1.Corrected TIMI frame count after coronary intervention as a predictor of myocardial tissue perfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To study the probability of evaluating myocardial tissue perfusion by corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC) after successful percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Sixty-three patients with their first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who accepted primary coronary intervention were recruited. All these patients got TIMI 3 grade flow. CTFC was measured after successful PCI in these patients. Wall Motion Score Index (WMSI) assessed by two-dimensional echocardiography before and one month after PCI and the correlation studied between CTFC and WMSI. Results According to CTFC the patients were divided into two groups. Improvement of WMSI in the TIMI 3 fast group was significantly greater than that of the TIMI 3 slow group. CTFC had a significant correlation with the change in WMSI. Elapsed time from the onset of symptoms to reperfusion in the TIMI slow group was significantly longer than that of the TIMI fast group. Conclusion CTFC is a quantitative, and reproducible index of coronary blood flow. Lower CTFC is associated with greater functional recovery and could supply evidence for additional adjunctive treatment.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(3):212-216
It described the status quo of the healthcare system in South Korea, and the milestones of the country to achieve universal coverage of social medical insurance. The paper presented in focus the development from multiple social medical insurance funds to a universal social medical insurance system in South Korea, and analyzed those serious setbacks including monopolizing private medical organizations, lack of first-visit and referral system, and excessive percentage of personal payment, as a result of unparallel progress of the reform of medical insurance and that of healthcare system. Authors hope to be inspirational for the ongoing reforms in the social medical insurance system and healthcare system, in an effort to avoid likewise mistakes.

OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT), a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine for supplementing blood, on tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice after inoculation of EL-4 cells, and its immune mechanism as well as its synergic effect in reducing toxicity of cytoxan (CTX). METHODS: Experiment was carried out in tumor-bearing mice after inoculation of EL-4 cells. The mice were randomly divided into four groups after 7 days of the inoculation: untreated group, DBT-treated group [24 g/(kg x d)], CTX-treated group [7.5 mg/(kg x d)] and DBT plus CTX-treated group, with another ten normal mice as control. Inhibitory rate of tumor growth, survival time, immune function and variability of blood cells were measured in the mice during the experiment. RESULTS: After treatment of relevant interventions for 15 days, the tumor in the DBT-treated group, CTX-treated group and DBT plus CTX-treated group grew slower than the untreated group (P<0.05). Murine survival time in the DBT-treated group, CTX-treated group and DBT plus CTX-treated group was lengthened as compared with that in the untreated group (P<0.05). Compared with the untreated group, all kinds of immune indexes in the DBT-treated group and DBT plus CTX-treated group were significantly improved (P<0.05), while the immune indexes in the CTX-treated group were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the CTX-treated group, all kinds of immune indexes in the DBT plus CTX-treated group were significantly improved (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: DBT can enhance the immune function in tumor-bearing mice and the inhibitory effect of DBT on tumor growth is related to the enhanced immune response. DBT can also increase the therapeutic effects and reduce the side effects of CTX.

Clinical Medicine of China 2015;31(11):1000-1003
Objective To discuss the major cardiovascular disease(CVD) risk factors and volume load of women. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on adult women who came to our hospital for health examination. The clinical data included age, past medical history, smoking history, drinking history, body measurements (height, body weight, blood pressure, etc.), and blood serum creatinine, hemoglobin, blood glucose, blood lipid and other biochemical indicators were detected.Using the human body composition analyzer, the extracellular fluid (ECW), intracellular fluid (ICW), total water(TBW), and ECW/TBW ratio (E/T) were used to evaluate the capacity of the cells.Total body water(TBWwatson) was Calculated according to Watson formula. The clustering of four major CVD risk factors (defined as two or more of the following: hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and overweight) and their association with volume load were investigated.Volume load was evaluated by bioelectrical impedance analysis.Hypovolaemia was defined as extracellular water/total body water (ECW/TBW) at and under the 10 percentile for the normal population.Logistic regression model was use to explore the relationship between capacity status and risk factors of CVD.Results A total of 2 433 women (mean age (37.4±7.3) years old) were enrolled in the study, 14.7% of them had clustering of CVD risk factors.Hypovolaemia in clustering group was statistically higher than either in the single or in the none risk factor group, which was 18.2%, 11.9%, 6.7%, respectively (x2 =45.4, P<0.001).After adjusted for potential confounders (including age, hemoglobin, serum uric acid, estimating glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), hypovolaemia was associated with clustering of CVD risk factors, with an OR of 2.76 (95% CI 1.93-3.95).Conclusion Hypovolaemia is associated with clustering of major CVD risk factors in women, which further confirms the importance of modifying lifestyle to reduce the burden of CVD.

International experiences can provide evidences for general practitioners ( GPs) system building in China. The paper reviews the development of GP systems from several typical countries of different insurance sys-tems, including national health care systems, commercial medical insurance systems, and social medical insurance systems, etc. The factors that influence GPs systems are analyzed. It is found that the control force of health security system on health system, the control force of specialists on health system, the incentive mechanism of general prac-tice, and the development of general medicine influence the establishment of GPs systems. Finally, this paper pro-vide several policy implications:First, in order to meet the needs of public health, a GPs system with Chinese char-acteristics should be established;Second, the core values of general medicine should be promoted to provide public support for the establishment of a GPs system;Third, a sound incentive mechanism should be established for the de-velopment of a GPs system to improve the status of general practitioners;Fourth, the division of general practitioners and specialists should be promoted to improve the development of general medicine.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To observe the effect of “One Coat Bond” on the interface between amalgam restoration and cavity wall used in bonded amalgam restoration(BAR).Methods:Dentin cavities were made on 15 healthy human premolars extracted for orthodontics therapy. The teeth were divided into 3 groups with 5 in each group. In group A compressive air was used to dry the cavities(dry adhesion) whereas in group B absorbent cotton was used (wet adhesion). Then the cavity walls in the two groups were treated with the “One Coat Bond”, the cavities were filled with freshly prepared amalgam before adhesive concrete. In group C cavities were filled directly with amalgam without treatment of cavity walls. Morphology of amalgam restoration/“One Coat Bond” adhesive/dentin cavity wall interface was observed under SEM, thickness of adhesive and width of space between amalgam restoration and cavity wall was measured. Results:Average width(?m) of space between restoration and cavity wall was 4.82 in group A, 0 in group B and 11.33 in group C(P0.05).Conclusion:“One Coat Bond” adhesive can significantly improve the compactness between amalgam and cavity wall.
