Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the regularity of changes an d the base line of physiological deficiency of ventricular diastolic function in normal individuals. Methods Non-invasive echocardiography was employed for monitoring hemodynamics of the ventricular diastolic function in n ormal individuals. 240 volunteers were divided into four groups by age, i.e. juv enile, youth, middle-aged and elderly groups. Items of examination included the diameter of cardiac chambers by two-dimensional (2D) echogram, velocity of dia stole of ventricular wall by M mode, velocity and ratio of blood flow at left an d right atrio-ventricular valves and pulmonary vein by spectral Doppler, fillin g phase and duration of filling of ventricles in diastolic phase by color Dopple r. Results Of mitral valve, tricuspid valve and pulmonary vein, a series of dynamic parameters of blood flow were correlated closely with the a ge. The ventricular diastolic function of normal person deteriorated physiologic ally with the passage of years, characterized by a normal stage in juvenile and young ages, compliant decreased stage in middle-age, and declined functional st age in aged. The declination course started in the left ventricle prior to the r ightventaide. Conclusion The results of the present study may b e helpful for further clinical researches on the mechanisms of changes in human ventricular diastolic function.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(2):1-7
International experiences can provide evidences for general practitioners ( GPs) system building in China. The paper reviews the development of GP systems from several typical countries of different insurance sys-tems, including national health care systems, commercial medical insurance systems, and social medical insurance systems, etc. The factors that influence GPs systems are analyzed. It is found that the control force of health security system on health system, the control force of specialists on health system, the incentive mechanism of general prac-tice, and the development of general medicine influence the establishment of GPs systems. Finally, this paper pro-vide several policy implications:First, in order to meet the needs of public health, a GPs system with Chinese char-acteristics should be established;Second, the core values of general medicine should be promoted to provide public support for the establishment of a GPs system;Third, a sound incentive mechanism should be established for the de-velopment of a GPs system to improve the status of general practitioners;Fourth, the division of general practitioners and specialists should be promoted to improve the development of general medicine.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the effect of endothelial progenitor cells mobilization on vascular endothelial repair after carotid artery injury in rats. Methods The rat balloon-injured carotid model was established. In the control group:saline was administrated intragastrically;the simvastatin group:simvastatin 10 mg/(kg?d)was administrated intragastrically and in the simvastatin+ granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)group:G-CSF 100 ?g/(kg?d)was intraperitoneally injected togother with intragastrical simvastatin from 1 week before operation to 2 weeks after operation. The repair rate of injuried endothelium,neointima/media area ratio(IA/MA),the positive cell index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and nitric oxide(NO)release in peripheral blood were detected. In addition, the ratio of CD34+VEGFR2+ double positive expression cell was detected by fluorescence activated cell sorter(FACS),which indicated the level of EPCs.Results The repair rate of injured endothelium was increased(12.3%)in the simvastatin group compared with the control group;IA/MA was reduced 18.4%;NO release was increased 33.9% and the positive cell index of PCNA was reduced 5.7%.These data were 38.2%,50.3%,33.9% and 37.2% respectively in simvastatin+G-CSF group.Compared with the control group, the ratio of CD34+VEGFR2+ double positive expression cell was increased 87.6% in peripheral blood, and it increasd 343.4% in simvastatin+G-CSF group. Conclusion The results suggest the possibility that simvastatin may promote the EPCs from bone marrow to peripheral blood,so it can improve the effect of repair rate of injured endothelium and inhibit neointimal hyperplasia. In addition,G-CSF can enhance the effect of simvastatin on the injured endothelium and neointima hyperplasia.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To observe the effect of “One Coat Bond” on the interface between amalgam restoration and cavity wall used in bonded amalgam restoration(BAR).Methods:Dentin cavities were made on 15 healthy human premolars extracted for orthodontics therapy. The teeth were divided into 3 groups with 5 in each group. In group A compressive air was used to dry the cavities(dry adhesion) whereas in group B absorbent cotton was used (wet adhesion). Then the cavity walls in the two groups were treated with the “One Coat Bond”, the cavities were filled with freshly prepared amalgam before adhesive concrete. In group C cavities were filled directly with amalgam without treatment of cavity walls. Morphology of amalgam restoration/“One Coat Bond” adhesive/dentin cavity wall interface was observed under SEM, thickness of adhesive and width of space between amalgam restoration and cavity wall was measured. Results:Average width(?m) of space between restoration and cavity wall was 4.82 in group A, 0 in group B and 11.33 in group C(P0.05).Conclusion:“One Coat Bond” adhesive can significantly improve the compactness between amalgam and cavity wall.
