ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of health education to women of childbearing age on knowledge of birthdefents.MethodsRandomly selected 200 case of maternal pre-pregnancy check-up in the hospital outpatient department were divided into two groups,The observation group of 100 cases,100 cases of the control group.the control group received rule progestation knowledge education, the observation group enforce health education intervention, apply the way of questionnaire survey, and the results were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe observation group answer correct rate is obviously higher than the control group ( all P < 0.05 ).ConclusionTaking a variety of measures of health education for pregnant women during the physical examination for effective interventions, could significantly improve the population birth defects knowledge rate had positive significance to the prevention of birth defects.

Objective To explore the practice and effect of FOCUS-PDCA method in reducing the incidence rate of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in ICU patients. Methods The FOCUS-PDCA method was used to analyze all links of the occurrence of DVT in ICU patients, to determine the high-risk factors of DVT;continuous quality control ( CQI) team was established and it provided training for ICU medical staff, and made it standardized. The incidence rate of DVT in ICU patients was calculated. Results The incidence rate of DVT in ICU patients before and after using the FOCUS-PDCA method were 8.48% and 2.9% (χ2=4. 925,P<0.05).Conclusions The FOCUS-PDCA method can solve the problem such as: medical staff doesn′t paying enough attention to the incidence rate of DVT; the master degree of medical staff in DVT prevention related knowledge is different;and there is no standardized nursing measures for DVT prevention in ICU. Standardized medical nursing measures can effectively prevent the DVT of ICU patients.

Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge , attitude and behavior on fall prevention among stroke patients , so as to provide the basis for targeted prevention education .Methods Totals of 96 stroke patients were recruited and investigated with self-designed questionnaire on their knowledge , attitude and behavior for falls prevention .Results Ninety-six questionnaires were issued and all were returned with a effective responsive rate of 100%.The score of fall prevention attitude and confidence was ( 4.11 ±0.73 ) , which was higher than the score of falls prevention knowledge ( 3.70 ±0.71 ) and behavior ( 3.07 ±0.74 ) . Knowledge and behavior scores of female patients were significantly higher than that of male patients [ ( 4.24 ± 0.68) vs (3.05 ±0.24), (3.37 ±0.58) vs (2.16 ±0.31), t=7.961,6.984, respectively;P<0.01].The knowledge, attitude and behavior scores of stroke patients with less than 70 years old respectively were (3.94 ± 0.32),(3.67 ±0.35)and(1.93 ±0.57), and that of stroke patients with over 70 years old were (3.04 ± 0.81 ) , ( 4.35 ±0.73 ) , and ( 3.89 ±0.67 ) , and the differences were statistically significant ( t =2.478 , 2.146 ,4.951;P<0.05 ) .The knowledge , attitude and behavior scores of patients without bachelor's degrees respectively were (3.77 ±0.43),(3.99 ±0.33) and (3.46 ±0.62), and that of patients with bachelor's degrees respectively were (4.23 ±0.43),(3.45 ±0.32) and (2.78 ±0.56), and significantly differences were found between them ( t =2.783 , 1.721 , 2.432;P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Development of targeted education on falls prevention is necessary for stroke patients , and different education degree and situation of patients should be considered .

Objective:To analyze the current situation of researches on the fear of disease progression at home and abroad, and sort out the research hotspots and development context. Methods:The relevant literature about fear of disease progression published by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science core collection database were systematiclly searched, and the search period was from January 1, 2002 to June 24, 2022. CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used for visual analysis of relevant literature. Results:A total of 340 articles were retrieved from CNKI and 1 199 articles were retrieved from Web of Science core collection database. The countries and institutions with the highest number of international publications were Germany, Technical University of Munich and The University of Sydney, with close cooperation among authors and poor inter-institutional cooperation. Domestic research focused on the influencing factors of fear of disease progression and its relationship with depression, anxiety, social support and quality of life, while foreign research focused on breast cancer and its survivors, depression, anxiety, quality of life, reliability and validity of the questionnaire and the feasibility of intervention. Conclusions:The number of articles published at home and abroad is generally on the rise. Compared with foreign countries, there is still a certain gap in the research on fear of progression in China. In the future, China should timely pay attention to the development trends and hot frontiers in this field internationally, so as to promote the research and development of fear of disease progression in China.

Objective To assess the effects of action research on preventing perioperative deep venous thrombosis ( DVT ) form in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods We selected 93 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage in Neurosurgery of our hospital from 2011 to 2014. A total of 45 cases, who hospitalized from 2011 to 2012, were selected as control group and received routine nursing and perioperative routine nursing, while 48 cases, who hospitalized from 2013 to 2014, were chosen as treatment group and received action research to intervened legs exercise with four steps including plan, action, observation and reflection based on nursing of control group. Then after four steps spiral cycle, we made the plan of lower extremities excise and implemented. The incidences of DVT and rehaemorrhagia in two groups were observed. Results The rate of DVT and rehaemorrhagia were 0 in the treatment group, which were significantly lower than 13. 33% (6/45) and 4. 44% (2/45) respectively in the control group (P<0. 05). The coagulation index changes had no significantly difference between two groups. The difference of DVT had statistical significance between two groups (P<0. 01), but the difference of rehaemorrhagia had no statistical significance between two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions Action research method is applied for plan of perioperative lower extremities excise in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, which can decline the incidence of DVT.
