Objective To explore the prevention and treatment principles of different types of iodine contrast agents. Methods 240 patients with CT enhancement were divided into two groups according to the contrast agent type: 80 patients with ionic contrast agent (control group), 160 cases with non-ionic contrast agent (observation group). The allergic reaction was evaluated according to the ADR classification. The constituent ratio of the allergic reaction was observed in the two groups. The contrast ratio of the hypersensitive reaction was observed. The clinical manifestations of the allergic reaction were observed. Results In the control group, there were 8 cases of mild allergic patients,7 cases of mild allergic patients in the observation group,7 cases of moderate allergic patients in the control group,6 cases of moderate allergic patients in the observation group,4 cases of severe allergic patients. There were 2 cases of severe allergic patients in the observation group. In the observation group, there were 15 cases of total allergies and 19 cases of total allergies in the control group. The number of allergies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (x2=9.063,P<0.05).80 cases of contrast agent induced 19 cases of allergic reaction;non-ionic contrast agent iodopromide 79 cases, induced 9 cases of allergic reactions;non-ionic contrast agent iodohydrin contrast 81 cases.Allergy symptoms such as skin rash, malaise, chills and fever, eyelid edema, throat discomfort and voice, such as nausea and vomiting, dizziness, chest tightness, cardiovascular symptoms such as shock, blood pressure changes and so on.Conclusion Non-ionic iodine contrast agent is superior to ionic contrast agent in the incidence of allergic reaction. However, it is an important measure to reduce the patients' injury caused by different types of hypersensitivity reaction. It is worth the attention of clinicians.
4.Diagnosis and treatment progress of children′s food allergy correlative persistent diarrhea
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(19):1449-1452
Food allergy ( FA ) often leads to protracted diarrhea and chronic diarrhea, which influence children′s nutrition and growth seriously and early diagnosis and treatment is particularly important. Its pathogenesis includes IgE mediated, not IgE mediated, and mix. Mainly manifestations include:food protein mediated rectum colitis, food proteins mediated enterocolitis syndrome, food proteins mediated bowel disease, and coeliac disease ( CD) . Diagnosis should be asked for details of the history. Diet avoidance and open food challenge tests help determine the diagnosis. Treatment mainly for suspicious foods to avoid, breastfeeding should be continue, mothers need to avoid food allergies, artificial feeding should be changed to extensively hydrolysed protein formula( eHF) or amino acid-based formula( AAF) feeding. Try not to use of antibiotics, and to give support therapy. Early diagnosis and treatment, correct nutritional gui-dance can prevent serious complications, reduce its incidence.

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on the improvement of the nutritional status and prevention of complications in elderly stroke patients with eating difficulties, and provide theoretical guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Eighty-two cases of elderly stroke patients with eating difficulties after stroke were randomly divided into two groups by the time of admission,41 cases in control group were given with parenteral alimentation, and 41 cases in treatment group were given with enteral nutrition. Before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment triceps skinfold (TSF),arm muscle circumference (AMC),serum hemoglobin (Hb),albumin (ALB),serum total protein (TP),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) was measured, and the incidence of complications was observed. Results The TSF,AMC,Hb,ALB,TP,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC and FPG after 3 weeks treatment in control group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05),but in treatment group compared with that before treatment there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).The TSF,AMC,Hb,ALB,TP,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC and FPG after 3 weeks treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in treatment group was signifcanfly lower than that in control group [36.6% (15/41) vs.78.0% (32/41)] (P < 0.05).Conclusions Enteral nutrition is conducive to the nutritional status of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia improvement, and can greatly reduce the incidence of complications, and improve survival rate.It is worthy of promotion.
