China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(04):-
The constitutional medical thoughts in Inner Canon of Huangdi is the foundation for TCM constitution theory, it discusses the influence of constitution on disease in detail. Constitution factors determine the disease onset or not; Constitution factors determine the tendency and character of disease. Constitution factors effect the changes of pathogenesis, the character of syndrome, the therapeutic principle and methods; Constitution factors effect the turnover and prognosis. Constitution therapies are profit to correct the partial body, preventing the development of disease and heal the disease.

Objective To study the characteristic of operation design and analyze curative effect of laser sub-epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) on low and midrange myopia in aged patients. Method Fiftyeight patients ( 114 eyes) no less than 35 years old were treated with LASEK by monoblepsis. The subjects were examined and analyzed at 3 days, 7 days, 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation. Results Seventy-one corneas(62.28%) recovered well at 3 days after operation. At 1 month after operation, the acuity of vision of all patients achieved or exceeded corrected vision before operation, and lasted to 6 months after operation. The break up time of 63 eyes were lower than normal at 3 months after operation, but 6 months after operation all of them recovered to normal. The satisfaction of patients raised gradually. Conclusions LASEK is effective for no less than 35 years old myopic patients. Make operation plan refer to monoblepsis and patients' needs can receive more satisfaction.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(2):155-158
12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) is an activator of protein kinase C (PKC)extracted from the croton oil, it is one of the most powerful inducers of differentiation as well as a powerful tumor promoter. It is used by the study of induction and differentiation generally, because of it can induce the differentiation of tumor cell and promote the lymphocyte transformation and secrete of lymphokine, meanwhile,it is able to induce many kinds of cell of leukemic cell strain like HL-60, HEL and so on, Some literature reported that TPA had the function of differentiation of primary leukemic cell. The article mainly explains the induction and differentiation of leukemic cell by phorbol ester as well as its mechanisms, which to provide the theory evidence for prevention and cure of leukemia.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(5):593-597
Chemotherapy is one of the primary treatment for malignant tumors.Platinum drugs as the most commonly used cycle non-specific clinical antitumor drugs show good curative effect in the clinical treatment of solid tumors, however, resistance or cross-resistance of theplatinum analogous has become one of the main obstacles for platinum and its analogous, which limits their clinical applications.miRNAs play an important role in biology, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, stress tolerance, and physiological metabolism. There is a close relationship between miRNAs target gene regulation and tumor drug-resistance.This article is mainly about the role of miRNAs in tumor of platinum resistance.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
We have observed the effects of five alga polysaccharides on rabbit's blood platelets aggregation. We found that the polysaccharides could inhibit aggregation of blood platelets in vitro. The strongest effect was observed in the polysaccharides from the following,in decreasing order of strength: Scytosiphon lomentarius, Codium fragile,Laminaria japonica and Ulvalactuca. The same effect was not observed in polysaccharides from Cladophra. We also found a positive correlation between the effects of anti-aggregation and the ratio of vitriol radicles in these five polysaccharides.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(14):942-944
Pituitary adenoma, a benign intracranial tumor, is the third most common brain tumor, second only to glioma and me-ningioma. Pituitary adenoma has been defined as a benign tumor, but some pituitary adenomas can invade the surrounding tissue. This tumor is difficult to resect and can easily recur after surgery. RWD-containing sumoylation enhancer (RSUME) can stabilize the activity of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and inhibitor kappaB by the small ubiquitin-related modifiers. This phenomenon indicates the impor-tance of RSUME in pituitary adenoma because it promotes the invasiveness of the tumor. However, the correlation between RSUME and the invasion of pituitary adenoma remains unclear. In this study, the roles of RSUME on HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway and IκB/NF-κB compomers in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma were reviewed.
