Objective To analyze and assess the major functions of medical APP by investigating its application in self management of chronic diseases. Methods The 3 major functions of APP were analyzed, including data record and condition assessment, medical consultation, and life therapy. Results The medical APP possesses its basic functions for chronic diseases management. However, it lacks of practicality and convenience and its homogenization is severe. Conclusion The APP +hardware +cloud medical management model should be promoted by making use of the Internet + medical technology, the supervision of mobile medical APP should be strengthened, the mobile information management mechanisms of chronic diseases should be perfected, and the self management efficiency of patients with chronic diseases should be improved.

Objective To investigate the possibility of chloroquine radiosensitization of esophageal cancer cell line TE-1 and its further mechanism. Methods Effect of chloroquine on cell viability of TE-1 cells was determined by MTT method.Expression of LC3,Beclin-1 and formation of acidic vesicular organelles (AVOs) were determined by Western blot, and fluorescence staining with Lyso-Tracker Red DND-99,respectively.Clonogenic survival of TE-1 cells was examined by clonogenic forming assay. Results Chloroquine showed dose-dependent inhibition of TE-1 cell growth, and its values of IC50 and IC10 were (72.33 ± 5.28) and (15.42 ± 3.33) μmol/L,respectively.The expression of Beclin-1 and LC3-Ⅱ/Ⅰ markedly increased in irradiated TE-1 cells. The addition of chloroquine with IC10concentration significantly reduced the fluorescence and intensity of AVOs accumulation in the cytoplasm of TE-1 cells.Clonogenic survival fraction decreased obviously,in TE-1 cells with addition of chloroquine after radiation and the value of SERD0 was 1.439.Conclusions Chloroquine could radiosensitize esophageal cancer cells by blocking autophagy-lysosomal pathway and be used as a potential radiosensitizing strategy.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(8):1206-1211
Objective:
To explore the relationships between sleep behaviors, chronotype and emotional symptoms including depression and anxiety symptoms among college students.
Methods:
Freshmen and sophomore from one university in Anhui Province were recruited through cluster sampling method. The baseline survey was conducted in November 2020, and the follow up survey was conducted 2 months later. The Morning and Evening Questionnaire 5 (MEQ-5) was used to assess chronotype. The Insomnia severity Index (ISI) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale for Children and Adolescents (ESS-CHAD) were used to evaluate sleep behaviors. Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) was used to assess depression and anxiety symptoms, respectively. The detection rate of depression and anxiety among college students with different demographic characteristics, different sleep chronotypes and sleep behavior were compared, and the association between sleep behavior, chronotypes and depression and anxiety symptoms was analyzed.
Results:
The detection rates of depressive and anxiety symptoms were higher in the college students with daytime sleepiness and insomnia( χ 2=12.39,22.68;40.14,29.46, P <0.01). Logistic regression results showed that at the baseline daytime sleepiness and insomnia were positively associated with depression ( OR =3.03, 5.23) and anxiety symptoms ( OR =3.74, 4.24), respectively ( P <0.05), however, no association was found between chronotype and symptoms of depression and anxiety ( P >0.05). Follow up survey results were consistent with baseline.
Conclusion
Daytime sleepiness and insomnia are risk factors for depression and anxiety symptoms among college students. It is suggested that keeping healthy sleep behaviors play an important role in mental health promotion among college students in the future.

Objective:To establish scientific and objective indicators of basic professional competencies for undergraduate students of Public Management (Health Management specialty). Methods:Based on the 18 classic competency elements of Hay Group, the basic indicators of professional competencies for undergraduate students of Public Management (Health Management specialty) was established primarily through behavior event method and Delphi method. Data entry was made by EpiData3.1, and SPSS 26.0 and Excel 2010 were used for data analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Results:The response rates of the two rounds of consultation were 100.0% and 95.5%, and the overall authority coefficient of experts was 0.80. Finally, the basic indicators of professional competencies of undergraduate students of Public Management (Health Management specialty) were developed, which constituted 4 primary indicators and 27 secondary indicators. Conclusion:The indicators of basic professional competencies of undergraduate students of Public Management (Health Management specialty) are scientific and practical, which will guide the cultivation, selection, training, and assessment for health management professionals.
