1.Therapeutic Observation of Deep Electroacupuncture at Baliao Points for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Due to Damp-heat Stagnation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of deep electroacupuncture at Baliao points intreating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID) due to damp-heat stagnation.Method Sixty-four patients with CPID due to damp-heat stagnation were randomized into two groups, 32 cases in the deep-electroacupuncture group and 32 cases in ordinary-electroacupuncture group, 10 d as a treatment course, and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 2 treatment courses. The pre-treatment and post-treatment body sign scores and the change of the scores in the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rates were respectively 93.8% and 75.0% in the deep-electroacupuncture group and ordinary-electroacupuncture group, and the improvement of body sign score in the deep-electroacupuncture group was statistically more significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Deep electroacupuncture at Baliao points can produce a significant efficacy in treating CPID due to damp-heat stagnation.
2.Research progress on lung cancer caused by welding fumes

Welding fumes exposure increased the risk of lung cancer. The factors that cause lung cancer included:welding fume
of chromium,nickel and their compounds,smoking and asbestos dust,welding types and welding materials. The results of
animal experiments showed that the metal compounds in welding fumes could be deposited in lung tissue and caused persistent
mild inflammation which led to increase lung tumor in animal models. Chromium,nickel,iron compounds could cause tumor
separately. The use of tumor initiator pretreatment led to increase the number of lung tumor with statistical significance. The
mechanisms of lung cancer development include chronic inflammation that caused by continuous deposition of carcinogenic
metal oxides such as chromium and nickel in the lung. Free radicals peroxidation causes DNA damage,which acts on tumor
related
genes and causes their abnormal expression and generates lung tumor cells. Activating telomerase activity may promote
normal cells transform into immortalized tumor cells. By activating nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor-2 and nuclear factor
Kappa B signaling,welding fumes cause inflammation,DNA damage and formation of lung tumor cells. Welding fumes also
intervenes immune modulatory system and leads to tumor cell formation.

3.IT-based Management Model for TCM Pharmacy

OBJECTIVE:To upgrade the information management of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmacy in our hospital.METHODS:The benefits and problems in implementing information management in our hospital's TCM pharmacy were discussed,and solutions for improvement were proposed.RESULT & CONCLUSION:The application of the information management system can help regulate the management of the TCM pharmacy,and establish a closer connection between traditional medicine and modern technology.
5.Analysis of related factors of bleeding of uterine scar again after cesarean section

Objective To study the related factors of hemorrhage of uterine scar again after cesarean section,available for peer exchange.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 650 patients with scar uterus again cesarean section patients,analysis of postoperative hemorrhage patients,the causes of bleeding.They were divided into placental group (n =6),incision dehiscence group (n =7),uterine atony group (n =17)according to the causes of hemorrhage,and related factors of postoperative bleeding were analyzed.Results The bleeding volume of the placental group in operation[(2 500 ±500)mL]was higher than the uterine atony group[(1 300 ±400)mL] and the incision dehiscence group[(700 ±200)mL].The bleeding volume of the uterine atony group was higher than the incision dehiscence group (t =10.29,5.56,4.33,all P <0.05).The bleeding volume of the uterine atony group after operation[(100.09 ±36.45)mL]was higher than the placental group[(90.71 ±20.31)mL]and the uterine atony group[(81.23 ±30.34)mL].The bleeding volume of the placental group after operation were higher than the uterine atony group (t =3.94,3.02,2.78,all P <0.05).4 cases of hysterectomy,3 cases of conservative surgery in placental group.1 case of hysterectomy,16 cases of conservative surgery in uterine atony group.7 cases conservative surgery in incision dehiscence group.Conclusion placental factors,uterine atony,incision dehiscence all can lead to scar uterus again cesarean section hemorrhage.We should also strengthen the clinical prevention work,and actively take relevant measures,reduce postoperative bleeding risk,to ensure the safety of the mother and infant.
6.Clinical research of dietary,exercise intervention combined with Rouganjiangzhi capsule on non -alcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of dietary,exercise intervention combined with Rou-ganjiangzhi capsule on non -alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A randomized,double -blinded and placebo drug parallel controlled method was used in this study.Sixty patients were enrolled into the study and randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were taken with Rouganjiangzhi capsule combined behavior intervention.The patients of control group were taken with placebo drug combined behavior inter-vention.Each patient were accepted 12 weeks of the therapy.After treatment,the clinical symptoms,liver function, blood lipids,indicators of changes in imaging were detected,and the results of each group statistically were analyzed. Results After 12 weeks treatment,five patients were rejected,and the clinical symptoms,body mass index (BMI), waist -hip ratio were markedly improved in each group:[(1.02 ±1.08)points,(26.29 ±2.54),(0.92 ±0.04), (0.81 ±0.95),(26.58 ±3.11)and (0.91 ±0.04)]compared with[(3.62 ±0.96)points,(27.63 ±2.50),(0.94 ± 0.03),(3.60 ±0.95),(28.22 ±3.14),(0.95 ±0.03)(t =4.74,2.64,0.82,4.62,3.61,0.84,all P <0.05)]. After the treatment,the liver function (ALT,GGT)and cholesterol (TC)of treatment group decreased significantly than that before treatment:[(75.28 ±25.19)IU /L,(48.41 ±38.42)IU /L,(3.02 ±0.85)IU /L],compared with [(127.46 ±52.42)IU /L,(48.41 ±38.42)IU /L,(4.63 ±0.69)IU /L (t =2.54,2.18,2.42,all P <0.05)],while the liver function (ALT,AST,GGT)and blood lipids(TC,TG)of control group had no significantly decreased.The liver and spleen CT ratio raised apparently in treatment group than control group (0.86 ±0.24),(0.71 ±0.20)(t =0.83, P <0.05).Conclusion Rouganjiangzhi capsule achieve the good therapeutic effect on non -alcoholic fatty liver.
7.The survival analysis of patients with Paget's disease and underlying invasive breast carcinoma

