Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the mid-long term effects of hysteroscopic treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods A total of 432 patients admitted from January 2002 to November 2005 with AUB were treated with hysteroscopy. All the patients were followed for at least 12 months.Among the 432 patients,391 were diagnosed as having benign lesions, including endometrial polyp in 96 patients(22.2%),submucous myoma in 38 patients(8.8%),and endometrial hyperplasia in 257 patients(59.5%),receiving transcervical myoma resection or transcervical endometrium resection. The other 41 patients were diagnosed as having stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma, and a total hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy with selective pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed. Results All the operations were successfully completed, without uterine perforation or other complications.During a follow-up of 12~57 months(mean,39 months) in the 391 patients with benign lesions, amenorrhea was found in 63 patients(16.1%,63/391),hypomenorrhea( 1.5 cm in 8 patients, and a second hysteroscopic endometrial resection was given at 5~19 months after first operation. All the 8 patients were further followed for 18~36 months, with findings of amenorrhea in 5 of them and hypomenorrhea in 3.All the 41 patients with stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma survived without recurrence during a follow-up period for 26~41 months(mean,38 months). Conclusions Hysteroscopic treatment can be the first choice for treating non-malignant AUB.Pre-operational pathological examination and ultrasonography can enhance the safety and efficacy of the operation.
3.Mid-Long Term Outcomes of 209 Cases of Laparoscopic Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cysts
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the mid-long term effects of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts. Methods Clinical data of 209 cases of ovarian endometriosis cysts treated by laparoscopic operation from January 2002 to December 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were followed for at least 12 months(12-54 months). There were 115 cases of unilateral ovarian cyst enucleation,62 cases of bilateral enucleation,11 cases of unilateral adnexectomy, and 21 cases of unilateral adnexectomy combined with contralateral cyst enucleation.Oral gestrinone was administrated in patients without childbearing intentions, while in patients demanding a child,no drug was given and an early pregnancy was encouraged. Results Conversions to open surgery were required in 7 cases. No complications occurred.Ovarian endometriosis cysts recurred in 17 cases(8.1%),including 7 cases of stage Ⅲendometriosis and 10 cases of stage Ⅳ endometriosis.Of the 35 cases of infertility, intrauterine pregnancy was obtained in 16 cases, with a pregnancy rate of 45.7%.The pregnancy occurred at 4-29 months after operation(within 2 years in 10 cases).Of the 157 cases of dysmenorrhea,a complete relief was achieved in 95 cases(60.5%)and an improvement was obtained in 62 cases(39.5%).Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment is suitable for all stages of ovarian endometriosis cysts.Postoperative drug administration and long-term follow-up are necessary to lower the recurrence rate.
4.The effects of therapeutic equipment that aim to improve cerebrovascular function combined with automatic standing bed on balance disorder following cerebellar infarction
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(8):902-904
Objective To investigate the effects of therapeutic equipment that aimed to improve cerebrovascular func?tion combined with electric standing bed on balance disorder following cerebellar infarction. Methods Fifty patients with balance disorder after cerebellar infarction were randomized into study and control groups. Agreed routine rehabilitation ther?apy including automatic standing bed and medication were given to both groups. In addition, therapeutic equipment that aim to improve cerebrovascular function were delivered to patients in study group. The effects were assessed using Fugl-Meyer balance function scale and Barthel index (BI) before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results Study group and control group did not present difference between FM-B grade and BI before treatment (P>0.05). Both FM-B and BI were improved after treatment (P<0.05), but it improved more in study group than in control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency in treatment group is higher than that in control group (P<0.05). In the process of treatment, no obvious adverse reactions was observed. Conclusion The therapeutic equitment that aim to improve cerebrovascular function combined with automatic standing bed can improve balance disorder and daily activity after cerebellar infarction.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(17):37-38
Objective We discussed the nursing of patients with superior mesenteric artery syndrome (SMAS) through duodenal circular drainage operation. Methods We carried out a retrospective analysis for 42 SMAS patients undergoing duodenal circular drainage operation from. 1959 to 2007. They were given preoperative psychological nursing, correct lying style, postoperative nutritional support and health education instruction. The treatment effect was observed. Results All patients cured and left hospital. The treatment effect was good after one to fifteen years of follow-up visit. Five patients who changed to adopt duodenal circular drainage operation also got good result after nine to ten years of follow-up visit. The incidence of anastomotic ulcer and anastomotic stenosis as well as reflux gastritis was not seen. Conclusion SMAS could be cured earlier through duodenal circular drainage operation and effective nursing.

Objective To explore the wound healing of semi-toe nail flap donor site after transplantation. Methods To repair small wounds,on 13 toes the first metatarsal dorsal flaps were applied, and on 7 toes the second toe digital flaps were applied. While,to repair large wounds, free flaps were applied, including foot inside flaps on 3 toes, peroneal artery perforator flaps on 5 toes, tarsal lateral artery flaps on 2 toes, and phil bowel artery inside branch flaps on 3 toes.Wounds remaining on semi-toe nail flaps of 7 toes were all covered with fibular island flaps of the first toes. Results Twenty cases were followed up,and the rang between 6 months to 5 years. The nail margin was exposed out of the lateral flaps in 2 cases. The first toes and the second toes appeared nearly normal in the other 18 cases. The flaps appeared smooth, flexible appearance with nice color and no ulceration.Seven cases applied with free flaps recovered protective sensibility with no complaint. Conclusion To cover wounds on semi-toe nail flaps of the first toes and the second toes with flaps is an ideal treatment method. The method of free flap transplantation is superior to vascular pedicle flap graft.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
To investigate whether liver ischemia and reperfusion directly affect functions of a remote organ (lung), we reproduced a model of hepatic lobar ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Twenty four healthy male SD rats were randomized into three groups (each group = 8) . Group A served as sham operated control group, group B was subjected to 90 min ischemia of a lobe of the liver, and group C animals underwent 120 min reperfusion, following 90 min ischemia of a liver lobe. In addition to histologic examination of the lung in each group, plasma tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?),interleukin 1?(IL 1?),alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels, total protein content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and lung dry to wet weight ratio were respectively examined in A, B and C groups. Blood pressures were monitored in each group. Histological manifestations of damage to the lung occured in groups B and group C were characterized by obvious intra alveolar and interstitial edema with inflammatory cellular infiltration. Plasma ALT, AST, LDH, were significantly increased in group C animals ( P
