4.Research progress in T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2012;(12):942-944
T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL),which is biologically similar to T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),and occurs most frequently in childhood and adolescence.T-LBL progresses fast. The treatment of LBL with conventional chemotherapy regimens for NHL has shown relatively low rates of complete remission and of disease-free survival. Now,it is reasonable to treat patients with LBL with the current ALL-type protocols, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may yield a more favorable overall survival (OS) in T-LBL patients, especial in relapsed or refractory LBL patients.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(22):3124-3128
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols from Juglans regia branch and evaluate its anti-oxidant activity in vitro. METHODS:Using extraction amount of polyphenols from J. regia branch as response value,solvent-solid ratio, extraction temperature and ethanol volume fraction as response factors, based on single factor test, response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols from J. regia branch. Using vitamin C as positive control,scaveng-ing on hydroxyl radicals and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radicals and total reducing activities of polyphenols from J. re-gia branch were investigated. And its antioxidant activity in vitro was evaluated. RESULTS:Optimized extraction conditions for polyphenols from J. regia branch was as follow as solid-liquid ratio of 1:25(g/mL),extraction temperature of 50 ℃,ethanol vol-ume fraction of 70%. The extraction amount of polyphenols from J. regia branch was 9.30 mg/g(RSD=0.57%,n=3)in the veri-fication test. Clearance rate on hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radicals and total reducing activity of polyphenols from J. regia branch were respectively 50.24%,95.42%,1.118 when it was under the mass concentration of 12.0,3.0,3.0μg/mL;and the related data of vitamin C was 93.71%,46.17%,0.628 under the same mass concentration(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Extraction technology of polyphenols from J. regia branch optimized by response surface method is stable and feasible;polyphenols from J. regia branch shows certain antioxidant activity in vitro.

In order to investigate the effect of vitamin A (VA) on the secretion of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in Mycoplasma Pneumoniae (MP)-induced A549 cells, A549 cells were co-cultured with MP for different time lengths and then the levels of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in the cell culture supernatants were detected before and after treatment with different concentrations of VA by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the level of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in the supernatants of MP-induced A549 cells was much higher than that in non-induced cells (P<0.01). After application of VA, IL-4 level was not increased until the concentration of VA was up to 0.5x10(-5) mol/L (P<0.01). However, with concentration of VA increased up to 1x10(-4) mol/L, IL-4 was significantly suppressed (P<0.01). It was concluded that MP could induce the secretion of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in A549 cells. VA could inhibit the secretion of IFN-gamma and increase the IL-4 level in MP-induced A549 cells. However, high concentration of VA had an inhibitory effect on the secretion of IL-4 as well as on the IFN-gamma. These data provided a theoretical basis for the application of VA in MP pneumonia in the clinical practice.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(3):57-59
Objective To investigate the frustration-confronting ability training on adversity quotient(AQ)of nursing graduates. Methods One hundred and fifty nursing graduates were received the frustration-confronting ability training. The adversity quotient scale was used in the investigation before and after the training.Result The total scores of AQ and other scores on all factors in AQ after training were significantly higher than before the training(all P<0.01).Conclusion The frustration-confronting ability training may be effective for the improvement of nursing graduates’AQ.

China Pharmacy 2015;(19):2651-2653
OBJECTIVE:To study the antioxidant effects of Scutellaria baicalensis(SBE)on the model mice with Alzheimer’s disease. METHODS:All mice were treated by D-gal (150 mg/kg) and NaNO2 (100 mg/kg) for 60 d to reproduce the AD model mice,ip,once a day. Totally 60 mice were randomly divided into normal control group(isovolumetric sodium chloride injection), model group (isovolumetric sodium chloride injection),estradiol (0.4 mg/kg) group, and SBE high, medium and low doses (500,250 and 125 mg/kg). The mice were intragastrically administrated while modeling except normal control group, once a day, for continuous 60 d. The superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in brain tis-sue ,and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum of mice were determined. RESULTS:Compared with normal control group, the SOD,CAT activities in brain tissue, and GSH-Px activity in serum of mice in model group were decreased,MDA con-tent in brain tissue were increased, with significant difference(P<0.01 or P<0.05);compared with model group, the SOD,CAT activities in brain tissue and GSH-Px activity in serum of mice in SBE high and medium dose groups were increased,MDA content was decrease, with significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:SBE can enhance the antioxidant capacity in AD model mice by a mechanism that may be related to the improvement of related oxidation indicators’levels.

Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(3):254-258
Objective To observe the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and discuss the correlation with clinical pathological significances. Methods In 71 patients diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma,71 cancer tissues(adenocarcinoma group) and 71 adjacent normal tiuues(adjacent cancer group) were collected in operations.Immunohistochemical methods was used to detect the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in the two groups, the relationship between the two genes and communication with clinicopathological indexes were discussed.Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detected the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 at protein and mRNA level. Results The positive rates of ZNF139 was 66.20% in adenocarcinoma group, higher than in adjacent cancer group(21.42%,P=0.016);the positive rates of MMP-7 was 74.65% in adenocarcinoma group, higher than7 than in adjacent cancer group(26.76%,P=0.012).The expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, muscle invasion and FIGO stage(P=0.028,0.031;P=0.004,0.016;P=0.008,0.011).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed there was positive correlation between ZNF139 and MMP-7 in adenocarcinoma tissues(r=0.716,P=0.039).Western blot showed that ZNF139 and MMP-7 expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=6.92,7.34;P<0.01);qRT-PCR showed that ZNF139 mRNA and MMP-7 mRNA expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=4.27,4.06;P<0.05).Conclusion ZNF139 and MMP-7 are correlated with malignant pathological characteristics in endometrial adenocarcinoma, they may modulate the malignant behavior together.
