1.Donor lymphocyte infusion in cancer treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):667-669
Recently,in the research of hematology malignances and some solid tumors,we found that as a part of adoptive immunotherapy, donor lymphocyte infusion can regulate the relationship between host and tumor directly or indirectly. As a result,it will change the environment of patients and play an important role in againsting cancer. Its pharmacological safety and valid medicinal efficacy has got a lot of clinical validation.
2.Proteomics in liver diseases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(05):-
BACKGROUND:With the rapid development and wide application of proteomics techniques, effective tools are available for exploring specific biomarkers for early detection and diagnosis of liver diseases.Recent years, many novel and promising biomarkers have been discovered and evaluated.OBJECTIVE:To review the advances and applications of proteomics in liver development, regeneration and diseases.RETRIEVAL STRATEGY:A computer-based online search of Medline database was undertaken for the English literatures about liver diseases and proteomics published from January 1995 to July 2007 with the keywords "proteomics, liver".Meanwhile,Chinese articles published from January 1995 to July 2007 were searched in CNKI database, with the same keywords in Chinese. The retrieved articles were screened firstly, and those about proteomics and liver diseases were selected and searched for full texts.Repetitive studies and Meta analysis were excluded.156 articles about the proteomics and liver diseases were collected, and finally 32 articles were included.LITERATURE EVALUATION:Of the 32 articles,3 were about the research background of proteomics,6 about proteomics under healthy status, and 23 about proteomics research in liver diseases.DATA SYNTHESIS:Proteomics is a novel science to study protecome using various techniques. The study of the proteome, called proteomics, now evokes all the proteins coded by gene in any given organism, tissue, cell, and even organelle. The researches of proteomics help us to find and understand the life as a whole.Nowadays, there lacks of effective strategy in diagnosis, stages, and treatment in liver diseases.Proteomics is promising in alertness, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in liver diseases.CONCLUSION:With the deepened study of proteomics in liver diseases, there will be a revolution in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
To investigate whether liver ischemia and reperfusion directly affect functions of a remote organ (lung), we reproduced a model of hepatic lobar ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Twenty four healthy male SD rats were randomized into three groups (each group = 8) . Group A served as sham operated control group, group B was subjected to 90 min ischemia of a lobe of the liver, and group C animals underwent 120 min reperfusion, following 90 min ischemia of a liver lobe. In addition to histologic examination of the lung in each group, plasma tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?),interleukin 1?(IL 1?),alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels, total protein content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and lung dry to wet weight ratio were respectively examined in A, B and C groups. Blood pressures were monitored in each group. Histological manifestations of damage to the lung occured in groups B and group C were characterized by obvious intra alveolar and interstitial edema with inflammatory cellular infiltration. Plasma ALT, AST, LDH, were significantly increased in group C animals ( P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the applicable and clinical value of CT and radiography in the dignosis of acetabular fractures. Methods The data of CT,X-ray and clinical treatment in 18 cases with acetabular fractures were analyzed and comparatively. Results There were 4 cases of the anterior wall fracture,4 cases of the anterior column fracture,2 cases of the posterior wall fracture,2 cases of the posterior column fracture and ,6 cases of complex fracture,11 cases were in company with swelling of the soft tissue in pelvic cavity.Of them,4 cases misdiagnosed by radiography.27 pieces of bone fragment were detected by CT,including 17 pieces of them in joint cavity.12 pieces of bone fragment were detected by X-ray,only 4 pieces of them were in joint.3 cases with femoral head fracture were included in 7 cases of the hip joint dislocation,1 case of them was misdiagnosed by X-ray.Conclusion In detecting the bone fragments in articular space, the type of acetabular fractures and soft-tissue swelling,CT is super to radiography.

A reversed phase ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for the separation and analysis of triglycerides in edible oils. The samples were separated by using three ultra performance C18 columns in series with a total length of 40 cm (10 cm + 15 cm + 15 cm) at high pressure with acetonitrile-isopropanol (50:50, V/V) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 2 mL/min and at col-umn temperature of 25℃, and detected by APCI ionization-mass spectrometry. The edible oil sample was dis-solved in isopropanol and injected in LC-MS directly. The triglycerides in edible oils were distinguished to their better fine components which included corn oil, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, rice oil, olive oil, sesa-me oil and soybean oil. The chromatograms of different edible oils showed that the same kind of edible oil was composed of similar triglyceride composition and content, while the different kind of edible oils differed. The experimental result showed that the method could be use for identifying 5% lard adulterated in soybean oil. The method suggests a significant research way for identifying adulteration in edible oil.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and feasibility in treating urethral stricture caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia in elder with transurethral implanted stent(Memotherm) under X-ray guided. Methods 47 patients included in this study, they ranged in age from 72 to 93 years, with an average age of 78.3 years, the symptom of dysuria ranged from 7 to 21 years. After 1% Lidocaine urethra mucous membrane anaesthesia, the processes of transurethral implanted stents at the most narrowing area of the urethra under X-ray guided were performed. Results The treating processes were successful in all cases(100%) one time,of them, the micturition in 43 cases was free and could act on one's own immediately after stent implantation.None having urethral restricture and lithiasis occured. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect was obvious using the memory alloy net-like stent for the treatment of urethral stricture caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia,it is worth promoting application in clinic.
