3.Species and Drug Resistance of the Bacteria Isolated from Sputum Specimens of Inpatients in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the species and drug resistance of the bacteria isolated from sputum specimens of the inpatients in our hospital.METHODS:The drug susceptibility of 2 255 strains of pathogenic bacteria cultured from 6 052 qualified sputum specimens that collected from inpatients of our hospital between Jan.2005 and July 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of the 2 255 strains of pathogenic bacteria,1 210(53.7%)were gram negative bacillus, with Pseudomonas aeruginesa,Escherichia cob,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter showing the highest proportion, accounting for 19.5%,13.9%,8.2% and 6.4%,respectively;429(19.0%)were gram positive coccus, with CN-S and Staphylococcus aureus showing the highest proportion;and the 519(23.0%)were fungus with Candida albicans showing the highest proportion.CON-CLUSION:The result of drug susceptibility test showed that both gram negative bacilli and gram positive coccus were highly resistant to quite a few of antibiotics.
4.The characteristics and treatment of rare embryonal tumors of central nervous system in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2021;36(3):168-171
Embryonal tumors of central nervous system (CNS) are highly invasive malignant tumors that mainly affect infants.Even if the current active treatment strategies are given, the prognosis is still very poor. The 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification integrates the genetic information of diseases with histopathology, so as to make the classification and diagnosis of these tumors more accurate. In the new classification, embryonal tumors of CNS include the most common medulloblastoma, and the rare embryonal tumor with multilayered rosettes, C19MC-altered, embryonal tumor with multilayered rosettes, not otherwise specified (NOS), medulloepithelioma, CNS neuroblastoma, CNS ganglioneuroblastoma, CNS embryonal tumor, NOS, atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, and CNS embryonal tumor with rhabdoid features.Further study and exploration on the biological nature of these rare brain tumors will provide scientific basis for new treatment methods.

6.A study on prospective memory in chronic primary insomnia
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2012;45(1):36-39
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics and the pathogenetic mechanism of prospective memory in patients with chronic primary insomnia. Methods Forty-two patients with chronic primary insomnia and forty age, gender, education, and cultural level matched healthy adults were assessed with a battery of neuropsychological tests including event-based prospective memory (EBPM)and time-based prospective memory (TBPM) tasks.ResultsCompared with the healthy controls ( EBPM: 5.58 ± 0.35 ;TBPM: 4.10 ± 0.32),the patients with chronic primary insomnia had a significant loss in EBPM (3.44 ±0.40,t =3.933,P =0.000),but a insignificant impairment in TBPM (3.76 ± 0.29,t =0.787,P =0.433 ).The retrospective component of event-based prospective memory between the two groups had no significant difference ( t =1.308,P =0.195 ) ,neither did the retrospective component of time-based prospective memory ( Z =- 0.776,P =0.437 ).ConclusionThese results suggest that the patients with chronic primary insomnia have impairment in EBPM,but not in TBPM and the retrospective component of prospective memory.
7.Influence factors of vincristine' s adverse reaction
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(8):574-576
During the treatment of pediatric tumor, vincristine is one of the most widely used and most effective drugs. However, the adverse reactions have limited its clinical application. In recent years, studies have found that the metabolism of vincristine are different in different races and different individuals, and co-ad-ministration with certain drugs such as imidazoles antifungal drugs may enhance its adverse reaction. Resear-ches on new drug delivery system provide a new idea for reducing the adverse reactions of vincristine and impro-ving its bioavailability.
8.Research progression of bio-features and the prognosis of neuroblastoma
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;(3):235-237
Neuroblastoma(NB)is the most common extra -cranial malignant tumor of children. While it ac-counts for 7% of all childhood malignancies,NB accounts for 1 0% of childhood cancer mortality.According to the risk group classification systems, there is high heterogeneity malignant degree of NB.Many bio -features are associated with the prognosis of NB.As the development of the diagnosis and therapy, the relationship between some bio -features and the prognosis has been changed. In the future, target therapy of molecular biology may be a new breakthrough in the therapy area.

10.Study on Macrolide resistance of mycoplasma pneumoninae
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(6):538-540,544
In recent years, more and more Macrolide resistance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae becomes a hot research. The current studies suggest that the mechanisms of Macrolide resistance are drug-binding site mutations, ribosome methylation, drug efflux, and drug related fire-fighting,in which the drug target 23srRNA gene 2063,2064 mutation is significant. It has been reported that drug-resistant patients have the poor effect, including the long total febrile days and high dressing. For treatment of drug-resistant patients, most studies still use the macrolide, early use of corticosteroids may be effective. It is uncertain whether the increase in resistant strains is related with the use of macrolide. It is significant to carry out future researches in this area for clinical therapy and put off the prevalence of drug-resistant strains.
