2.Polymorphisms of elastin and collagen type Ⅰ α2 genes and intracranial aneurysm rupture
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(3):272-274
Intracranial aneurysms are mainly caused by the local arterial wal defects and the increased intraluminal pressure. Usualy, the unruptured smal aneurysms are asymptomatic, and the ruptured aneurysms can cause subarachnoid hemorrhage. So far, the etiology and pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms are not fuly understood. A lot of evidence has showed that intracranial aneurysms are a complex disease of environmental factors and multi-gene interaction. This article reviews the correlation between polymorphisms of elastin and colagen type Ⅰ α2 genes and intracranial aneurysm.
3.Long-term care policy in Japan and its implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(4):55-61
This paper reviews the long-term care policy in Japan and discusses successes and challenges in order to provide policy guidelines for China. All Japanese adults aged 65 or over are covered by the long-term care in-surance ( LTCI) program and are eligible for both in-home and institutional-care services following a thorough, sys-tematic care certification process. The program is financed by a mix of general tax revenues from the three levels of gov-ernment , income-tested premiums, and standardized co-payments. A key success of the policy is its universal and compre-hensive coverage. Notwithstanding this success, increasing costs remain a challenge as Japan’s population ages and the number of LTCI users increases. Learning from the experience of Japan, China should establish a long-term care system, which covers all the aged population, mainly focuses on in-home care, and qualifies social funding to invest.

Methods Rats with acute fatty liver induced by alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, rats with chronic fatty liver induced by alcohol and high-fat diet, and rats with acute fatty liver induced by ethionine were used, and the effects of different doses of Ganshu Granule on serum lipid metabolism, intrahepatic lipid metabolism and histopathological changes in liver were observed. Results In fatty liver rats induced by alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, Ganshu Granule could reduce the level of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serum and could decrease total fat and glycogen(Gn) in liver obviously. In fatty liver rats induced by alcohol and high-fat diet, Ganshu Granule could significantly decrease the level of TC, TG, ALP, LDL and ALT in serum and could reduce the content of total fat, TG and Gn in liver obviously. In fatty liver rats induced by ethionine, Ganshu Granule could decrease the level of TC, TG and ALT in serum, raise the level of HDL in serum and could decrease the content of total fat, TG and Gn in liver obviously. The histopathologic results showed the degree of hepatic steatosis and hepatocellular necrosis were lessened in all of the treated groups. Conclusion Ganshu Granule is effective in preventing and treating fatty liver.
5.Necessity of Pharmaceutical Care Provided by Clinical Pharmacists for the Use of Advertised Drugs
China Pharmacy 2016;27(10):1435-1437
OBJECTIVE:To explore the necessity of pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists during the use of ad-vertised drugs. METHODS:Through retrospectively analyzing drug advertisements permission number of which had been revoked issued by China Food and Drug Administration during Jan. 2013-Jun. 2015 statistically, the reasons for permission withdrawal were analyzed to put forward the focal point of pharmaceutical care development. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:A total of 46 items of permission number had been revoked, including 45 items of Chinese patent medicine (97.83%),1 item of western medicine (2.17%). The reasons for permission revoking mainly included overstating therapeutic efficacy without authorization, guaranteeing onset time, guaranteeing recovery in certain time, propagandizing drugs in the name of experts, etc. These drug advertisements sent relatively one-sided information so as to easily mislead patients and consumers to use drug irrationally. So,it is necessary to provide pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists about this kind of drug. The focal points of pharmaceutical care contain telling patients usage and dosage detailedly, and explaining possible ADR and relevant countermeasures;emphasizing different therapeutic efficacy, onset time and recovery time due to individual difference;strengthening prescription check and medication suitability ap-praisal,and so on.
6.Semi-quantitative determination of HLA-DR antigen expression on cell surfaces with dot-ELISA
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Using HB55 McAb, we detected HLA-DR antigens on Daudi, H18, PBL and K562 cells by dot-ELISA. Results corresponding to situation of the antigen expressions on various cell lines were obtained: colour reaction in Daudi, H18 cells and PBL was positive in different degree and K562 sample presented negative reaction. Chromatogram peaks were printed by Dual-Wavelength Flying-Spot scanner CS-9000 (SHIMADZU). Areas and high values of peaks, meaning size and colour of spot respectively, were increased with cell concentration. Both cell concentration and volume of cell suspension did not influence the diffusion of sample. An analysis for the antigen expression on cell surface and its dynamic change can be supplied by the technique. The study on quantitative assay of MHC class Ⅱ antigens on cell surface are still going on.
7.Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome complicated with acute pancreatitis in 3 cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(19):2985-2987
Objective To sum up the characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)and acute pancreatitis,to improve the understanding of the cases of atypical HFRS,reduce the misdiagnosis rate and improve the cure rate. Methods 3 cases of HFRS complicated with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2011 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 cases were middle -aged men, with an average age of 46.6,of which two cases occurred in Huangling county in the city, the remaining 1 case occurred in Yichuan county of the city. Occupation was the railway workers, drivers, farmers.Respectively occurred in February,July,December.3 cases of blood routine, urine routine, blood coagulation performance were consistent performance for RBC,WBC,PLT decrease;hematuria,proteinuria;3 cases of plasma amylase were higher than that of more than 3 times the normal value, the serum lipase was higher than the more than 3 times the normal value;hemorrhagic fever antibodies were positive;treatment of 2 cases with hemodialysis treatment,1 case underwent intestinal dialysis treatment, successful treatment of all. Conclusion HFRS with acute pancreatitis patients were less, easy to be misdiagnosed or ignored, easy illness of incur loss through delay and once with acute pancreatitis will add to the original condition, treatment more difficult tend to have higher mortality rate.It should be according to the clinical manifestations, early blood and urine amylase, abdominal B ultrasound and CT examinations of the abdomen as soon as possible,to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, take appropriate treatment measures, especially blood dialysis treatment, can reduce the mortality rate.

10.Research progress on the relationship between FOXM1 and neo-plasm metabolism
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;42(22):1108-1111
FOXM1 is a member of the FOX family of transcription factors and has been confirmed to participate in cell prolifera-tion and cell cycle progress. FOXM1 has been reported to play an important role in more than 20 types of human neoplasms, and its up-regulation promotes tumor cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis, chemotherapy drug resistance, and resistance to apoptosis. In recent years, various studies have shown that FOXM1 also plays an important role in tumor metabolism. The metabolism of cancer cells deter-mines the growth and survival of cancer, and metabolic alteration is a key feature of tumor cells. The connection between metabolic ab-normalities and tumorigenesis has been reported. The O-linkedβ-N-acetylglucosamine transferase regulates the expression of FOXM1, which helps tumor cells survive without damage caused by oxidative stress. This review aims to summarize the known relationships of FOXM1 and tumor cell metabolism, as well as its role in the potential pathways of tumor metabolism.
