1.Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture at Phenomaxillary Ganglia for Dry Eye Syndrome
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(9):870-872
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at phenomaxillary ganglia in treating dry eye syndrome (DES). Methods Totally 148 DES patients were randomized into a treatment group of 72 cases and a control group of 76 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at phenomaxillary ganglia plus Jingming (BL 1), Sibai (ST 2), and Taiyang (EX-HN 5), while the control group was by using eye drops of artificial tears. The DES symptoms score and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.3%in the treatment group versus 68.4%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The DES and VAS scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.01). The changes of DES and VAS scores in the treatment group after intervention were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Acupuncture at phenomaxillary ganglia can go deep and directly reach the affected area, and thus is an effective method in treating DES.
2.The clinical research on the treatment of osteoporosis with calcitonin and low frequency pulse electromagnetic field
China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):66-67,68
Objective: To explore the clinical research on the treatment of osteoporosis with calcitonin and Low frequency pulse electromagnetic field. Methods:Selected 84 cases of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 42 cases in each group, two groups were given calcium, vitamin D and other drugs conventional treatment, on the basis of the control group, intramuscular injections salmon calcitonin in the treatment group and intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin with PEMF therapy, before treatment and after 3 and 6 months, respectively. Results: Two groups of patients after treatment, the pain was significantly reduced compared with before treatment, the longer the treatment, the more obvious decline;Treatment of three months, six months later, the treatment group compared with the control group bone mineral density were significant differences(t=3.129, t=6.457;P<0.05);The two groups no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Osteoporosis patients in the conventional therapy treatment based on intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin and with PEMF treatment can significantly reduce the patient's pain, increase bone density, efficacy, adverse reactions, with some clinical reference significance.
3.The Application of Diffusion Weighted Imaging in Hepatic Lesions
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study the applied value of MR DWI and ADC value of in the hepatic lesions. Methods 36 cases ofhepatocellular carcinoma,15 cases of metastases,33 cases of hepatic cavemous hemangioma and 12 cases of cyst were examined by DWI andconventional MRI,then the ADC values were measured. Results The average ADC values of hepatic lesions were as follows:cyst was(2.90?0.68)?10~(-3)mm~2/s,hemangioma was(2.01?0.53)?10~(-3)mm~2/s,metastases was(1.57?0.42)?10~(-3)mm~2/s,hepatocellular carcinoma was(1.20?0.32)?10~(-3)mm~2/s.The ADC values of benign lesions were higher than those of malignant(P

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
The effects of radix hedysari polysaccharide (RHPS)and Astragli polysac-charide(APS)on immune function was studied in normal mice and in themice whose immune function had been suppressed by the use ofcyclophosphamide(CY)or prednisolone(PDS).RHPS or APS 500mg,1000mg/kg ip qd?6d to mice, could increase spleen weight(p
5.Transformation of CDC medical library against the background of ubiquitous knowledge
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(6):47-49
Transformation of CDC medical library to wisdom library was elaborated from the target and tactics ac-cording to the connotation and characteristics of ubiquitous knowledge .Suggestions were put forward for CDC medi-cal library to provide knowledge management for the decision-making of public emergencies against the background of ubiquitous knowledge , such as expanding its acquisition of information resources , developing its rich and charac-teristic holdings, mining its recessive knowledge, integrating its information resources, establishing library col-leagues, developing information model of massive data, and pushing personal disease control information.
6.Inflammatory biomarkers in asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(6):632-635
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease.Detection and evaluation of airway inflammation has important clinical significance in asthma diagnosis and severity judgement. It is also important to select drugs, dosage, and withdrawal time for patients whose symptoms have been controlled. So,it is necessary to find the technology which can response to airway inflammation to guide the asthma diagnosis and therapy. At present, many inflammatory biomarkers have been researched including exhaled nitric oxide, leukotrienes, exhaled breath condensate determination,Periosrin,YKL-40 etc. This review summarizes the biological characteristics and clinical application of inflammatory markers in asthma.
7.Effects of exercise preconditioning on expression of STAT3 and Caspase-3 in the heart of rats with exhaustive exercise injury
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(40):6450-6454
BACKGROUND:Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and Caspase-3 are the important factors in JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. However, there are few studies on their role in the exercise preconditioning for myocardial protection. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effects of exercise preconditioning on the expression of STAT3 and Caspase-3 in the heart of rats and investigate the cardioprotective mechanism of action. METHODS: Eighty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control, exhaustive, exercise preconditioning, and exercise preconditioning+AG490 groups. The exercise preconditioning rat models were established by subjecting to intermittent treadmil exercise for 3 successive days. Rats in the control group were fed routinely for 3 days. Rats in the exhaustive group underwent treadmil exercise at 30 m/min until exhaustion after 3 days of routine raise. Rats in the exercise preconditioning group underwent exercise preconditioning for 3 days, and 24 hours later, they underwent treadmil exercises at the speed of 30 m/min until exhaustion. Rats in the exercise

On the basis of ancient Chinese medical literature, this article summarized the clinical application of Shenmai (BL 62), an acupoint of bladder meridian of foot taiyang. Clinically,Shenmai (BL 62) is usually used to treat mental disorders, insomnia, motor system diseases and eye diseases.
9.Research progress of regulatory T cells in gastric cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(6):428-430
Regulatory T cells are a group of subgroup T cells with special immune regulating function, which participate in keeping immune homeostasis and play important roles in preventing autoimmune diseases. However, regulatory T cells also promote tumor immune evasion. The highly increase of its expression will significantly reduce the smvival rate of cancer patients.Gastric cancer with high mortality is difficult to detect in early stage.China is one of the high-prevalence gastric cancer countrys. This article mainly introduced the sources, classification and immune phenotype of regulatory T cells and its function mechanism to explore its relationship with gastric cancer in order to discover the new strategy of tumor immunotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(23):51-52
Objective To summarize nursing measures of one liver cancer patient with hand-foot syndrome by onral intake of Nexavar. Methods Care focused on close observation of disease condition changes, strengthening skin care, psychological support, life care, health education and dietary care. Results The patient was discharged crred after two-week treatment.Through intensive care, the patient was discharged from hospital after 2 weeks. Conclusions To teach patients self-observation and prevention measures of hand-foot syndrome can ensure early detection, early treatment and early recovery of them.
