Objective To explore the expression of Aurora-A in breast carcinoma and the relationship with breast carcinoma treatment efficacy of paclitaxel. Methods The expression of Aurora-A were tested by immunohistochemical SP method in 67 cases of breast carcinoma. The relationship of Aurora-A with treatment efficacy of paclitaxel was analysed. Results The expression rate of Aurora-A was 73.13%(49/67)in breast carcinoma. The treatment effective rate of breast carcinoma was 77.78%(14/18) and the rate of nonresponder was 11.11%(2/18) in negative expression of Aurora-A;but the treatment effective rate was 34.69%(17/49) and the rate of nonresponder was 34.69%(17/49) in positive expression of Aurora-A. There were obvious correlations between expression of Aurora-A and treatment efficacy of paclitaxel. Statistical significance could be found between them (P = 0.013 ). Conclusion There is manifest correlation between the high expression of Aurora-A and resistance of paclitaxel in breast carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for safe application of antibiotic drugs in single or inter-medical institution ser-vices. METHODS:An antibiotic drug safety evaluation index system was established by reference to literatures. Medical records tracing method was adopted to obtain the medical records of children with respiratory infectious diseases under the medical consor-tium model. The medical records were matched and evaluated by experts to analysis the safety of antibiotic drug use in single medi-cal institution and the connection between two medical institutions with respect to the safety of antibiotic drug use. RESULTS:248 effective medical records had been obtained. Under the medical consortium model, the rate of the combination of antibiotic drugs in large hospitals was 86.29%,higher than the community hospitals of 77.02%(χ2=5.49,P<0.05). The error rate of antibiotic drug use by children in large hospitals was 14.52%,lower than the community hospitals of 25.81%(χ2=9.733,P<0.05). There were many contradictions in antibiotic drug use between the medical institution where children received treatment initially and the medi-cal institution which the children were referred to and hospitalized in. There were totally 128 cases of unsafe antibiotic drug use, with the overall incidence of 51.61%. CONCLUSIONS:Under the medical consortium model, the safety of antibiotic drug use by the hospitalized children in single medical institution is worrying, and the connection between two medical institutions with respect to the safety of antibiotic drug use by children who are referred and hospitalized is less reliable.

Objective To study the effect of combining loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) and recombinant human interferon α2b (rhIFNα-2b) suppository in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).Methods Prospective, random and control study was conducted in 82 patients with CINⅠ-CINⅢ.Before canting out LEEP to these patients, all women were performed HPV DNA detection by the method of Hybri Max.Among these patients,41 patients were assigned to the studying group,in which the patients were given rhIFNα-2b suppository for three courses of treatment after LEEP.The other 41 patients who carried out LEEP simply were assigned to the control group.Liquid-based ThinPrep cytology test (TCT) and HPV DNA were examined in the sixth and twelfth month after treatment. Results In the studying group, the cure rate was 90.2% when LEEP ended six months, and the cure rate was 100.0% when LEEP ended twelve months. In the control group, the cure rate was 43.9% when LEEP ended six months, and the cure rate was 61.0% when LEEP ended twelve months. In the sixth and twelfth month after LEEP,the difference was significant when we compared the cure rate between the two groups (x2 =19.93,19.89,all P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of combining LEEP and rhIFNα-2b suppository is better than LEEP in treatment of CIN.The method can remove or destroy the cervical lesions effectively and inhibit HPV replication and spread of HPV infection.

Confirmation of basic technological parameters of tension levellers is the most important factor of leveling strip. Up to now, most factories have used experts' experience to decide these parameters, without any established rule to follow. For better quality of strip, a valid method is needed to decide technological parameters precisely and reasonably. In this paper, a method is used based on neural network and genetic algorithm. Neural network has a good ability to extract rules from work process of tension levellers. Then using neural network, which has learned from a lot of working samples, to be the evaluation of fitness, genetic algorithm could easily find the best or better technological parameters. At the end of this paper, examinations are given to show the effect of this method.

As a commonly used non-contact flatness detection method, laser triangular detection method is designed with low cost, but it cannot avoid measurement errors caused by strip steel vibration effectively. This paper puts forward a dynamic flatness image processing method based on improved laser triangular detection method. According to the practical application of strip steel straightening, it completes the image pre-processing, image feature curve extraction and calculation of flatness elongation using digital image processing technology. Finally it eliminates elongation measurement errors caused by the vibration.
