Objective To explore the methods of training emergency nurses under the Trinitarian Mode.Methods 77 emergency nurses were distributed to different groups and received different training contents and assessment criteria stratifiedly as well as in phases according to their working ages.The training content contained emergency capability,emergency specialist skills,evidence based nursing,nursing scientific research,and clinical practice,etc.Results Through the on-the-job training,their emergency caring ability were overall improved,the human resource was effectively utilized,and the overall ability for coping with public health emergencies had made great progress.Conclusions Under the Trinitarian emergency treatment mode,a diversified on-the-job training for the emergency nurses will promote the development of emergency care,as well as help keep pace with the rapid development of emergency medical sciences.

The Human Milk Banking Association of North America(HMBANA) is a professional association for supporters of non-profit donor human milk banking.HMBANA develops guidelines for donor human milk banking practices.The construction of China's human milk bank has just begun in few areas in 2013.To further promote the development and implementation of donor human milk banking in our country,this review introduce the guideline for establishment and operation of a donor human milk bank which drafted by HMBANA in 2013.The guideline can provide the basis for the development of human milk bank in our country.

AIM: To determine the effects of phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) and K ATP on rat ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)-induced arrhythmia. Objective To analyze the gene expression profiles in response to ΔNp63α overexpression, and screen the potential target genes or signal pathways regulated by ΔNp63α. Methods To generate ΔNp63α overexpressed SiHa cells ( SiHa-ΔNp63α) and the control cells ( SiHa-NC) , recombinant lentivirus transfection was performed. Microarray was applied to detect the change of gene expression profiles, and the results were analyzed with bioinfor-matic software. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to validate the expression levels of selected genes. Results Among the 1405 differentially expressed genes which were statistically significant, >1. 5 fold increase or reduce of gene expression, 843 were up-regulated and 562 were down-regulated in SiHa cells with ΔNp63α overexpression. The genes were mostly involved in cell development,cycle regulation, signal transduction, communication, adhe-sion, metastasis and invasion, etc. The involved signal pathways consisted of antigen processing and presentation, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, cell adhesion, complement and coagulation cascades, and so on. Conclu-sion The research on the potential target genes or mediated signal pathways regulated by ΔNp63α could be helpful to explain the development of cervical cancer.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effects of feeding very low birth weight infants and extremely low birth weight infants with human donors' milk in China.Methods One hundred and ninety-nine very low birth weight infants and extremely low birth weight infants (VLBWI/ELBWI) admitted to NICU in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were analyzed retrospectively (from August 1,2013 to July 31,2014) one year before and one year after the establishment of human donors' milk bank.Only 1 infant's parents(1/199 cases) refused to use donor milk,and 198 infants were fed with donors' milk since their own mothers' milk was unavailable.One hundred and forty-eight infants admitted to NICU from August 1,2012 to July 31,2013 were chosen as the control group,who were fed with formula milk since their own mothers' milk was unavailable.The mortality,incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) and sepsis,time to full enteral feeding and hospital stay between 2 groups were analyzed.Results One year before the establishment of breast milk bank,there were 148 cases of very low or extremely low birth weight infants receiving mixed feeding,and 16 cases of them had neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,the incidence rate was 10.81％.Since the establishment of human milk bank,187 women donated breast milk in the first year and 260 555 mL of human milk were collected and delivered.Only 1 infant (1/199 cases) refused to use donor milk,and 198 infants were fed with donors' milk since their own mothers' milk was unavailable.Nine babies with VLBWI/ELBWI were diagnosed as NEC in donor milk feeding group,and 16 cases were diagnosed as NEC in formula-feeding group.The incidence rate of NEC was lower in the donor-milk-feeding group (4.52％ vs 10.81％,x2 =5.02,P ＜ 0.05).Donor-milk-feeding group reached full enteral feeding[(16.4 ± 5.3) d vs (18.2 ± 6.2) d,t =2.84,P ＜ 0.05] and had shorter period of hospital stay[(35.1 ± 9.5) d vs (37.3 ± 10.4) d,t =2.05,P ＜ 0.05] compared with formula feeding group.The mortality and incidence of sepsis had no difference between 2 groups (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Donors' breast milk is associated with a lower risk of NEC,sooner full enteral feeding and shorter hospital stay.Further research is needed to confirm these findings and measure the growth and long term neurodevelopment effects of donors' breast milk.

