1.Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with herbs-partitioned moxibustion meridian sinew node treating limb muscle contracture and fatigue after stroke

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with herbs-deparated moxibustion meridian sinew node to treat the contracture and fatigue of limb muscle after stroke.Methods Seventy two patients with limb faigure & muscle contracture after stroke in conformity with the incorporation standard were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The patients in the treatment group were subjected to the acupuncture combined with herbs-deparated moxibustion meridian sinew node, and patients in the control group were subjected to conventional acupuncture and infrared therapy.The activity of daily living scale (ADL), simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score, neurological impairment degree score, modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score, clinical spasticity index (CSI), patient-reported outcomes (PRO) of patients in both groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment were observed.Clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (86.1% vs.55.6%;x2=8.134, P=0.004).The limb spasm I level improvement of patients in the treatment group (30.6% vs.8.3%, X2=4.345) was better than that in the same group before treatment (P<0.05).ADL score of patients in the treatment group after treatment increased (58.37 ± 10.68 vs.54.25 ± 9.57, t=1.720) when compared to that before treatment, simplified Fugl-Meyer score of patients in the treatment group after treatment increased (75.25 ± 12.54 vs.66.36 ± 10.99, t=3.199) when compared to that before treatment, the rise condition occurred, the score of neurologic impairment degree of patients in the treatment group hit (7.47 ± 1.06 vs.11.24 ± 2.19, t=9.290) when compared to that before treatment, decrease conditions of patients in the treatment group were better than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05).The tendon reflex in CSI index of patients in the treatment group after treatment increased (2.71 ± 0.22 vs.3.08 ± 0.24, t=6.819) when compared to that before treatment, the muscle tension of patients in the treatment group increased (4.34 ± 0.32 vs.5.83 ± 0.35, t=18.852) when compared to that before treatment, the clonus of patients in the treatment group after treatment increased (1.22 ± 0.28 vs.1.89 ± 0.35, t=8.969) and PRO score of patients in the treatment after treatment increased (19.22 ± 4.47 vs.228.27 ± 4.94, t=8.151) were significantly lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with herbs-deparated moxibustion meridian sinew node can improve the movement and life of patients with stroke and muscle weakness & contracture, and its efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture combined with acupuncture and infrared therapy.
2.Curative effects of hepatocyte growth factor in treatment of infant hepatitis syndrome caused by cytomega lovirus with ganciclovir

Objective To compare the curative effect of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in treatment of infant hepatitis syndrome (IHS) caused by cytomegalovirus with ganciclovir.Methods Sixty-eight cases with infant hepatitis syndrome caused by cytomegalovirus from neonatology department of our hospital from September 2010 to September 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (32 cases)took HGF and ganciclovir therapy and the control group (36 cases) only received ganciclovir treatment Both groups were given conventional guard liver therapy.After one month of treatment, liver function, cytomegalovirus DNA content,extinction time of jaundice, treatment efficiency and the adverse reaction rate were evaluated for two groups.Results Liver function of children in observation group improved significantly after treatment compared with the control group, CMV-DNA quantitatively lower than the control group, the extinction time of jaundice was earlier than the latter,and the overall treatment efficiency was higher in observation group (P <0.05);The adverse reaction has no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion HGF combined with ganciclovir treatment can significantly improve liver function in patients of IHS caused by cytomegalovirus infection, and can collaboratively reduce viral load.Symptoms subside quickly with fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

4.THE INFLUENCE OF PH ON GROWTH OF DIFFERENT GENESIS PROMASTIGOTES OF L. DONOVANI

The Many experiments show that pH affect the growth of romastigotes of L donovani. But the control tests with Acid - base scale have not been reported on the growth of promastigotes from different genesis. This paper reports that pH has different nfluence on several kinds of promastigotes from different genesis. We obseved that the growth of promastigotes of L. doncvani is inhibited when pH is 4.6 and 8.6.

