Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(6):155-157
Objective To investigate the effect of Yangyinqingfei granula on immune function in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with Epstein-Barr virus of children. Methods 108 mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with Epstein-Barr virus of children from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 54 cases were treated by simple western medicine treatment and the experimental group of 54 cases were treated on the basis of the control group with Yangyinqingfei granula. The improvement of clinical symptoms, inflammation indexes and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, clinical efficacy and complications were compared. Results The clinical efficacy in experimental group was 90.74%,which was significant higher than that in control group 75.93%(P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the remission duration of fever, cough and rales, the disappearance time of lung X-ray,the length of stay were shorter(P<0.05), the CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand IL-8 levels were lower ( P <0.05 ) , the CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 + and NK levels were higher, the CD8 +level was lower ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Yangyinqingfei granula could reduce the inflammatory factors and improve immune function in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with Epstein Barr virus infection pneumonia in children.

Objective To explore the correlation between the level of serum uric acid (UA) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with sudden cardiac death of coronary artery disease. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with coronary artery disease were collected, and according to whether occurred coronary heart sudden cardiac death, the patients were divided into the observation group(coronary heart disease with sudden cardiac death group) and the control group(coronary heart disease with non-sudden death group),each group had 40 cases. The levels of serum UA,low-density hpoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),blood sugar,hs-CRP of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The UA and hs-CRP levels of male and female in the observation group were (444.06 ±36.44.) μmol/L,(7.29 ± 0.57) mg/L,(399.25 ± 9.91) μmol/L,(6.56 ± 0.38) mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(289.40 ± 25.78) μmol/L,(1.04 ± 0.11) mg/L,(209.90 ±29.87) μmol/L,(1.22 ± 0.31) mg/L] (t =-15.49,-47.71,-26.90,-47.92,all P < 0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of LDL-C and blood glucose between the same sex of the two groups(t =-1.34,-1.54,-1.06,-1.33,all P > 0.05).Conclusion The increased levels of serum UA and hs-CRP may be associate with sudden cardiac death of coronary artery disease.

Objective Retrospectively evaluate the effect of Z-axis tube-current modulation technique with desired noise level to improve image quality (image noise level) and decrease radiation doses of MSCT (16-slice CT) in chest scanning. Methods Consecutive two hundred patients whose CT scan projection radiographs showed no significant abnormal were randomly divided into two groups by the examination order: Z-axis tube-current modulation (ZTCM) group (odd number, test group) and constant tube-current (CTC) group (even number, contrast group). The desired noise level of ZTCM group was 10HU and the machine automatically set the dynamic tube-current in scanning according to attenuated information of chest acquired in scan projection radiographs, the tubo-current of CTC group was set at 200mA, while the other scan parameters remained totally the same. The maximum tube-current value,CTDIvol, DLP and the tube-current of the slice at the maximum breast level of female patients were recorded respectively. The noise of image at upper lung, aorta arch, left atrium and bottom lung level were measured and compared. The qualities of Images were classified in three levels (excellent, good, poor) with double blind method. Results The mean value of maximum mA, CTDIvol, DLP and mA of the slice at the maximum breast level of ZTCM group were (178.5±125.6) mA, (10.5±3.8) mGy, (231.6±24.3)mGy/cm and (116.0±22.5) mA, those of CTC were 200.0 mA, 12.8 mGy, (274.7±18.4)mGy/cm and 200.0 mA, ZTCM group decreased by 10.8%, 19.9%, 15.7% and 42.0%,respectively, as compared with CTC group. The image quality at upper lung and bottom lung level in ZTCM group was improved significantly (P < 0.05) and the cases of excellent images in ZTCM group was significantly higher than that of CTC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion ZTCM technique not only contributes to more rational distribution of radiation doses but also realizes individuation, decreases the total radiation doses and improves image quality in chest CT scanning. It is valuable and promising in chest CT scan.

Objective: To study the action of kangfuxin solution on the experimental gastric ulcer. Methods: The rat gastric ulcer models induced by the ligated pylorus and burned acetic acid, the gastric moucosa injury model induced by the absolute ethyl alcohol were used. Results: Kanfuxin solution possessed the protective action on the rat gastric ulcer model induced by the ligated pylorus and rat gastic mucosa injury model induced by the absolute ethyl alcohol, but didn't affect the rat gastric ulcer model induced by burned acetic acid. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Solution also has the actions of inhibiting the output of gastric acid and pepsin.

Objective To reveal the difference between the standards for genu varum and genu valgum in the medical standard directory PLA Air Force( PLAAF) for recruitment of flying cadets and those adopted in the United States Air Force ( USAF) , and suggest a method for the reform of our flying cadets recruitment. Methods The rejection rate and comprehe nsive assessment qualification rate of genu varum and genu valgum during physical examinations for recruitment of flying cadets between 2012 and 2015 were analyzed. The different standards for genu varum and genu valgum in PLAAF and USAF flying cadets recruitment were compared and subjected to an empirical study. Results During the final physical examination for selection of flying cadets between 2012 and 2015, only 18 candidates were eliminated because of genu varum and genu valgum, accounting 9.1% of the total eliminated candidates because of orthopadics diseases.Four candidates with genu varum and genu valgum passed the comprehensive assessment in 2014 and 31 in 2015, which accounted for 15%of the candidates with orthopaedics diseases approved by comprehensive assessment. The standards for genu varum and genu valgum in PLAAF were based on morphology while those in the USAF based on the function of knees.According to the USAF medical standard directory, 9 of the candidates rejected because of genu varum and genu valgum were qualified and 9 disqualified.Among the candidates with genu varum and genu valgum approved by comprehensive assessment, 32 were qualified and 3 disqualified. Conclusion The standards for genu varum and genu valgum in PLAAF medical standard directory are of lower accuracy. The standards of USAF should be referred to and the function of knees should be considered in selection of flying cadets.Femur-tibia angle should be measured to improve the morphological standards.

Objective To improve and determine the Medical Standards Directory of the Air Force of People′s Libera-tion Army of China( PLAAF) by analyzing the differences in lumbar spondylolysis and scoliosis between PLAAF and the US Air Force( USAF) .Methods All candidates of flying cadets participating in the final radiographic selection between 2013 and 2015 were chosen. They were judged to be qualified or not according to PLAAF and USAF Medical Standards Directory. Results The average morbility of lumbar spondylolysis and scoliosis in PLAAF was 47%and 30.3%respectively.Arnong those who were eliminated in China,86.0%and 92.5%could be regarded as qualified according to the standard of USAF in 2015.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Our selection standards for lumbar spondylol-ysis and scoliosis should be improved based on this study.
