively and on postoperative first,3rd,6th month.Results Mean postoperative follow-up was 9.6 months (range 6-21 months).95％ patients achieved adequate glycemic control (HbAlc ＜ 7％ ) without antidiabetic medication.Fasting glycemia decreased from ( 9.7 ± 0.4 ) mmol/L to ( 6.2 ± 0.3 ) mmol/L ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Glycosylated hemoglobin decreased from 8.1％ ± 1.4％ to 5.8％ ± 0.6％ ( P ＜ 0.01 ).2-hour postprandial blood glucose decreased from ( 13.6 ± 0.7 ) mmol/L to ( 10.6 ± 0.2 ) mmol/L ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Insulin resistance (Homa-R) decreased from 4.8 ± 1.3 to 1.2 ±0.4 (P ＜0.01 ).Fasting C-peptide increased from ( 3.3 ± 1.7 ) ng/ml to (4.9 ± 0.2 ) ng/ml ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Fasting insulin increased from ( 10.2 + 1.4 ) mlu/L to (15.6±0.7) mlu/L(P＜0.01 ).Triglycerides (TG) decreased from (3.1 ±0.5) mmol/L to (1.9 ±0.4) mmol/L ( P ＜ 0.01 ).High density lipoprotein (HDL) increased from ( 1.2 ±± 0.2 ) mmol/L to ( 1.9 ±0.8 ) mmol/L( P ＜ 0.01 ).Low density lipoprotein (LDL) decreased from (3.5 ± 0.3 ) mmol/L to (2.4 ±0.6) mmol/L (P ＜0.01 ).Hypertension was controlled in 3/7 cases.Microalbuminuria resolved in 78％ patients.Retinopathy was improved in 53％ cases.Conclusions Sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition duodenojejunal bypass is effective for treatment of nonobese type 2 diabetes mellitus as showed by 6 month's follow-up.

Objective To evaluate the early effects on insulin resistance following sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition duodenojejunal bypass operation.Methods From Jun.2010 to Sep.2011,37 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients [23 male,14 female; mean age (45.2 ± 2.4) years,mean BMI (21.7 ± 1.8) kg/m2] underwent sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition duodenojejunal bypass operation.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FIns),body mass index(BMI),and homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMAIR) were detected before surgery and on the 10th,20th,30th,and 60th day after surgery.Results The level of FPG was (6.8 ± 0.7) mmol/L,(7.2 ± 0.6) mmol/L,(6.9 ± 0.3) mmol/L respectively on the 10th,20th,and 30th day after surgery,significantly lower than that before surgery[(10.2 ±0.4)mmol/L].The difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The level of Fins was (6.3 ± 1.1) mIu/L,(7.1 ± 1.3) mIu/L,and (7.3 ± 1.6) mIu/L respectively on the 10th,20th,and 30th day after surgery,significantly lower than that before surgery[(12.6 ± 1.4)mIu/L].The difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The level of lnHOMA-IR was 0.7 ± 0.2,0.9 ± 0.5,and 0.8 ±0.4 respectively on the 10th,20th,and 30th day after surgery,significantly lower than that before surgery (1.8 ±0.6).The differenc had statistical significance(P ＜0.05).However,the change of BMI was not obvious between before surgery and on the 10th,20th,and 30th day after surgery.The difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).on the 60th day after surgery,the level of FPG,Fins,lnHOMA-IR and BMI was significantly reduced compared with that before surgery.The difference had statistical significantce(P ＜0.05).Conclusion After sleeve gastrectomy with ileal interposition duodenojejunal bypass operation,the early improvement of insulin resistance occurs rapidly and it is iadependent of the loss of BMI.

Objective:To study the morphologic and phenotypic characters of a macrophage-tumor vaccine,and to observe the effect of macrophage-tumor vaccine on inducing CTL respose.Methods:The super-structure and the expression of CD14,CD68,CD80,CD86,MHC Ⅱ molecules of macrophage-tumor cells were detected with electron microscope,immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry respectively.Meanwhile,H22 tumor cells were transplanted to the mice that had been immunized with different tumor vaccines.The weight and volume of tumors,the tumor cell injure rate and the level of LDH in culture supernatant were detected with direct measurement,MTT and selection methods.Results:The macrophage tumor vaccine cells were large cells with an irregular outline,and generally displayed pseudopodium,membrane folding,and vesicles on the cell surface.The predominant cytoplasmic organelles were lysosomes,secondary lysosomes and residual bodies.The percentage of CD14,CD68,CD80,CD86 and MHC Ⅱ positive cells within the differentiated population were 53.90%,98.60%,26.50%,90.20% and 25.40% respectively.The results of experiment in vivo revealed that the tumor forming rate,volume and weight of the group immunized with macrophage-tumor vaccine were much lower than that of control group and the group that were immunized with the macrophages that were induced by liquid paraffin (P0.05),the tumor weight and volume of the group immunized with the macrophage-tumor vaccine were lower than those of the group immunized with inactivated tumor cells(P

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of calycosin-7-glucoside,ononin,calycosin,formononetin,oxypaeoniflorin,alibiflorin and benzoylpaeoniflorin in Sangqishouwu Tablets (Talxilli Herba,Astragali Radix,Polygoni multiflori Radix Praeparata,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C18 colmn (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.02％ phosphoric acid flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230 nm and 254 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r ≥ 0.999 2),whose average recoveries were 97.13％-100.03％ with the RSDs of 0.69％-1.47％.CONCLUSION This sensitive,accurate and specific method can be used for the rapid quality control of Sangqishouwu Tablets.

Objective: To investigate the immunotherapeutic effects of elemene combo tumor cell vaccine(EC TCV) on Hca F murine hepatic carcinoma and changes of IL 10 and IL 12 secretion by splenocytes of treated mice. Methods: BALB/c mice inoculated with Hca F were treated with EC TCV, CY, EC TCV+CY or PBS control, tumor growth was measured, concentration of IL 10 and IL 12 in supernatants of mixed splenocytes and Hca F culture(MSTC) was assayed with ELISA. AIM: To establish the method of determining psoralen and isopsoralen in Bushen Yinao Capsules(Fructus Psoraleae,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng Rubra,Poria,etc.). METHODS: HPLC conditions were as(follows:) Chromasil C_(18) column,a mobile phase of CH_3OH-H_2O(55∶45),and the wavelength at 247 nm. RESULTS: This method showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.038-0.309 ?g(psoralen) and 0.036-0.295 ?g(isopsoralen).The average recoveries were 99.50% for psoralen(RSD was 0.91%,n=5) and 100.52% for isopsoralen(RSD was 1.70%,n=5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple,swift,accurate and practical in quality control of Bushen Yinao Capsules.
