1.Recent advances on associated antigens of chronic myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(12):766-768
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is one of myeloid malignancies, and there is no effective treatment method at present.Nowaday, many studies report that combined treatment and adoptive immunotherapy can rebuild immunological function of patients,it's an ideal method of cure CML.So searching optimal leukemia-associated antigens and researching the number of antigen specific T lymphocytes is the key to treat CML.
2.The Study on the Function of the Traditional Chinese Medicine after Conservative Celioscope Surgery to Prevent the Persistent Ectopic Pregnancy
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study how to prevent the persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP)effectively after the conservative celioscope surgery. Methods After conservative celioscope surgery,MTX(Group A)and the traditional chinese medicine(Group B)were taken to the people who had ectopic pregnancy to prevent PEP.Results 2 examples in group A had PEP,as well as non-PEP occurred in group B.Conclusion The function of the traditional chinese medicine after conservative celioscope surgery to prevent the persistent ectopic pregnancy was much better.
3.The feasibility of improvement of humane-learning in medical students
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
As a response to the requirements of medical students in the background of social, economic and scientific development,we encouraged medical students to get more education in the field of humanism. The learning interest and load of medical students are assessed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To analyze the hemodynamic changes during coronary artery bypass grafting with or without cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Thirty patients undergone coronary artery bypass grafting from January to June,2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,12 patients were operated on with cardiopulmonary bypass(CCABG)and 18 without cardiopulmonary bypass(OPCAB).The stabilizator(type Octops III)was used to fix target vessels in OPCAB group. In CCBAG group, the extracorporeal circulation was used routinely, and internal mammary artery and saphenous vein were used to anastomose with target branches of coronary artery. The hemodynamic changes at different time points during and after operation were monitored, and the relevant parameters were also recorded. Results The anaesthesia time, intraoperative blood loss and fluid input, and ventilating time after operation in CCABG group were significantly higher than those in OPCAB group, and the postoperative haematocrit(HCT)was significantly lower in CCABG group than that in OPCAB group(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To search for the factors which may be responsible to the increase in plasma homocysteine(Hcy)levels after surgery. Methods Blood samples were taken from 40 patients(20 patients with coronary artery bypass and the remainders with off-pump coronary artery bypass)1 day before operation and 1,3,5 and 7 day(s)after operation.Hcy,copper, ceruloplasmin, ferrei ion, folate, vitamin B12 and C-reactive protein(CRP)were then measured using clinical chemistry methods. Results The plasma concentrations of ceruloplasmin, copper and Hcy increased significantly at 3rd,4th and 6th day after operation respectively. The plasma concentrations of ferreous ion and vitamin B12 declined obviously at 3rd day after operation, and then increased slowly. In contrast, the plasma concentration of CRP increased significantly at 3rd day after operation, then decreased gradually to normal level. No significant changes were found in folate level before and after operation. Those findings mentioned above showed no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The increased plasma concentration of Hcy after operation may be caused by the internal metabolism of copper rather than by the coronary artery bypass.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(04):-
SUMMARY Hyperparathyroidism is the clinical syndrome that results from elevated circulating parathyroid hormones, leading to multiple systems manifestations, and is divided into three kinds: primary, secondary and ternary. This patient’s main chief complaint was intermittent melena for 3 days, with the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage according to endoscopy. Hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia and high level of circulating parathyroid hormone and chronic renal failure were also found during hospitalization. Furthermore, MIBI showed a parathyroid adenoma located near the isthmus in the lower part of the left lobe. The patient had undergone nephrectomy because of kidney carcinoma 2 years ago. Primary hyperparathyroidism usually has the common gastrointestinal syndrome , but upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage reported as the chief complaint is rare and we had never seen similar reports before.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the multi-organ lesions and the occurrence of coronary aneurysms in children with Kawasaki disease(KD).Methods 92 pediatric inpatients with KD were enrolled and studied. The organs involved and coronary aneurysms(CAA)were determined by checking blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, chest X-ray,electrokardiogram,liver function, echocardiogram, and clinical manifestation. Results The incidence of various organs involved in 92 patients with KD:heart 71.7%;lung 37.0%;liver 34.8%;brain 12.0%;kidney 18.5%;gastrointestinal tract 15.2%;spleen 2.2%;gallbladder 1.1%;joints 9.8%.In addition, the rate of two organs involved simultaneously was 40.2%,three and more 34.8%.The incidence of CAA in brain lesion, joints lesion and pericardial effusion complications of KD was 45.5%,44.4%,and 41.7%,respectively.Conclusions The data shows that the incidence of heart involvement in the sick-children with KD is highest, and other organs, such as lung, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, brain and joints are involved in turn. The incidence of 2 and more organs involved simultaneously amounts to75.0%.CAA is the most serious complication of KD.Our study suggests that the incidence of CAA is obviously high in these lesions of brain, joints and pericardial effusion involvement in KD.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Objective To describe characteristics of adult respiratory tract influenza virus A (INFA)infection.Method 804 adult patients with acute respiratory tract infections were enrolled and 156 cases of healthy adults were concomitantly selected. Enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay was used to measure INFA serum specific IgM antibody.Result (1)In the total patients , 17.6% had positive INFA-IgM,significantly higher than the control(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
70 years, history of stroke, and a tear of the pleura. Conclusions The incidence of AF in CABG and off-pump CABG were almost similar. Old age of the patient was the pathological basis for developing AF, and the history of stroke and a tear of the pleura were the predisposing factors.
