Directly reading the 210-layer of 0.65-mm-thick consecutive CT Dicom format images of human body thoracolumbar making use of 0.625-mm isotropous resolution thin layer scanning technique into the Mimics. Defining bone organization threshold, withdrawing each outline, partitioning each edge of layer picture, edited selectively and repaired by hole processing. After a redundancy data was cleaned, the thoracolumbar 3-D finite element geometry model was acquired. Then area mesh could be kept as the document Ansys named.lis as the suffix and be introduced into Ansys software directly to mesh body, and then transferred the body mesh to mimics to assignment son the basis of CT values, once again import Ansys to establish 3-D finite element model. After that, a realistic appearance and calculation accuracy 3-D bone finite element model of thoracolumbar was established. The results showed that applications of sophisticated CT scanning technique, the Dicom standard of images, Mimics software directly dock with Ansys software can directly assign values according to CT, which make the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model of human thoracolumbar spine faster and more accurate.

Objective To learn the present health education at public hospitals.Methods Questionnaires survey and specialist interview were used at eight public hospitals in Beijing.Results Establishment of hospital health education organizations(100.0%),and greater diversity in the forms and contents of health education.Problems found include short supply of health education,and lack of attention by both management and employees for such education,lack of HR resource and policy support, and that of a health education pattern for hospital to develop an efficient health education.Conclusions Proposals made are as follows:clear definition of government role and greater support;better training mechanism to develop a team for such education;an appraisal system to probe into a model desirable for sustainable development of hospital health education.

Nineteen eyes of 18 patients with intraorbital angioma were studied by color Doppler ultrasonography and the results were compared to the diagnosis of CT (16 eyes), MRI (5 eyes) and pathology (5 eyes). Blood flow images in intraorbital angioma were detected in 15/19 eyes (78.95%), and blood flow spectrums were analyzed in 7/19 eyes (36.64%). It is suggested that color Doppler ultrasonography be helpful to the identification of the intraorbital angioma.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy in lowering blood lipids with ultrasound therapy device and Xuezhikang. Methods:Selected 80 cases as an object of study in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital Integrative Medicine treated from January 2013 to July 2014, the observation group 40 cases, used ultrasound therapy device and Xuezhikang, control group 40 cases, only single use of Xuezhikang overall treatment, compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment and lipid levels in the blood. Results:The total efficiency of compared two groups of patients, a statistically significant (x2=13.536, P<0.05);compare TG group before and after treatment in the observation group, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, were statistically significant(t=3.265, t=4.021, t=-2.871, t=3.665;P<0.05). In the control group before and after treatment group TG, TC, LDL-C were statistically significant (t=2.18, t=2.994, t=2.276;P<0.05). After treatment, the comparison between the two groups TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, were statistically significant (t=-2.998, t=-3.046, t=2.887, t=3.028;P<0.05). Conclusion:Combined use of ultrasound therapy device and Xuezhikang lipid-lowering therapy, can significantly lower blood lipid levels in patients, and the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.

Reconstructing the three-dimensional finite element model of compression fracture of T_(12) based on the 210-layer consecutive CT DICOM format images from one patient of compression fracture of T_(12) to simulate the hyperextending. Bound the lower of T_(12), a vertical traction at the top of T_(11)and a 3.0 cm-displacement toward the vertebra by three steps at the top of spinous process of T_(11), T_(12) and L_1 was provided. The procedure began computing to reed the results about dynamic biomechanical characteristics of anterior longitudinal ligament. A realistic appearance and full biomechanical properties 3D finite element model of thoracolumbar spine compression fracture was established. The anterior longitudinal ligament was changed from relaxation to tension after hyperextending. The stresses of anterior longitudinal ligament were different when the hyperextending fulcrum was different. The treatment effect of thoracalumbar spine compression fracture by hyperextending is exact. The anterior longitudinal ligament plays an important role in the treatment. Finite element analysis of mechanism of traditional practices has many advantages, such as reliable experimental results, direct displaying results, saving resources and accurate simulation.

Objective To investigate the risk factors and outcomes of uteroplacental apoplexy complicating severe placental abruption in order to enhance the accuracy of early diagnosis and decrease the complication of mother and fetus.Methods A retrospective study of clinical data was conducted in 180 cases of placental abruption complicating uteroplacental apoplexy in 58 cases who delivered in the First Central Hospital of Tianjin from January 2007 to December 2011.Risk factors,clinical characteristics and outcomes were compared between the 58 cases complicating uteroplacental apoplexy (experimental group) and the other 122 cases without complicating uteroplacental apoplexy (control group).Results The incidence of placental abruption was 1.3％ (180/14 333),with the rate of uteroplacental apoplexy complicating placental abruption was 0.4％ (58/14 333) of all deliveries and 32.2％ (58/180) of all abruption cases.The duration of disease was significantly longer and the rate of placenta implanted on the posterior wall of uterus was significantly higher in the experimental group (9.14 ± 8.47) h; 63.9％ (23/36)) than in control group (5.88 ±4.31) h; 43.4％ (36/83)) (t =3.426,x2 =6.461 ; P ＜ 0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental group (12.1％,12.1％,13.8％ and 60.3 ％) and the control group (2.5 ％,2.5 ％,0.8％ and 11.5 ％) in postpartum hemorrhage,DIC,acute renal failure and stillbirth (x2 =6.919,6.919,13.929 and 47.388 respectively,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Long duration of disease and posterior-wall placenta are risk factors for uteroplacental apoplexy complicating placental abruption which may lead to a poor maternal-fetal prognosis.

Objective To explore the strategies for nursing the ankylosing spondylitis(AS)patients with fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity treated with osteotomy and internal fixation.Method The nursing histories of 8 AS patients with fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity treated with osteotomy and internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing strategies.Result All the 8 patients lived through the perioperative periods, with kyphotic derformity corrected and no complications like pulmonary or urinary system infections.Conclusion Pertinent care and effective special instructions to the patients may be clinically effective in improvement of heal rates of fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity,reduction of complications and facilitation of their rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the expression of mar operon in clinical isolates of Escherichia coli. Methods mar operon was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the PCR products were analyzed by restriction endonuclease and identified by Southern blot. The expression of mar operon was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results No marO ,marR , marA deficiency was found in all clinical isolates of Escherichia coli. The level of expression of mar operon in Mar strain was significantly higher than those in other strains, and increased significantly when incubated with sodium salicylate or tetracycline.Conclusions High expression of mar operon is responsible for the Mar phenotype of clinical strains of Escherichia coli and some mutations leading to high expression of mar operon may exist in marR and/or marO. The expression of mar operon can be induced by salicylate and tetracycline.

Ocular pathology is an important branch of histopathology,which plays a key role in understanding and revealing ocular diseases.In ophthalmology, retinoblastoma (RB) and uveal melanoma (UM) are common primary malignant intraocular neoplasms,which seriously endanger patients' lives.About two thirds of RB patients are caused by sporadic somatic mutations in the Rb1 gene,and the other one third of RB patients are caused by germline mutations in the Rb1 gene,which occur in the early age,are usually bilateral and transmissible to offsprings.High-risk histopathologic factors of RB mainly include the retrolaminar optic nerve invasion and/or massive choroidal invasion,and these are main indications for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.At present, due to lack of effective systemic therapy, about half of UM patients succumb to distant metastasis, most of which are hepatic metastases.Poor prognostic indicators of intraocular neoplasms include large tumor, ciliary body involvement, epithelioid cell type, extraocular diffusion,etc.Monosomy 3 and class 2 gene expression profile are currently accurate and objective prognostic indicators.
