1.Recent advances on associated antigens of chronic myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(12):766-768
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is one of myeloid malignancies, and there is no effective treatment method at present.Nowaday, many studies report that combined treatment and adoptive immunotherapy can rebuild immunological function of patients,it's an ideal method of cure CML.So searching optimal leukemia-associated antigens and researching the number of antigen specific T lymphocytes is the key to treat CML.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2013;35(11):843-846
Objective To characterize the nasal resonance of children with spastic cerebral palsy by comparing it with that of ordinary school-age children. Methods The mean nasalance scores (MNSs) of 90 normal school-age children and 62 school-age children with spastic cerebral palsy were measured and compared. Results (1) Age has significant effects on the MNS of/a/,/i/and/m/ in ordinary children, but has almost no effect on the MNS of/u/.The MNS of/a/,/i/,/u/ and/m/ in children with spastic cerebral palsy does not change with age.(2) Sex only has a significant relationship with the MNS of/i/ in ordinary children, but does not significantly predict the other MNSs.(3) The MNS of/a/ of children with spastic cerebral palsy is significantly lower than that of ordinary children, and their MNS of/i/ and /u/ is significantly greater than those of ordinary children. Conclusions The MNS of /a/,/i/and /u/first increases and then decreases with age in ordinary children, while the MNS of/m/ increases gradually.Children with spastic cerebral palsy did not show the same trends and demonstrated a state of retardation of nasal resonance.Children with spastic cerebral palsy are more likely to display hypernasality than ordinary children.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(1):12-14
Objective:To measure serum levels of salusins and catestatin and analyze their correlation in patients with essential hypertension (EH) .Methods :A total of 90 EH patients were selected as hypertension group .According to blood pressure level ,they were further divided into hypertension stage 1 group (n=31) ,hypertension stage 2 group (n=30) and hypertension stage 3 group (n=29) .Another 40 normotensive subjects undergoing physical examina‐tion were selected as normal control group .Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure ser‐um levels of salusins and catestatin , and the correlation between serum levels of salusins and catestatin was analyzed . Results :Compared with normal control group ,there were significant reductions in serum levels of salusins [ (3.01 ± 0.66) ng/ml vs .(1.44 ± 0.42) ng/ml ,(1.35 ± 0.89) ng/ml ,(1.41 ± 0.32) ng/ml] and catestatin [(132.24 ± 7.55) ng/ml vs .(89.22 ± 6.12) ng/ml vs .(82.51 ± 8.37) ng/ml ,(83.34 ± 4.47) ng/ml] in hypertension stage 1 ,stage 2 and stage 3 group , P<0.01 all;compared with stage 1 group ,there were significant reductions in serum catestatin levels in stage 2 and stage 3 group (P<0.01 both) ,but there were no significant difference in serum salusins level a‐mong three groups of hypertension ( P>0.05 all) .Pearson correlation analysis indicated that serum salusins level had no correlation with catestatin level ( r=0.363 , P>0.05) in normal control group ,while serum salusins level was significant positively correlated with catestatin level (r=0.723 ,P<0.01) in hypertension group .Conclusion:Serum levels of salusins and catestatin significantly reduce and they is positive correlation in patients with hyperten‐sion .Along with blood pressure level rises ,serum catestatin level reduces .

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(2):145-147
Objective:To explore changes of plasma levels of catestatin (CST)and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF)and their correlation. Methods:A total of 60 CHF patients treated in our department of cardiology from Jun 2014 to Dec 2014 were enrolled as CHF group, another 60 healthy subjects un- dergoing physical examination were regarded as normal control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure plasma levels of CST and BNP in two groups, then the results were compared.Linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between plasma levels of CST and BNP.Results:Compared with normal control group, there were significant rise in plasma levels of CST [(0.40±0.15)ng/L vs.(0.88±0.34)ng/L]and BNP [(30.84±12.56)ng/L vs.(678.21±120.35)ng/L]in CHF group,P<0.01 both.Linear correlation analysis indi- cated that plasma CST level was significant positively correlated with BNP level (r=0.38,P<0.05).Conclusion:Catestatin level is significant positively correlated with the most sensitive cardiac function index—brain natriuretic peptide level, suggesting that it could be used as a new biochemical marker diagnosing or excluding heart failure.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(36):2785-2788
Objective To translate the English version of Revised Dental Beliefs Survey (R- DBS) into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of R- DBS. Methods The R- DBS was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture. The reliability and validity of Chinese version of R- DBS was tested in 348 adult patients in department of stomatology. Results The Chinese version of R- DBS consisted of 23 items. Three factors were extracted by factor analysis which could explain 54.236% of the total variance. The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of R- DBS was 0.891 and the test- retest reliability was 0.856. Using DAS as an external criterion, the correlation coefficients of the DBS and DAS scores were 0.781 (P<0.01). Conclusions The Chinese version of R- DBS is reliable and valid, and can be used to assess the patient′s subjective perceptions of the behavior of dentists and the delivery of dental care.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Objective To observe whether leptin protects rat islet ?-cells from lipotoxicity induced by free Taity acid ( FFA). Methods Pancreatic islets were isolated from Wistar rats. Isolated islets were divided into 4 groups; ( 1 ) Control group; (2) Leptin group (murine recombinanl leptin 100?g/L) ; (3) FFA group [0. 25 mmol/L long chain fatty acid (oleate: palmitate =2: 1 ) ] ; (4) FFA + Leptin group (both leptin and FFA were added to the culture medium). Alter being cultured lor 72 hours, triglyceride ( TG) content in islets, insulin secreted under basal and glucose stimulated conditions, and the mRNA expression of fatty acid oxidase-carnitine palmityl transferase- 1 ( CFT- I ) , fatty acid synthetase-acyl-CoA carboxylase ( ACC) , peroxisome proliferator activated receptors ( PPAR)a and PPARr in islets were examined. Results ( 1 ) TC content in islets was elevated in FFA group as compared with control group ( P
