Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(12):890-894
Objective To study the effects of early rehabilitation with stroke patients by applying Snyder hope theory in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 76 acute stroke patients from Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups by random digits table method:experimental group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The final effective cases were 72 and 36 cases in each. The control group received routine care, while those in the experimental group accepted nursing intervention with Snyder hope theory based on routine puncture care for 4 weeks. Herth Hope Index(HHI), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Barthel Index(BI) and adherence score before and after 4 weeks were evaluated and compared between 2 groups. Results Before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention, the experimental group of patients with hope level score respectively (31.61 ± 1.95), (40.67 ± 4.01) points, NIHSS scores respectively (18.27 ± 5.31), (10.41 ± 4.21) points, BI scores respectively (37.19 ± 3.31), (46.12 ± 3.51) points, and adherence of functional exercise scores (0.97 ± 0.31), (2.81 ± 0.52) points. The differences were statistically significant (t=17.765-52.571, all P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences with hope level, NIHSS score, BI score before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention in the control group (t=5.435, 4.929, 11.067, all P<0.01), except for adherence of functional exercise scores (t=1.220, P=0.231) in the control group, but the change not as the experimental group. Compared with the control group, there were statistically significant in the score of hope level, NIHSS score, BI score and adherence of functional exercise with the experimental group after intervention ( t=6.030-10.690, all P<0.01). Conclusions The nursing with Snyder hope theory can promote the progress of early rehabilitation of acute stroke patients as well as the patients′exercise adherence.
2.Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for type 1 diabetes in a rat model
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(41):6171-6176
BACKGROUND:Stem cel transplantation is a promising treatment for type 1 diabetes mel itus. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cel s have become another hotspot fol owing bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic effect of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cel transplantation on type 1 diabetes in a rat model.
METHODS:Forty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into normal, model and cel transplantation. Animal model of type 1 diabetes was made in the latter two groups through intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Seven days after modeling, rats in the three groups were given intraperitoneal injection of normal saline, serum-free DMEM or adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cel suspension, respectively. Two weeks after injection, body mass, blood glucose level, insulin secretion and PDX-1 mRNA in the pancreatic tissue of rats were monitored and detected in the three groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After modeling, the body mass of rats were lowered, and increased gradual y in the cel transplantation group at 2 weeks after cel transplantation, but it was stil decreased in the model group. Compared with the normal group, the fasting blood glucose level was significantly higher in the model group (P<0.05), but it was reduced significantly after cel transplantation (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the insulin level was reduced significantly in the model group (P<0.05), but it was increased significantly after cel transplantation (P<0.05). Highest and lowest PDX-1 mRNA expressions were obtained in the normal and model groups, respectively;and there was a significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Al these findings show that adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cel transplantation relieves hyperglycemia in rats by promoting the expression of PDX-1 in the rat pancreatic tissue.

4.Clinical Application of Shenque (CV 8) plus Eight Battle Points for Obesity
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2007;5(3):160-161
In order to observe the therapeutic effect of Eight Battle Points for simple obesity. Methods:In the treatment of 98 cases of the patients with obesity by the oblique puncture of long needles into Eight Battle Points, the body weight, body weight index (BWI),waist circumference, buttock circumference and fat distribution rate of the patients were measured and assessed respectively before and after the treatments. And the changes of complications of obesity were observed before and after the treatments. Results:There were significant differences (P<0.05) in various indexes of obesity before and after acupuncture treatment. Conclusion:Acupuncture by puncturing Shenque(CV 8) plus Eight Battle Points is positive in the treatment of obesity and has a better therapeutic effect for complications of obesity.
5.Effect of the analgesic effect of progressive muscle relaxation training and compound lidocaine cream in hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(7):8-11
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of progressive muscle relaxation training (PMR) and compound lidocaine cream in hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula. Methods 96 hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into the progressive relaxation training group (group A),compound lidocaine cream group (group B),progressive relaxation training and compound lidocaine cream group (group C),and the blank control group (group D),with 24 patients in each group.Compound lidocaine cream were applied on the central puncture point 60 minutes before operation in group B and group C,and the patients of group A and group C were conducted with progressive relaxation training before puncture and sleep, while no intervention were assigned to group D.The pain of each patients were measured in 10 minutes with Visual Analog Scale(VAS).Results The pain scores were respectively (3.042 ± 0.999) in group A,(2.500 ±0.978)in group B,(1.333 ± 0.817) in group C and (5.042 ± 1.122) in group D.The AVOVA under the significant level of 0.05 for factorial date indicated that the main effect of factor A (progressive relaxation training) was statistically significant and the main effect of factor B (compound lidocaine cream) was also statistically significant. And that statistically significant interaction between the two factors was found, too. Conclusions Compound lidocaine cream with progressive relaxation training could alleviate the pain during puncturing arteriovenous fistula from hemodialysis significantly and was better than single use of each method.
6.Analysis of 360 Cases of ADR Induced by Danhong Injection
China Pharmacy 2016;27(17):2352-2354
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and general regularity of ADR induced by Danhong injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS:Using“Danhong injection”and“ADR”as keywords, retrieved from CJFD,literatures published during 2005-2015 were collected and analyzed statistically in repsects of patient’s gender and age, disease and allergic history, drug combination, occurrence time of ADR and clinical manifestations, etc. RESULTS:A total of 24 literatures were collected, involving 360 cases. Female patients were more than male(66.11% vs. 33.89%);ADR often oc-curred within 30 min during medication(169 cases,46.94%);main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendents (163 cases,42.89%), systemic injury(72 cases,18.95%). The severe one would suffer form allergic shock. CONCLUSIONS:Great importance should be attached to the indication of Danhong injection, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, rational drug use and close monitoring. Constant vigilance is necessary to the occurrence of ADR.
7.Expression and Significance of Ets- 1 in Chondrosarcoma and Osteochondroma of the Jaws
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2000;20(6):550-552
ObjectiveTo analyze the expression and significance of Ets- 1 (E26 transformation-specific) in chondrosareoma and osteochondroma of the jaws.MethodsEts- 1 expression was de-tected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of thejaws.Results12 of the 20 cases of chondrosarcoma (t50%) showed an Ets- 1 positive reastion. Thepositive rates of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of grade Ⅰ ( P < 0.05 ). Re-current cases showed a higher Ets - 1 positive rate than primary ones ( P < 0.05 ). Ets - 1 was presentin 12.5 % (1/8) osteochondroma. The positive rate was significantly different between chondrosarcomaand osteochondrorna ( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionThe results indicate that Ets- 1 is overexpressed inchondrosarcoma of the jaws and correlated with its pathological grade and recurrence.
