Objective To investigate the dynamic changes and its significance of inflammatory factors in cervical secretions and prior cervical tissues after cervical conical resection. Methods Women who received prior cervical conization during December 2013 and December 2015 in this hospital were selected, then the cervical tissue and secretion were collected regular interval after the conization. The expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF),interleukin 6 (IL-6) and high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1) were quantitative detected and analyzed. The expression and infiltration of inflammatory cell were detected by HE and immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of TNF-α,IL-6 and HMGB1 in cervical tissues and secretions increased gradually after priorcervical conization, which reached the peak at 1 to 2 weeks after priorcervical conization, and then gradually decreased, the differences were statistically significant when compared with the preoperative control group (P<0.05).The inflammatory cell infiltration and the inflammatory response were most severe at 1st week after the conization. The expression of TNF-α,IL 6 and HMGB1 was at 1st week after the conization were significantly higher than that of the 4thweek group. Conclusion The cervical inflammatory were most severe after the prior cervical conization about 1-2weeks,and the hysterectomy should be avoided at this stage.

Educational reform of pathophysiology oriented to clinical application is to pass the physician qualifica -tion examination .One of essential approach is to implement pathophysiology teaching with the translational medical philosophy and promote the harmonious development of physician -patient relationship with the utilization of the de-velopment and changes of disease in the teaching process .In that way, the pathophysiology in basic and clinical medicine is worthy of the name of “bridge”, and ultimately achieves the goal of “the transformation and develop-ment of the cultivation of clinical application talents”.

The osmotic pressure of ammonium sulfate solutions has been measured by the well-established freezing point osmometry in dilute solutions and we recently reported air humidity osmometry in a much wider range of concentration. Air humidity osmometry cross-validated the theoretical calculations of osmotic pressure based on the Pitzer model at high concentrations by two one-sided test (TOST) of equivalence with multiple testing corrections, where no other experimental method could serve as a reference for comparison. Although more strict equivalence criteria were established between the measurements of freezing point osmometry and the calculations based on the Pitzer model at low concentration, air humidity osmometry is the only currently available osmometry applicable to high concentration, serves as an economic addition to standard osmometry.

Objective:To investigate the effect of human growth hormone releasing hormone receptor splice variant type 1 (GHRHR SV1) on the proliferation of human liver cancer HepG2 cells, and to clarify the proliferation effect of GHRHR SV1 on the human cancer cells. Methods:The GHRHR SV1 plasmids were transfected into the human HepG2 cells to construct the HepG2-SV1 cell line.HepG2 group(HepG2 cells),HepG2-empty group(HepG2-pcDNA3.0 cell line) and HepG2-SV1 group(HepG2-SV1 cells) were set up.PCR and Western blotting methods were used to identify the HepG2-SV1 cell line;CCK-8 method was used to detect prolifernation rate of cells;colony formation assay was used to detect the colony formation rate of cells;cell wound healing assay was used to evaluate the migration rate of cells. Results:The PCR and Western blotting results showed the HepG2-SV1 cell line expressed GHRHR SV1 steadily. The CCK-8 results showed that the proliferation rate of the HepG2-SV1 cells in HepG2-SV1 group was higher than that of the HepG2-pcDNA3.0 cells in HepG2-empty group(P<0.05).The colony formation assay results showed that the colony formation rate of HepG2-SV1 cells in HepG2-SV1 group was 3.5 times higher than that of the HepG2-pcDNA3.0 cells in HepG2-empty group(P<0.05).The cell wound scratch assay results showed that the migration rate of the HepG2-SV1 cells in HepG2-SV1 group was higher than that of the HepG2-pcDNA3.0 cells in HepG2-empty group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GHRHR SV1 could increase the proliferation of HepG2 cells.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of ~(125)I seeds based on physical properties, the significance of therapeutic planning system (TPS), the therapeutic means and the clinical efficacy. Methods Eighteen cases with advanced carcinoma were treated through percutaneous implantation of 125 I for interstitial radiotherapy. Results No serious complications occurred in the patients after radiotherapy associated with apparent improved living quality. Two months after therapy, the tumors had shrunk in different degrees with conspicuous decrease in 12, of which 5 tumors disappeared. Conclusions Short-term efficacy demonstrates that intra-tissue radiotherapy of ~(125)I had significant efficacy for advanced tumors.

Objective To investigate the serum coxsackie virus B(CVB) infection and nitric oxide (NO)level of the patients suffer from latent or chronic Keshan disease and their characteristics in the etiopathology of Keshan disease. Methods Sera were isolated from 30 patients with latent or chronic Keshan disease in Huangling county.Shaanxi Province, and the CVB-specific IgM antibody and NO were tested. Control groups were health subjects in Huangling county or Xi'an city, Shaanxi Province. Results The percentage of CVB-specific IgM positive in patients in Huangling county was significantly higher than that of both control groups in Huangling county and Xi'an city (P<0. 05). The serum level of NO in patients was significantly higher than that of the control group in Huangling county (P<0.05) ,however, compared with control group in Xi'an city, there was no difference (P>0.05). In CVB-specific IgM positive patients, the serum level of NO was significantly higher than that of CVB-specific IgM negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion CVB infection and serum NO level might be related to the etiopathology and the development of Keshan disease.

Growth plate, the developmental center of endochondral osteogenesis, can be divided morphologically and functionally into a resting zone,a proliferative zone,a prehypertrophic zone and a hypertrophic zone.Injuries to growth plate often lead to bone growth defects including limb length discrepancy and angulation deformity in children.Currently, their orthopedic corrective surgeries are invasive and limitedly effective and no effective biotherapy has been available.Previous studies on animal models of growth plate damage have investigated the related cellular and molecular events in the repair of damaged growth plates in the 4 distinct inflammatory, fibrogenic, osteogenic and remodeling phases.Related molecules involved in the regulation of the above processes, such as inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor alpha, mitogenic platelet-derived growth factor and bone morphogenetic protein, are found to participate in the regulation of growth plate injury.Exploration of the mechanisms may provide new targets for biotherapy. In addition, development of cartilage tissue engineering, especially application of mesenchymal stem cells, also provides potential interventions for growth plate injury.
