Objective To find new compound from gorgonian. Methods Three ceramides have been isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian Echinogorgia sp.by silica gel column chromatography. Results Their structures were established as(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl)]-hexadecanamide(1),(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl)]-heptadecanamide(2),and(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl]-octadecanamide(3) by spectroscopic methods and chemical conversion. Conclusion It is the first time to report the three chemical compounds from coral Echinogorgia sp.and compound 2 is a new compound.

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of red algae Hypnea charoides. MethodsThe constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3, 6-dimethyl-8-(4-methyleneheptan-3-yloxy) octane-1-amine (Ⅰ), palmitate-K (Ⅱ), and (2R, 1′S, 2′S, 3′R)-N-(1′-hydroxymethyl-2′, 3′-dihydroxy-heptadecenyl)-2-hydroxy-12, 13-methylene-tetracosanamide (Ⅲ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅲ are new compounds named as charoidesine and charoidesamide.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam in the management of burn infection.
METHODSSixty-three burn patients were enrolled in the study with burn sepsis or burn area more than 50%TBSA or full skin loss more than 30% TBSA. The administration regime of the antibiotics was 4.5 g intravenously administered every 8 hours in the treatment of burn sepsis or in the prophylactic management. The effectiveness was identified when the septic symptoms disappeared or focal infection did not develop into sepsis.
RESULTSThe overall clinical efficacy was 90.4%, and success in sepsis (control) was 75%. Furthermore, 95.7% of the focal infection was prevented from developing into systemic infection. The bacterial clearance rates were 71.4% and 51.4% in treatment and prophylaxis groups, respectively.
CONCLUSIONPiperacillin/taxobactam was effective in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of burn sepsis caused by bacteria susceptible to it, so it could be applied empirically.

Objective To explore the experience and needs on clinical practice training for interventional therapy specialized nurses of Hu'nan Province, so as to provide a reference for reasonably setting up the training practical courses for interventional therapy specialized nurses and a basis for further perfecting the system of interventional therapy specialized nurses training. Methods From 10th June to August 6th 2017, the semi-structured in-depth interview was used to 14 nurses attending the training for interventional therapy specialized nurses of Hu'nan Province by purposive sampling. The results were analyzed and themes were refined with the Colaizzi seven-step analysis. Results A total of five themes were refined in training experiences including that the practical ability of interventional therapy was improved, the time of clinical practice was too short, clinical rotating department was arranged unreasonably, quality of clinical teachers was uneven, the forms of clinical practice assessment needed to be standardized. Conclusions Interventional therapy specialized nurses training can improve trainees' quality of clinical practice. However, course offered should be adjusted based on trainees' actual situation and the model of interventional therapy specialized nurses training should be perfected so as to improve training effects.