Background and purpose: Paget's disease (PD) of the breast is a rare disease. The survival of PD was reported to be related to the characteristics of the underlying carcinoma. This study aimed to investigate the char-acteristics and survival of PD patients with underlying invasive breast carcinoma (IBC). Methods: Fifty-four patients diagnosed with PD and an associated IBC in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from 2002 to 2007 were re-cruited in this study as study group. Since most PD overexpress HER-2, 72 patients with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer were randomly recruited as control group. This study compared survival between these two groups. Results:Twenty-five (46.3%) patients in study group had no clinical manifestation of PD and were diagnosed unexpectedly by a histologic examination. Thirty-five (64.8%) patients in study group had tumors larger than 2 cm, twenty-six(48.1%) patients in study group had chance of axillary lymph node involvement. Compared with control group, patients in study group tended to have more events (5-year relapse-free survival: 76.4% vs 48.5%, P<0.01). In the control group, most events occurred in the first 3 years after operation, while recurrence might happen all along in the 5 years after opera-tion in study group. Patients in study group also had a poorer overall survival than in control group (61.0% vs 80.6%, P=0.01). Conclusion: Patients with Paget's disease and underlying invasive breast cancer tend to have poorer survival than those with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer.
8.Effect of Methimazole and Propylthiouracil on beta-2 globulin and thyroid hormone levels in the treatment of hyperthyroidism

Objective To compare the effects of methimazole and propylthiouracil on 2-beta globulin and thyroid hormone level in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods90 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, the control group was treated with propylthiouracil, the observation group was treated with methimazole, and the level of thyroid hormone, the blood and urine β2-globulin, the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups during before&after treatment.ResultsCompared with before treatment, blood, urine β2-globulin content of two groups were significantly decreased, and the blood, urine beta β2-globulin content of the observation group significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);compared with before treatment, FT3 and FT4 levels of two groups were significantly decreased during 1,2,3 months after treatment (P<0.05), TSH levels were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);During treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was no significant difference.ConclusionThere is significantly effect of methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with methimazole, it can effectively reduce the β2-globulin content, and regulating thyroid hormone levels in the body, it is safe worthy of promotion and application.
9.Abnormal clones and clonal evolution of bcr-abl-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms

In recent years,studies committed to the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) pathogenesis suggest that potential somatic genetic alterations,and epigenetic events might contribute to MPN development,influence the MPN disease phenotype,progression,and promote transformation.The most relevant mutations identified so far can be broadly classified into two main groups.Mutations associated with dysregulated JAK-STATsignal transduction pathway,including mutations in JAK2,CALR,MPL,CBL,LNK,SOCS.Mutations in several epigenetic modifiers,including mutations in TET2,ASXL1,IDH1/2,DNMT3A,EZH2 and so on.In this paper,the abnormal clones and clonal evolution of MPN were reviewed.
10.Detection of main flaviviruses using polymerase chain reaction and microwell plate hybridization

Objective To establish a specific,sensitive and applied method for the detection and differentiation of dengue virus types Ⅰ-Ⅳ,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus.Methods Based on the genomes sequence analysis,6 pairs of primers were designed.The special capture probes of dengue virus types Ⅰ-Ⅳ,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus were amplified,cloned and sequenced.Then the microwell plates were precoated using these capture probes,and the forward primers were labeled using biotin.The samples were then amplified using the biotin labeled forward primers and reward primers.The microwell plate hybridization was processed for detecting and differentiating the virus.The precoated DNA concentration,precoated time,hybridization temperature and hybridization time were optimized carefully.Results The A value of positive samples were over 0.5,while the average A value of the negative samples was less than 0.1.The S/N value exceeded 10.0.Sensitivity experiment suggested the method of PCR-ELISA could detect the virus RNA in 107 times dilution,while RT-PCR could detect the virus RNA in only 106 times dilution.The stability experiment of PCR-ELISA using DVⅠ suggested that the within-batch coefficient of variation was 6.21%,the between-batch coefficient of variation was 9.92%;the within-batch coefficient of variation in negative control was 1.92%,and the between-batch coefficient of variation in negative control was 3.68%.No visible changes were found on the performance of the coated microwell plates when stored in 4℃for 6 monthes.Conclusion PCR-ELISA is a more sensitive and specific method than RT-PCR is in the early detection and type identification of dengue Ⅰ-Ⅳ types virus,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus.
