Objective To systematic review the clinical efficacy and safety of infliximab in treatment of severe alcoholic hepatitis (SAH).Methods The electronic database of PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,OVID and Cochrane systematic review database,CBM disc and CNKI from building the database until March 2013 were retrieved.With SAH,severe alcoholic hepatitis,infliximab and tumor necrosis factor as key words or free words.Randomized-controlled trials (RCT) on infliximab in treatment of SAH was selected and analyzed by Meta analysis.Results Two RCTs was enrolled,included 56 SAH patients.Infliximab (10 mg/kg) combined with glucocorticoids (40 mg/d) might accelerate death because of the high prevalence of serious infections.Infliximab (5 mg/kg) combined glucocorticoids (40 mg/d) had more tolerability and improved patient's Maddrey scores significantly.Conclusions Existing clinical evidence suggest that it is short of evidence for the clinical efficacy and safety of infliximab.It need guide by large sample of clinically and different doses RCT.

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenshuai Pellet on chronic renal failure patient and its influence on hemoglobin, blood plasma albumin and blood rheology. Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. On the basis of high quality low-protein low-phosphorus diet, envies the vegetable protein, correction water and electrolyte balance, the acidosis and so on, the control group was treated with Oxyamyli tectus Aldehydum, the treatment group was given Shenshuai Pellet orally. Results Total effectiveness of treatment group and control group was 90% and 60% respectively. The clinical symptoms of treatment group were obviously improved. To construct an HSV-1 vector vaccine carrying HIV-1 antigens, HIV-1 gp160, gag, protease and the expression elements were chained together, and then inserted into the internal inverted repeat sequence region of HSV-1 by bacterial artificial chromosome technology. Firstly, HIV-1 gp160 (including type B and C), gag and protease genes were cloned into pcDNA3 in series to generate the pcDNA/gBgp and pcDNA/gCgp, then the recombinant plasmids were transfected into 293FT cells, and HIV-1 antigen was detected from transfected cells by Western blotting. Then the expression cassettes from pcDNA/gBgp and pcDNA/gCgp, comprising HIV-1 antigen genes and expression elements, were cloned into pKO5/BN to generate the shuttle plasmids pKO5/BN/gBgp and pKO5/BN/gCgp. The shuttle plasmids were electroporated into E. coli cells that harbor an HSV-BAC, the recombinant bacteria were screened, and the recombinant DNA was extracted and transfected into Vero cells. The recombinant virus was purified through picking plaques, the virus' DNAs were identified by Southern blotting; HIV-1 antigen was detected from the recombinant HSV-1 infected cells by Western blotting, and the virus' replication competent was analyzed. As the results, gp160 and gag proteins were detected from 293FT cells transfected with pcDNA/gBgp and pcDNA/gCgp by Western blotting. The recombinant bacteria were generated from the E. coli electroporated with pKO5/BN/gBgp or pKO5/BN/gCgp. The recombinant HSV was purified from the Vero cells transfected with the recombinant DNA, the unique DNA fragment was detected from the genome of recombination HSV by Southern blotting; gp120 and gp41 were detected from the infected cells by Western blotting, and the recombinant HSV retained replication competent in mammalian cells. The results indicate that the recombinant HSV carrying HIV-1 gp160, gag and protease genes was generated, the virus retains replication competent in mammalian cells, and could be used as a replicated viral vector vaccine.

Objective To assess the effect and safety of lanthanum carbonate vs conventional phosphate binders for hyperphosphatemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods According to the collaborative search strategy,MEDLINE (1996 to 2012.12),EBCO (1996 to 2012.12),the clinical control test database of Cochrane Library and Chinese Wanfang database (1996to 2012.12) were searched.Related literature,whether Published or not and meeting summary included,were searched by hand.Quality assessment and data extraction were conducted by two independent investigators.Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.0.The following outcomes were assessed:serum phosphorus levels,serum iPTH levels,serum calcium levels and adverse events.Results were expressed as OR with 95％ confidence interval for dichotomous outcomes and WMD with 95％ confidence interval for continuous outcomes.Results A total of 10 reports were identified which met the inclusion criteria.The meta-analysis showed that the efficacy of treating hyperparathyroidism in hemodialysis patients was similar between lanthanum carbonate and conventional phosphate binders (WMD =-0.06,95％ CI-0.27 to 0.15,P =0.57) and the incidences of discontinuing due to adverse events were also similar.However,there were fewer hypercalcemic episodes and lower serum calcium levels in the lanthanum carbonate group compared to calcium-based phosphorus binders group.Conclusion Lanthanum carbonate is effective and well tolerated in treating hyperphosphatemia in hemodialysis patients with fewer hypercalcemia and lower serum calcium levels compared to calciumbased phosphate binders.