6.Biologic characters of human foreskin fibroblasts
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To study the biologic characters of human foreskin fibroblasts(HFF)to lay the foundation for a long-term culture for human embryonic germ cells in vitro. Methods:The method of separating HFF was investigated.By immunocytochemical method,MTT and flow cytometry,we investigated the morphology and the purity of HFF,study the cell growth curve and cell cycle of HFF,and the effects of different concentrations of mitomycin on growth of HFF at different times. Results:Epidermis and dermis were more easily separated after overnight digestion(12~16 h)in 0.25% Trypsin at 4℃,compared with incubation for 2 h in 5% CO2 at 37℃.Vimentin was strongly positive stained with the purity of 95 percent. There was no obvious stranded period. The rapid proliferation period was in 1~6 d of cell growth curve. The platform stage began at 7 d.Majority of the cells were in G1/G0 phases. The cell cycle corresponded to cell growth curve.Mitomycin C(MMC)inhibited the proliferation of HFF at 12.5 ?g/ml over 2.5 h of MMC treatment. Conclusion:Its biological characters showed that HFF can be used as feeder layer for in-vitro cultured human embryonic germ cells。
7.Cloning of rat serum amyloid P component gene and preparation of its recombinant adenovirus vector
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To construct the recombinant adenovirus vector carrying rat serum amyloid P component(SAP)as preparation for later use. Methods:Rat SAP was obtained by using RT-PCR amplification and then cloned into the shutter plasmid pAdTrace-TO4.Subsequently,this newly constructed plasmid pAdTrace-TO4-SAP was followed by homologous recombination with bone plasmid pAdEasy-1 in BJ5183.Recombinant adenovirus was obtained after being packaged in human embryonic kidney cells HEK293 by lipofectAmineTM2000 mediation. After amplification the recombined adenovirus,we determined its titer by end-point dilution assay. Results:In recombinant shuttle plasmid and recombinant adenovirus,a fragment of 700 bp detected by PCR was identical with that included in Genbank. The titer of recombinant adenovirus reached 2.8?108 pfu/ml.Conclusion:The recombinant adenovirus containing SAP gene was constructed successfully. This will provides a good basis for further study about the influence of SAP on lung fibrosis.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological of characteristic in patients with sciatic nerve injury induced by intramuscular injection. Methods Needle electromyography(EMG) were performed on the illed lower limb muscles in 104 patients with sciatic nerve injury induced by intramuscular injection. Motor conduction velocity(MCV), distal motor latency(dML), and sensory conduction velocity(SCV) were tested on the common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve and posterior tibial nerve while recording distal compound muscle action potential amplitude(dCMAPA) and sensory nerve action potential amplitude(SNAPA) at the same time.H reflex of the low limb were examed in 21 cases. Results Multiple abnormalities of EMG and NCV were seen 2~7 days after intramuscular injection. The positive rate of NCV tests were higher in common peroneal nerve(68.0%) than in tibial nerve(43.5%)( P
9.Inhibitory effects of rosiglitazone on rat aortic smooth muscle cell proliferation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of pharmacological ligand to PPAR?-rosiglitazone on smooth muscle cell proliferation of rat aorta. Methods: smooth muscle cells were prepared from rat aortas using explant technique and identified by their specific growth characteristic and immunocytochemistry. The fifth passage cells were made quiescent by serum starvation for 24 hours, and then cells were stimulated with PDGF-BB or bFGF(20ng/ml) for 24 hours in the presence or absence of rosiglitazone(1~10umol/L),pretreated for 30 minutes.MTT assay was applied to assess cellular viability.Flow cytometry was used for cell cycle analysis. Results: Under microscope, the cultured cells possessed "peak and valley" characteristics for smooth muscle cell.Immunocytochemical staining with specific mAb against ?-actin demonstrated these cells were positive.Smooth muscle cell proliferation was induced by PDGF-BB or bFGF with an increase A490 in MTT.The cell number was reduced in the S phase and increased in the G0/G1 phase.Cell proliferation and transition from G0/G1 to S were inhibited using pretreatment of rosiglitazone in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Rosiglitazone has inhibitory influence on vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation induced by growth factors.
