China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To study influence factors of medical students’rational drug use in clinical practice and to provide references for improvement of medical educations and rational drug use. METHODS:The information was obtained by 325 designed questionnaire"questionnaire for prescription behaviors of medical students’rational drug use"performed by students in two medical colleges of Jiangxi Province and was inputted using Epidata3.0 software. SPSS13.0 software was adopted to analyze data by means of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis methods. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The level of medical students’rational drug use was just a little below the average level. It was positive correlated to the self-evaluation on instructors’conducting frequency and the achievements in medical course, but with negative correlation to the performances of rational drug use knowledeg. The achievements in medical course in self-evaluation has great impact on rational drug use behaviors while the performances of rational drug use knowledge has little impact on it.
2.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(6):330-335
The treatment for chronic myeloid leukemia is still a challenge,at present.Tyrosine kinase inhibitors can partially control chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis (CML-BC),but the effect is not durable.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the only way that can cure CML-BC.This paper presents a review of the treatment before allo-HSCT for CML-BC,the selection of condition regimen, donor and hematopoietic stem cell, the monitoring of MRD post-transplant,the prophylaxis and intervention of relapse.

5.Regulating effect of graft-versus-host-disease and graft-versus-leukemia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(31):-
Through thorough understanding of the pathophysiology of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) effect, especial the effects of immune cells and cytokines, the article is designed to find out multiple ways to reduce GVHD and reserve or enhance GVL effect. Many kinds of cytokines are involved in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of GVHD and GVL effect. Different cytokines have different effects on GVHD and GVL effect. Immune cells play important roles in regulating GVHD and GVL effect. Studies shows that some cytokines and specific immune cells are able to reduce GVHD, as well as reserve or enhance GVL effect at the same time, which make the separation of GVL from GVHD can be achieved. On the whole, through thorough understanding of the mechanism of immune cells and cytokines in GVHD and GVL effect, we can find out multiple ways to reduce GVHD, as well as reserve or enhance GVL effect.

The popularization of home medical equipment facilitates the treatment and management of many diseases, improving the patient compliance. However, due to the absence of medical background, most of their users have various security risk in the course of reorganization, choosing, using and maintenance of the products. This paper analyzed the property of security risk in home medical equipment, and described the matters needing attention in the using of several common products.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(2):213-215
Objective To assess the effect of Ambroxol combined with Naloxone on respiratory insufficiency on premature infants. Methods A total of 168 premature infants treated from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. Additionally to the conventional treatment, Ambroxol (5 mg pertime) combined with Naloxone (0.1mg pertime) intravenously injected 2 to 3 times one day for 3 to 5 days in the treatment group(86 cases). The control group (82 cases) was treated by routine Aminophylline injection,3- 5 mg/kg pertime, 2 to 3 times one day. Respiratory rates, regulately or not, breathholding, cyanosis and apnea, mechanically ventilated time, time of oxygen inhaling, time of hospital stay and the overall response rate were measured. Results The overall response rate was 80% (69/86) in the treatment group and 56% (46/82)in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Mechanically ventilated time, time of oxygen inhaling and hospital stay in the treatment group was (110.5±45.1) hrs, (169.3±58.6) hrs and ( 12±3) days, which were all significantly lower than that in the control group ( 181.1±81.2) hrs, (236.6±87.8)hrs and (16±5)days,respectively(P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol and Naloxobe additional to conventional treatment could improve the respiratory function in premature infants with respiratory insufficiency safely with less side effects. Moreover, breathing machine could be removed to some extent, which made it more applicable in primary hospitals.

Objective To provide references for epidemiology teaching reform by investigating scores of epidemiological exam and applications of epidemiologic course content in practice. Methods The epidemiological exam scores of students majoring in preventive medicine from 2004 to 2007 grade were statistically analyzed and questionnaire survey was carried out among students of 2006 and 2007 grade. Results The skewness of epidemiological scores from four garades were negative skew, and the kurtosis of 2007 grade was positive, the others were negative;there were statistical differences among the average scores of different grades(F=2.70,P<0.05);there were statistical differences between 2004 grade and other grades in passing rate(x2=7.94,P<0.008).Most of the contents applied in survey were prevention and control of infectious deseases(16.0%),prevention and control of chronic diseases(13.9%),surveillance of diseases(11.8%).Conclusions Epidemiology teaching reform should be enhanced and should integrate theory with practice.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(23):-
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus viremia in patients receiving allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Methods Thirty patients who were treated with oral ganciclovir from Feb,2006 to May,2006 were studied.Intravenous ganciclovir was used 10 mg/(kg?d)for eight days before HSCT as prophylaxis of CMV infection.Cytomegalovirus was detected after HSCT once a week using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method. If CMV was positive and CMV-DNA load was higher than 6.0?102 copies/mL and lower than 105 copies/mL,oral ganciclovir was used for the treatment(1 g,three times a day). Results CMV viremia was positive at a median time of 42 days after HSCT;median CMV-DNA load was 4.626?103 copies/mL.Good response on CMV DNA load(reduction below 6.0?102 copies/mL)was observed in 90% of oral ganciclovir and the response rate was 70.0% within 14 days.Median duration of therapy for good response was 10 days(range 2~30 days).Severe adverse effects were not observed and CMV-related disease did not occur. Conclusion Oral ganciclovir is an attractive and safe alternative for pre-emptive CMV viremia treatment in allo-HSCT recipients.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(05):-
Taxoid 14?-hydroxylase directs a side-route of taxol pathway that leading to a large number of 14?-hydroxy taxoid side products. A RNAi vector was used to suppress the expression of taxoid 14?-hydroxylase (14OH) gene in Taxus?media suspension cells. The dsRNA expression unit was introduced into Taxus?media cells via Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation approach. PCR-Southern blot analysis of transgenic cells showed that the dsRNA unit was integrated into the genome of Taxus?media. The levels of transcripts for 14OH gene in transformed and the control cell lines were determined by using RT-PCR method. In addition, the yield of taxoids were analyzed by HPLC. The transcription of 14OH gene was suppressed and the total amount of three C-14 oxygenated taxoids (yunnanxane, sinenxan A,sinenxan C) in Taxus?media transgenic cell lines reduced significantly as compared to those in the non-transgenic control. Inhibition of the 14OH gene via RNAi might provide a new way to enhance the production of Taxol in Taxus cells.
