1.Change of Regulatory Requirement on Cohort Grouping and Endpoint Seting for Intervertebral Fusion Device Clinical Trial.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(4):279-281
Combining technical requirement from main international administration and status quo of China administration, current regulatory requirement on clinical trail of conventional intervertebral fusion devices has been simplified. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar cases can be grouped into the same cohort, and primary endpoints are mainly based on imageology rather than clinical score. This is an attempt to rationally lessen industrial burdensome.

2.Effects of Tangmaikang Granules on Blood Sugar and Sugar Tolerance in Diabetic Mice and on the Sugar Tolerance in Normal Rats
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Tangmaikang granules on blood sugar and sugar tolerance in diabetic mice and on the sugar tolerance of normal rats.METHODS: The diabetic mouse model was induced by alloxan, and the effects of different dosage of Tangmaikang granules on blood sugar and sugar tolerance in experimental diabetic mice and on the sugar tolerance of normal rats were observed.RESULTS: Tangmaikang granules(Medium-dose and high-dose) could downregulate the blood sugar level of experimental diabetic mice and inhibited the glucose-induced increase of the blood sugar level, showing significant differences as compared with the model group(P
3.Clinical analysis of pre-hospital emergency care for elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2013;32(9):945-947
Objective To explore the importance of pre hospital emergency care for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 85 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage transferred by ambulance were considered as the observation group and 51 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage transferred by family members were considered as the control group.Patients in observation group were given first aid at the scene, transit and hospital, and patients in control group were given first aid after admission in hospital.Effective transit time, complications, and mortality were compared between the two groups. Results Effective transit time was shorter in observation group than in control group [(0.92±0.17) h vs.(1.31±0.39) h,t=8.05,P<0.001].The complication incidence was lower in observation group than in control group (14.12% vs.47.06%,x2 =17.77,P<0.001).The mortality rate was lower in observation group than in control group (15.29 % vs.37.25 %,x2 =8.54,P < 0.01).Conclusions Pre-hospital emergency care could shorten the effective transit time, reduce the complication incidence and improve the survival rate in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
4.Application and implementation of narrow band imaging in fiberscope
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(2):142-144
Objective To explore the application and implementation of narrow band imaging (NBI) in fiberscope. Methods NBI color filter in the light source gifted the host machine with NBI function, and the application of DBI technique in fiberscope was implemented with a compatible HD camera. Results NBI technique involved in fiberscope decreased the costs in hospital and departments, relieved patient pain and increased the diagnosis rate. Conclusion NBI technique can be applied to electron mirror and fiberscope, and gains advantages in the future.
5.Perioperative measures for preventing hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence after liver transplantation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):785-791
In recent years, a rapid development has been achieved in the clinical prevention of hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence after liver transplantation, especially in perioperative management, which are supported by the results of evidence-based studies. However, due to the complicated procedures and varied risk factors for liver transplantation, the prevention of postoperative carcinoma recurrence remains a challenge and a focus of research in liver transplantation. This study reviews the perioperative measures for the prevention of hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence after liver transplantation, aiming to shed some light on this aspect for graduates and clinicians of surgery.
6.Research progress on clinical teaching management for Master of Nursing Specialist students
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(29):9-12
Objective To know about the research status of clinical teaching management and provide guidance for establishing and perfecting the clinical teaching management system. Methods We summarized the research progress on clinical teaching management at home and abroad, including clinical training mode, qualification requirement, core competence, assessment criterion and training for clinical adviser of Master of Nursing Specialist students. Results Our country has not formed a standard and unified system on clinical teaching management so far. Conclusions We should actively learn from foreign advanced management experience, combined with China's national conditions to establish clinical adviser management mechanism.
7.The progress of thymosin ?1 and its mechanisms
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Thymosin ?1 is a multiple peptide of hormone and protein isolated from thymus gland, and it has many biological functions. It has been reported that it plays an important role in immune response, neuroendocrine modulation and gene expression. The article is to review the progress of thymosin ?1 and its mechanisms.
8.Application of different nutritional supports in gastric cancer patients undergoing radical resection
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different nutritional supports in gastric cancer patients undergoing radical resection. Methods:Sixty patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into three groups: parenteral nutrition(PN)group, enteral nutrition(EN) group and parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition(PN-EN) group. The rate of complication, recovery time of the gut function, average post-operative hospital stay, changes of liver function, levels of blood glucose, serum albumin, prealbumin and transferrin, levels of nitrogen balance and change of body weight were observed in the three groups. The therapeutic effects of post-operational nutritional support were studied. Results:There are no significant difference in the rate of complication, average post-operative hospital stay, changes of liver function and level of blood glucose. The recovery time of the gut function in EN group was shorter than that in PN and PN-EN groups(P
9.Laparoscopy-assisted radical pull-out operation for Hirschsprung disease:a report of 12 cases
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effect of Laparoscopy-assisted radical pull-out operation for Hirschsprung disease. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with Hirschsprung disease admitted to our hospital in the last 2 years were retrospectively reviewed. Results The surgical procedures of 12 cases were successfully performed by laparoscopy, including 6 cases of common segment,4 cases of short segment, and 2 cases of long segment type. All the operations were completed with laparoscopy in 80-130 min(mean 100 min). There was very little bleeding during the procedure and no obvious scar. There were no complications. Conclusions Laparoscopy-assisted radical pull-out operation for Hirschsprung disease is feasible and effective.
