1.Emphasizing the correlation between brain and eye to improve neuro-ophthalmology
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2008;24(2):82-85
Eye and nervous system are anatomically and physiologically very close.About 40% of the nerve fibers in brain are correlated with visual function.Seven of twelve cranial nerves are straightly correlated with visual afferent or eye movement.Neurological diseases can affect eye in many different ways.Furthermore, systemic disorders can cause secondary neurological lesions or even primary neurological disorders, which sequentially show ocular symptoms and signs.Better understanding of the close relationship between eye and brain, together with intimate cooperation between ophthalmologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons and other specialties, are the key point to improve our neuro-ophthalmology service in China.
2.Monitoring of Individual Exposed Dose of Radiological Workers in Qinghai Province in 2001-2005
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To know the dynamic dose of individual external exposure for radiological workers in Qinghai province from 2001 to 2005. Methods Individual exposed dose for 2 733 radiological workers were measured with thermoluminescent method. Results Individual average effective dose was less than 0.53 mSv/a, 97.84% of radiological workers dose was less than 5 mSv/a. Conclusion The individual external exposure level for radiological workers is less than 5 mSv/a in Qinghai Province and it does not exceed the national standard limit.
3.Recent advances in radiotracers for apoptosis imaging
Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017;37(6):366-369
Apoptosis plays a crucial role in various physiology and pathologic processes of organisms. The non-invasive imaging of apoptosis may have potentially important diagnostic and prognostic predictive values on apoptosis-associated diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases and neoplasms.Molecular imaging of nuclear medicine provides a useful tool to investigate these features in vivo by using suitable radiopharmaceuticals. This review summarizes the recent advances in imaging agents targeting the apoptosis process.
4.Application of alpha-fetoprotein in molecular therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(9):636-639
Alpha-fetoprotein is an important molecular marker for clinical diagnosis, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis of cancer for long time, especially for hepatocellular carcinoma. But for physiological function of alpha-fetoprotein, we know less than its clinical significance. So here this article presents a review about physiological function of alpha-fetoprotein and its application in molecular therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
5.Electromagnetic fields and neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(2):94-97
Neovascularization is one of the crucial challenges in tissue-engineered grafts. In order to find sdution to the problem, endothelial cells and animals were exposed to electromagnetic fields to examine the formation of new vascular. This review gives an overview of the effects of electromagnetic fields on the neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts.
6.The effect of transmembrane tumor necrosis factor-alpha on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(9):4-6
Objective To study the effect of transmembrane tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TM-TNF-αt) on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells, and explore the correlations with silencer of death domain (SODD).Methods The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected by immunocytochemistry. The expression of SODD in human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells undisposed and after disposed with TM-TNF-α was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, and the influence of TM-TNF-α on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells was analyzed. Results The positive rate of PCNA in undisposed human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells was 80.3% (155/193),in human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells disposed with TM-TNF-α was 46.7% (85/182),there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).The cycle index of polymerase chain reaction in human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells was 28 times, the amplification product was disposed by 2% agarose gel electrophoresis, the gray scale disposed by TM-TNF-α and undisposed human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells were 1.377 ± 0.170 and 0.815 ± 0.040,there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion TM-TNF-α has obvious cytotoxic effect on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells in vitro which may due to its up-regulating the expression of SODD.
7.RNAi and gene therapy of hepatacellular carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(8):562-566
It has been confirmed that hepatocellular carcinoma belongs to gene related disease.Biological characteristic of hepatocyte can be infected by abnormal expression of related genes, resulting in normal cell transformed to carcinoma cell, therefore,we should do further research to find new methods for diagnosis and treatment of HCC.As a new technique for gene knockdown,RNAi has been applied more in the fields of gene function and gene therapy. This paper is a review about recent advance in HCC gene therapy with RNAi.
8.Transition system for high-resolution non-standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X-ray
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
High -resolution non -standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X -ray can't make use of universal video interfaces such as VGA, S - Video. Based on non - standard video feature transition algorithm library, high - speed field integration technology for FPGA digital system and VHDL hardware description language, this paper develops a real-time transition system for high-resolution non-standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X-ray.
9.Effect of TGF-?1 on expression of INF-?-induced ?_2 M-in human pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effect of TGF? 1 on expression of MHCⅠ type antigen in human pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expressions of ? 2 M in primary culture cells with rhINF? and rhTGF? 1+rhINF? from human pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma were detected by FCM(Flow Cytometry Method), respectively. Results Expression of ? 2 M in all tumor cell groups was induced significantly by rhINF?