6.Detection of Mycoplasma and Analysis of Drug Resistance in 414 Patients with Nongonococcal Urethritis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection of Mycoplasma and drug resistance in the patients of nongonococcal urethritis(NGU)in the local area.METHODS Totally 414 specimens in the patients of NGU were collected,cultured and tested for drug sensitvity.RESULTS From them there were 284 patients who had Mycoplasma(68.60%).The simple infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)was 90 cases(21.74%) and that of Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) was 52 cases(12.56%).The mixed was 142 cases(34.30%).The result of drug sensitivity showed that sensitivity of Mycoplasma to minocycline(Minocin) was the highest,then was to doxycycline.Ciprofloxacin was with the highest drug resistance,then were sparfloxacin and erythromycin.CONCLUSIONS The infection rate of Mycoplasma in the patients of NGU is in a rising tendency;Mycoplasma are severely resistant to ciprofloxacin,sparfloxacin,and erythromycin,and have multi-resistance.It is important to culture and test the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma.To control the Mycoplasma infection and supervision management of antibiotics is a urged and important task for us.
7.Level of pulmonary surfactant protein D and human type Ⅰ protein in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the levels of pulmonary surfactant protein D (SP-D) and 56-kD human type Ⅰ protein(HTI-56) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,as well as their potential as biomarkers of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 57 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from June 2011 to June 2016 in our hospital.In this study,the levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum were determined and compared between unilateral lung infection and bilateral lung infection.Results SP-D and HTI-56 levels were significantly higher in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples (P < 0.05)compared with bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from uninfected lungs (P < 0.05).However,the serum levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in children with unilateral lung infection and bilateral pulmonary infection were not significantly different (P >0.05).Conclusion High levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from infected lungs may reflect damage to alveolar epithelial cells caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.
8.A study on quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylit2s(AS). Method86 patients were investigated by direct questioning using a uniform questionaire. ResultAll patients had different degree of stiffness on the lower back. 77.9% and 75.8% ofpatients ftequently had pain and fatigue respectively. 24. 4% of patients had sleeping disorder. 39.5% of patients had to change job or could notundertake normal work. 86% of patients had limitations in participating social activities. irritable feelings developed in 94. 1% of patients.91.8% of patients were not regularly treated before being admitted . ConclusionAll patients had few imitation in self- care and elementaryactivities in self - care. Most patients could perform their house hold tasks, although their severe symptoms have periodically flares. Many patientshad psychological problems.
9.Effects of combined vaccination on health related quality of life in children with recurrent respiratory infection

Objective To observe the health-related quality of life of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) simultaneously inoculated by pneumococcal vaccine combined with influenza vaccine.Methods A total of 454 cases with RRTI were randomly divided into four groups,the control group (n =135) was used with placebo only,and the combined inoculation group (n =143) was simultaneously inoculated with pneumococcal vaccine combined with influenza vaccine,the pneumococcus vaccine group (n =95),influenza vaccine group (n =81).The PedsQLTM 4.0 score and clinical indicators were observed in each group before the inoculation and 14 months after the inoculation.Results There were no significant differences in the number of cases,gender,age,duration and socioeconomic status score in the four groups (P > 0.05).The incidence of upper and lower respiratory tract infection,respiratory diseases caused by the frequency of fever,the number of days of antibiotic use and total cost of treatment in the vaccine group were significantly less than those of the control group (P < 0.05).And the combined inoculation group was significantly better than the pneumococcus vaccine group and influenza vaccine group(P < 0.0l).The PedsQLTM 4.0 score showed no significant differences among four groups (P > 0.05) before the inoculation.Each dimension of the quality of life of the vaccine group significantly increased (P < 0.05) while those of control group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Combination of inoculation of pneumococcal vaccine and influenza vaccine can effectively improve the health-related quality of life of RRTI children as well as the PedsQLTM 4.0 score,and it should be highly recommended clinically.
10.Comparison of cellular immune function during postoperative analgesia with dezocine versus fentanyl in patients with gynecologic malignant tumors

Objective To compare the cellular immune function during postoperative analgesia with dezocine and fentanyl in the patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods Fifty patients scheduled for elective surgery for gynecologic malignant tumors, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ , were equally and randomly divided into either dezocine group (group D) or fentanyl group (group F) using a random number table.Total intravenous anesthesia was used for all the patients, and the intraoperatively administered anesthetics was the same.The patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) was used for postoperative analgesia.PCIA solution contained dezocine 0.8 mg/kg and tropisetron 6 mg in 100 ml of normal saline in group D.PCIA solution contained fentanyl 0.01 mg/kg and tropisetron 6 mg in 100 ml of normal saline in group F.The PCA pump was set up to deliver a 1 ml bolus dose with a 15-min lockout interval and background infusion at 2 ml/h after a loading dose of 2 ml in the two groups.Tramadol 100 mg was given intravenously as rescue analgesic to maintain visual analogue scale score ≤ 4.Before surgery (T0), at the end of surgery, and at 24 and 48 h after surgery (T2,3) , venous blood samples were collected for detection of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+ , CD8+ and natural killer (NK) cell levels (by flow cytometry).CD4+/CD8+ ratio was calculated.The requirement for rescue analgesics and occurrence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, hypotension and respiratory expression were recorded after surgery.Results No patients required tramadol as rescue analgesic in either group.Compared with the value at T0, the levels of CD3+ , CD4+ and NK cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were significantly decreased at T1,2, and the CD8+level was increased at T1 in group D, and the levels of CD3+ cells at T1,2, CD4+ cells at T1 and NK cells at T1-3 were decreased (P<0.05) , and no significant change was found in CD8+ cell level and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in group F (P>0.05).Compared with group F, the levels of CD3+ and NK cell were significantly increased at T3 (P<0.05) , and no significant change was found in the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery in group D (P>0.05).Conclusion The inhibitory degree of the cellular immune function is reduced when postoperative analgesia is performed with dezocine as compared with that when fentanyl is used in the patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.