Objective To detect the changes in the expression of discoidin domain receptor 2(DDR2)and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-13 in different stages of cartilage and synovium damage of osteoarthritis rats.The relation between DDR2 and the degree of cartilage damage was explored.Methods Modified papain knee joint injection approach was adopted to establish animal model of OA.The expression and distribution of protein of DDR2 and MMP-13 were checked in articular cartilage and synovium at different stages of OA.Results The expressions of DDR2 in articular cartilage and synovium of experimental groups were different from those of the normal group (P＜0.01).They were higher in cartilage than those in the corresponding synovium.The expressions of MMP-13 demonstrated the same characteristics with those of DDR2,r=0.93(P＜0.01).Conclusions The important role of DDR2-MMP-13 in cartilage damage has been proven in the pathogenic process of OA.The upregulated expressions of DDR2 in articular cartilage and synovium have a detrimental effect on cartilage degeneration.

Objective:To investigate the expression of MST1 in ovarian cancer (OV) , its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics, and the potential molecular mechanism.Methods:62 OV patients admitted to Chongqing Emergency Medical Center and the Fifth People’s Hospital of Chongqing from Mar. 2016 to Feb. 2020 were selected. The expression levels of mRNA were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. [MST1 over-expression group: 24 h: (0.31±0.02) , 48 h: (0.44±0.03) , 72 h: (0.62±0.02) ; Blank group:24 h: (0.32±0.02) , (0.55±0.02) , (0.74±0.02) ;MST1 empty vector group:24 h: (0.32±0.03) , 48 h: (0.56±0.02) , 72 h: (0.77±0.02) ]Results:The expression of MST1 was lower in OV than in adjacent tissues[ (0.52±0.12) vs (1.18±0.21) ]. MST1 expression level was not related to age, but significantly correlated with the size of the tumors[ (0.46±0.12) vs (0.58±0.10) , P=0.00], TNM[ (0.57±0.10) vs (0.43±0.12) , P=0.00], TNM stage 9 (0.57±0.10) vs (0.43±0.12) , P=0.00] and lymph node metastasis[ (0.47±0.14) vs (0.56±0.09) , P=0.003]. Over-expression of MST1 obviously inhibited cellular proliferation in OV (MST1 over-expression group: 24 h: 0.31±0.02, 48 h: 0.44±0.03, 72 h: 0.62±0.02; blank group: 24 h: 0.32±0.02, 0.55±0.02, 0.74±0.02; empty vector group: 24 h: 0.32±0.03, 48 h: 0.56±0.02, 72 h: 0.77±0.02) . MST1 over-expression could promote FOXO3 expression, ,the expression level of FOXO3 in Mst1 overexpression group and control group were[ (0.61±0.04) vs (0.41±0.03) ]. MST1 inhibited proliferation of OV cells through upregulating the expression of FOXO3. Conclusions:The expression of MST1 is closely related to the clinicopathological features of OV patients, and MST1 may restrain OV by positively regulating FOXO3 expression.

Objective To establish the quality standard for Haijinhuwei powder. Methods Corydalis Rhizoma, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix were identified by TLC. The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots were clear and specific.There was a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of tetrahydropalmatine at the range of 10.78-107.8μg.mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 96.57% and RSD was 1.40%(n=6). Conclusion All these results indicated that the developed TLC-HPLC method was proved to be reliable, accurate and specific, which could be used for the quality control of Haijinhuwei powder.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengtian Pills on blood-stasis pattern of migraine with hemodynamics and TCD as markers. Methods: 30 patients with blood-stasis pattern of migraine were given drug Zhengtian Pills for a month. The hemodynamic marker, integrating value of nail fold microcirculation and TCD before and after treatment were compared. Results: There were significant differences in hemodynamic marker, integrating value of nail fold microcirculation and TCD between before and after treatment (P
