Objective To investigate the role of bacterial DNA in systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Methods A total of 100 mice of Kunming species were divided into ten groups: E.coli DNA (30, 20, 10, 5 and 1 mg/kg ), 30 mg/kg of CT DNA, 60Co DNA, DNased DNA, organic residue of DNA extraction and sterile water control. The last two were pre-treated with D-galactoamine (600 mg/kg intra peritoneally). Animals were administratively injected via tail vein. General physical condition and the death rate of mice were observed within 48 h. Results ①Obvious lethal effect of double strand E.coli DNA on mice were observed with a dose-effect correlation, LD50=11.51 mg/kg. ②NO difference in death rate was found in the group of 30 mg/kg E.coli DNA with or without 60Co irradiation (10/10 and 8/10,P>0.05). ③No rats died in the group of DNased DNA, organic residue of DNA extraction and calf thymic DNA (0/10). Conclusion Bacterial DNA may play an important role in the development of SIRS.

Objective:To evaluate the surgical technique and clinical effect of free KISS anterolateral thigh flap in repairing soft tissue defect of dorsal side of fingers. Methods:From January, 2014 to June, 2019, 7 patients with soft tissue defects in dorsal side of multiple fingers were treated. Step one, a KISS anterolateral thigh flap was used and a temporary syndactyly between adjacent affected fingers was created by suture of the digital palmar skin. The donor sites were sutured directly. Step two, a procedure of partial de-bulking and division of syndactyly was followed-up 1-3 months later. All cases were followed-up in observations of appearance, texture, functions and donor site of flaps. Results:All flaps survived, and all went through disorders of no blood circulation. The followed-up time were 3 to 24 (average 12.5) months. The flaps had fine appearance, texture and colour. The dorsal aspects of reconstructed fingers demonstrated an aesthetically pleasing effect after the flap de-bulking and division of syndactyly. The donor site only left a linear scar, and the thigh had no functional deficit. Conclusion:Free KISS anterolateral thigh flap in repairing defects of dorsal skin in multiple fingers could simplify the operation, shorten operative time and reduce surgical trauma.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)induced by tislelizumab and to provide reference for clinic drug safety. Methods The ADR of tislelizumab in Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical Univeristy from July 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The case reports of ADR induced by tislelizumab from January 2019 to December 2022 in PubMed,ScienceDirect,Embase,Wanfang,VIP databases were searched.Age,sex, original diseases, adverse reaction time, clinical manifestation, treatment measures and clinical outcome were analyzed. Results A total of 30 patients including 8 cases in hospital and 22 cases in literature were collected.Among these patients, male accounted for 83.33%(25/30),and the highest proportion was from patients over 60 years old(21 patients,70.00%).Most ADRs occurred in 1-2 dose cycles of medication, mainly including skin toxicity in 8 patients, digestive disease in 6 patients and kidney injury in 4 patients. After the symptomatic treatment,29 patients improved and 1 patient died. Conclusion During the medication with tislelizumab,ADRs of skin, gastrointestinal tract and renal should be vigilant, and the changes of relevant indicators should be closely monitored.

Objective To explore the development of disaster nursing in undergraduate courses . Methods Measures were done in writing program , course design , textbook writing , determining the content , theoretical teaching and experimental teaching .Results In 2012, 51 among 60 students (85.00%) selected the course of disaster nursing .In 2013, 40 among 60 students ( 66.67%) selected the course of disaster nursing.During the two years of course development , 75.83% students selected the disaster nursing courses . The class hour increased from 24 to 30 .The textbook of disaster nursing was edited and published as the nursing teaching materials of the twelfth five-year plan .Conclusions It is necessary to develop the disaster nursing in undergraduate education .We recommend promoting the disaster nursing in medical colleges and universities .