Objective To observe the changes of the multifocal electroretinograph (mf-ERG) in commotio retinae. Methods The affected eyes (traumatic group) and the fellow eyes (control group) of 31 patients with unilateral commotio retinae were examined by RETI scan 3.15 system. The responses of 61 retinal regions were recorded, and the average amplitude densities of the N 1 (the first negative) wave and P 1 (the first positive) wave in different regions of retinal were analyzed. Results The average amplitude densities of 1-4 rings in N 1 wave and 1-5 rings in P 1 wave were much lower in traumatic group than those in the control. Conclusions The average amplitude densities of N 1 wave and P 1 wave of mf-ERG in retinal affected regions decreases markedly in eyes with commotio retina; mf-ERG may provide the quantificational and orientational detection for the visual ability of the eyes with commotio retinae.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of cytotoxin associated gene(cagA)and vacuolating cytotoxin gene(vacA)subtypes of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)in patients with upper gastrointestinal disease in Shijiazhuang area,and to assess the relationship between cagA,vacA subtypes and H.pylori related gastrointestinal disease.Methods Totally 55 H.pylori strains were isolated from patients with chronic gastrointestinal disease in Shijiazhuang area.Bacterial DNA from all these strains was extractedThe prevalence and genetic diversity in cagA 3′ region,vacA signal sequence and middle-region alleles were studied by the technique of polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results In Shijiazhuang area,H.pylori cagA positive rate was 89.1%(49/55);cagA positive rate was not significant ly different between chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer(?~2=0.376,P=0.540).There were three vacA subtypes,including s1a/ m2 90.4%(47/52),s1a/ m1b-m2 5.8%(3/52)and s1a/ m1b 3.8%(2/52).The vacA s1a/m2 subtype showed no significant difference between chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer(?~2=0,P=1.000).Conclusion cagA~+and vacA s1a/m2 subtype of H.pylori are predominant in patients with upper gastrointestinal disease in Shijiazhuang area.There is no relationship between cagA,vacA subtypes and H.pylori related gastrointestinal disease.

Objective: To investigate the effect of cochinchina momordica seed ethanol extract (CMSEE) on the proliferation of melanoma B16 cells and the underlying mechanism. Methods: MTT and clone formation assay were used to assess the effect of CMSEE on the growth of B16 cells. Morphological changes of B16 cells were observed under phase-contrast microscope and Giemsa staining. Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were examined by flow cytometry (FCM). The effect of CMSEE on melanin production and tyrosinase activity of B16 cells was assessed by colorimetry. The effect of CMSEE on the expression of C-myc, P38, and Tyr genes was examined by RT-PCR. Results: CMSEE (10-100 mg/L) inhibited the proliferation of B16 cell in a dose-and time-dependent manner. After treatment with 10-40 mg/L CMSEE, B16 cells showed typical differentiation morphology, and melanin production and tyrosinase activity were increased. B16 cells treated with 100 mg/L CMSEE showed apoptotic morphology, decreased melanin production and tyrosinase activity. B16 cell number in G_0/G_1 phase was significantly increased (P<0.01); C-myc mRNA expression was down-regulated, and P38, Try mRNA expression was up-regulated in B16 cells after treatment with 10-40 mg/L CMSEE. Conclusion: CMSEE can markedly inhibit the proliferation of melanoma B16 cells, which is related to induction of differentiation and promotion of apoptosis of B16 cells.
