China Pharmacy 2015;(25):3565-3568
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus aureu. METHODS:The single-factor test was adopted to investigate the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, the vol-ume fraction of ethanol, the ratio of liquid to solid and power on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus au-reu in the process of ultrasonic-assisted extraction, based on which,four-factor and five-level Box-Behnken central component de-sign was performed with unchanged ultrasonic power, and then response surface method was adopted to analyze the effects of the 4 factors and their interaction on the extraction rate of total flavonoids to determine the optimal factor and level, and verification tests were conducted.RESULTS:The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology was as follows as extraction time of 29 min,tem-perature of 44 ℃,volume fraction of ethanol of 78%,ratio of liquid to solid of 13∶1(ml/g). In three verification tests, the aver-age extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.130%,with an relative error of 0.005% compared to the theoretical value. CONCLU-SIONS:The optimal technology is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for theultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus aureu.

International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(9):636-639
Alpha-fetoprotein is an important molecular marker for clinical diagnosis, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis of cancer for long time, especially for hepatocellular carcinoma. But for physiological function of alpha-fetoprotein, we know less than its clinical significance. So here this article presents a review about physiological function of alpha-fetoprotein and its application in molecular therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
5.Practice of the JCI certification in hospital informationization and analysis
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;30(4):305-307
Command of the JCI standards and lessons learnt from practice and experience in JCI accreditation preparation, can help identify the gap between the hospitals and JCI standards. These standards can also guide the clinical pathway system, pharmacy intravenous admixture services system and medical business intelligence system. The information system built under such guidance not only makes an effective solution to existing problems, but also proves innovative. All these pave the way for successful JCI accreditation.

Objective To use the new technique of seeding cells labeled with fluorescent protein for monitoring the construction process of tissue-engineering bone in vitro. Methods Human bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)were isolated and culture-expanded from femoral marrow.BMSCs were transfected with the recombinant retrovirus pLEGFP-Nl containing enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP).Those expressing EGFP were cultured in the experiment groups, and the unmarked BMSCs were in the control groups. The cell-scaffold complexes were constructed with BMSCs and hydroxyapatite in vitro. Some complexes were used to assess the adhesion efficiency and the others were cultured and observed under fluorescence microscope for four weeks. Results EGFP was successfully expressed after BMSCs were transfected with the retroviral vector pLEGFP-N1.The labeled cells were easy to observe while the cell-scaffold complexes were constructed and cultured. The adhesion efficiency was(90.3?2.1)%for the group of labeled BMSCs and(92.0?1.5)%for the control group,so there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.236).Conclusions After BMSCs are transfected with the recombinant retrovirus containing EGFP,the adhesion of cells will hardly be affected so that seeding cells labeled with fluorescent protein can well be used for monitoring the construction and culture of tissue-engineering bone in vitro.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(2):213-215
Objective To assess the effect of Ambroxol combined with Naloxone on respiratory insufficiency on premature infants. Methods A total of 168 premature infants treated from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. Additionally to the conventional treatment, Ambroxol (5 mg pertime) combined with Naloxone (0.1mg pertime) intravenously injected 2 to 3 times one day for 3 to 5 days in the treatment group(86 cases). The control group (82 cases) was treated by routine Aminophylline injection,3- 5 mg/kg pertime, 2 to 3 times one day. Respiratory rates, regulately or not, breathholding, cyanosis and apnea, mechanically ventilated time, time of oxygen inhaling, time of hospital stay and the overall response rate were measured. Results The overall response rate was 80% (69/86) in the treatment group and 56% (46/82)in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Mechanically ventilated time, time of oxygen inhaling and hospital stay in the treatment group was (110.5±45.1) hrs, (169.3±58.6) hrs and ( 12±3) days, which were all significantly lower than that in the control group ( 181.1±81.2) hrs, (236.6±87.8)hrs and (16±5)days,respectively(P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol and Naloxobe additional to conventional treatment could improve the respiratory function in premature infants with respiratory insufficiency safely with less side effects. Moreover, breathing machine could be removed to some extent, which made it more applicable in primary hospitals.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2011;46(3):280-4
This study is designed to investigate the anti-tumor and anti-angiogenesis mechanism of carrageenan oligosaccharides. The effects of carrageenan oligosaccharides on basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) induced cell proliferation, heparanase activity and bFGF binding ability were evaluated in human cervical cancer cells (HeLa) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Results indicate that, at rational concentrations, carrageenan oligosaccharides showed low cytotoxic effect. At relatively low concentrations (0.2-200 microg x mL(-1)), these oligosaccharides could competitively bind bFGF and inhibit bFGF induced cell proliferation. In these samples, oligo-lambda-carrageenans (dp2-8) were the most potent bFGF antagonists. At concentration of 20 microg x mL(-1), their inhibitory ratio reached to 30%. The heparanase enzyme assay revealed that three kinds of carrageenan oligosaccharides showed different inhibitory activities to two cell lines. For HeLa cell, oligo-lambda-carrageenans showed highest inhibitory effect, but for HUVEC, oligo-kappa-carrageenans (dp9-17) were the best inhibitors. Current observations demonstrated that the biological activities of carrageenan oligosaccharides are closely related to the molecular weight, carbohydrate structure and the content and linking position of sulfur groups. Carrageenan oligosaccharides with high sulfate fraction, 2-8 units saccharide size and suitable molecular structure are able to achieve potent heparin sulfate-like compounds.
