Objective To investigate the effect of Bushenzhuanggutang combined with salmon calcitonin see calcimar in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy,and explore the mechanism of treatment.Methods 48 patients with renal osteodystrophy were divided into two groups:combined treatment group and control group.The patients were treated with Bushenzhuanggutang and salmon calcitonin see calcimar in combined treatment group.The patients were treated with salmon calcitonin see calcimar in the other group.Then the levels of serum calcium、phosphorus,PTH and BUN、Scr were detected before and after the treatment.Results The level of serum calcium increased significantly in two groups,while the level of serum phosphorus and PTH decreased(P
2.Cyclooxygenase-2 expression and its localization in the mature rat testis

Objective To confirm the expression and localization of COX-2 gene in mature rat testis,as COX-2 not only plays a central role in inflammation by up-regulating the synthesis of prostaglandins,but also mediates critical reproductive functions by other mechanisms. Methods In the mature Wistar rats,COX-2 expression and its localization were examined by using immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western-blot. Results The results of RT-PCR and Western-blot showed that COX-2 mRNA and its protein exist in the testis. Expression of COX-2 was localized in spermatogenic cells on immunohistochemical study.No COX-2 expression in sertoli cells and leydig cells was found. Conclusions The present study confirmed the expression of COX-2 in rat testis and its localization in spermatogenic cells.These suggest that COX-2 may play a role in spermatogenesis.

Objective To explore influence of valsartan on MAU of patients with DN at early stage.Methods 163 patients with DN at early stage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two groups were given routine therapy, and experimental group were added the therapy of valsartan.Period of treatment was 24 weeks, and compared the UAER, Cr, BUN of two groups.Results After treatment of 24 weeks, UAER, Cr, BUN of experimental groups was (142.4 ± 15.6) μg/min, ( 68.7 ±9.4) μmol/L, (3.5 ± 1.2 ) mmol/L, compared with (195.8±23.7)(μg/min,(93.8 ± 13.6) μmol/L, (6.3 ±1.5) mmol/L before treatment, had significant difference (t = 13.675,11.287,2.469,all P<0.05).Compared with( 199.6 ±24.7)μg/min,(87.7 ±11.3)μmol/L、(6.2 ± 1.3)mmol/L of control group after treatment, declined more significantly (t = 13.246,10.312,2.518,all P<0.05).There was no serious complications occurred in two groups.Conclusion Valsartan used in patients with DN at early stage,can significantly improve the function of kidney and enhance clinical effect,decline the side reaction.
5.Application of Fussy-PID Control in Freeze-Drier

Objective To improve the freeze-dryer shelf temperature control effect.Methods The fuzzy-PID control algorithm that's adjusting the PID parameters in real-time in the control process,was adopted to control the shelf temperature,expecting to adapt the changing of process parameters of shelf.Results In the process of freeze-drying temperature control shelves,the shelf temperature static performance and dynamic performance were improved,and the effect of shelf temperature control was archived satisfyingly.Conclusion In the freeze-drying process,the process parameters of shelf are changed along with the drying time and the working environment.The conventional PID control is difficult to obtain satisfactory results.The fuzzy-PID controller,which can adjust PID parameters on real-time in the controlling process,be used in the shelf temperature control,and the result is satisfied.

7.Design of a high speed data acquisition system for biological mass spectrometers

Objective To develop a high-speed data acquisition system with sampling frequency of 2 GHz to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of flight time.Methods The ALTERA STRATIX Ⅲ series FPGA was used as the main control chip, matching with high-performance ADC chip with sampling frequency up to 2 GHz and sampling accuracy up to 12 bit, while extending 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM for data cache and exchanging data with the host computer through Gigabit Ethernet.In addition, a variety of PCB wiring methods were used to effectively ensure the signal integrity.Results The 250 MHz sine signal was input into the data acquisition board with 2 GHz sampling frequency,by analyzing and calculating the sampling data,acquired the following performance index of SNR=44.6639 and ENOB=7.1.Conclusion This high-speed data acquisition system based on ADC technology is a fast and reliable path and method for the measurement and analysis of biological mass spectrometry data.
8.Surgical treatment of retroperitoneal tumor invading inferior vena cava

Objective To explore the surgical manipulation of inferior vena cava(IVC) invaded by retroperitoneal tumors(RPT) in order to raise the resection rate and improve the operative safety. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases undergoing resection of retroperitoneal tumor along with the reconstruction of IVC in our hospital from January 1990 to April 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAll the patients were cured by operation. Management of IVC included partial excision and repairement(17 cases), partial IVC resection and right kidney excision(11 cases), partial excision and ligation(10 cases), partial excision and artificial vascular grafting(3 cases). ConclusionBUS, CT, MRI and selective angiography were essential for diagnosis and helpful for treatment. It is not an operative contraindication for RPT cases in which IVC was invaded. Resection and reconstruction of IVC is safe, effective and practical to raise the excision rate and decrease the recurrence rate.
9.Clinical significance of intermittent sinusoidal fetal heart rate at third trimester

Objective To investigate clinical significance of intermittent sinusoidal feial heart rate at third trimester.Methods From Jan 2002 to Dec 2010,48 pregnant women at 33 to 41 gestational weeks undergoing electronic fetal heart rate(FHR)monitoring presented with intermittent sinusoidal FHR in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Second School of Clinical Medicine,Jinan University were enrolled in this retrospective study.Twenty-one cases were categorized into continuous group(i.e.with sinusoidal feature and a constant duration≥10 minutes).while the other 27 cases were categorized iuto intermittent group(i.e.with a duration<10 minutes).In the mean time.76 normal cases were chosen randomly matched as control group.Blood gas and hemoglobin were measured in umbilical artery after fetal head delivery.General neurological system examination were performed in those fetus in hospitalization.The outcome of those fetuses was compared.Results (1)Neonatal complications:the rate of asphyxia,meconium-stained amniotic fluid and fetal anemia were 63%(17/27),33%(9/27)and 63%(17/27)in group of intermittent sinusoidal FHR,which were significantly higher than 1%(1/76),4%(3/76),3%(2/76)in control group(P<0.05).When compared with 67%(14/21),52%(11/21),76%(16/21)in group of continuous sinusoidal,the statistical difierence were not observed(P>0.05).(2)Blood gas in neonate:the rates of pH less than 7 were 18%(5/27)in intermittent group,52%(11/21)in continuous group and 0 in control group,which all reached statistical difference among those three groups(P<0.05).(3)Brain damage and death:the rates of brain damage and death were 48%(13/27)and 11%(3/27)in intermittent group,81%(17/21)and 43%(9/21)in continuous group,and 0 in control group,which all showed significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent and continuous sinusoidal FHR are typical graphics of severe fetal anemia at third trimester.Intermittent sinusoidal FHR is indicative of serious fetal hypoxia.
10.In situ secondary spleen pedicle amputation in laparoscopic splenectomy vs open splenectomy for traumatic spleen rupture

Objective To compare clinical efficacy between the situ secondary spleen pedicle amputation in laparoscopic splenectomy and open splenectomy for traumatic spleen rupture.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015 a total of 70 patients with splenic rupture undergoing splenectomy were devided into laparoscopic surgery (35 cases) and open surgery (35 cases) group.Clinical data included total intraoperative blood loss,the time spent on splenic artery ligation,total operation time,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative hemoglobin,platelet and albumin levels,time of anal exsufflation,hospital stay and postoperative complications.Results The average operation time in the OS group was shorter than that in LS group (P < 0.05).However,LS group was better than the OS group in splenic artery ligation time,postoperative drainage volume,anus aerofluxus time,postoperative platelet count,postoperative albumin recovery,hospital stay and postoperative complications (all P < 0.05).Conclusions The laparoscopic splenectomy by the amputation of in situ secondary spleen pedicle for traumatic spleen rupture has the advantages of a rapid recovery and a low postoperative complication.
