Objective To detect and analyse CRP level in rat chronic periodontitis and atherosclerosis compound model. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into four groups,15 in each group: Group A:control group;Group B:periodontitis group;Group C:atherosclerosis group;Group D:periodontitis and atherosclerosis group.Every group accepted the corresponding treatment.Pathological changes in periodontal tissue of experimental teeth and arterial vessels were observed.CRP level in serum was assayed by ELISA.Results Histopathological observation of periodontal tissue revealed: Obvious inflammation of periodontal tissue was observed in group B,D.Attachment loss levels in group B and D were higher than that of A,C groups(P

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression of DNAX-activating protein 12 (DAP12) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) in mouse monocyte RAW264.7 subjected to compressive stress.
METHODSMouse monocyte RAW264.7 was subjected to four-point bending system. The expression of DAP12 and TRAP mRNA were examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the expression of DAP12 protein by Western Blotting after 0, 3, 6 and 12h's compressive stress.
RESULTSAfter RAW264.7 cells were cultured by osteoclast cell culture fluid, the amount of the cells increased, and the volume enlarged, and the number of nuclei per osteoclast increased in vitro. The expression of DAP12 and TRAP mRNA and DAP12 protein of RAW264.7 cells subjected to compressive stress increased along with the time (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe mouse monocyte RAW264.7 can differentiate into osteoclast in vitro, and high expression of DAP12 exists in the process of osteoclast differentiation.

Objective:To understand the basic situation of noise hazards in wood furniture manufacturing, stone processing and special equipment manufacturing industries in Shenzhen City, and to provide basis for preventing and controlling noise hazards. Methods:In August 2019, stratified random sampling ws used to select 21 wood funiture manafacturing, 15 stone processing and 24 special equipment manufactruing as survey object. Through the methods of occupational health field investigation, noise intensity measurement and occupational health examination data collection, the noise hazards of 60 enterprises in three industries were statistically analyzed. Results:There were 154, 44 and 113 noise detection points in wood furniture manufacturing, stone processing and special equipment manufacturing enterprises, and 101, 27 and 78 out of standard points respectively, and the exceeding standard rates were 65.6% (101/154) , 61.4% (27/44) and 69.0% (78/113) , respectively. There were 1670, 172 and 856 workers exposed to noise in the three industries. Among them, 1198, 134 and 703 people had taken occupational health examination. The physical examination rates were 71.7% (1198/1670) , 77.9% (134/172) and 82.1% (703/856) , respectively. The abnormal rates were 19.1% (229/1198) , 51.5% (69/134) and 37.8% (266/703) , respectively. Conclusion:High intensity noise working environment, too long noise exposure time, incorrect wearing of personal protective equipment and neglect of occupational health examination are important reasons for hearing loss of noise exposed personnel.

Objective:To construct a risk prediction and assessment system for incisional infection after spinal surgery. Methods:Based on the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), risk factors and assessment indicators of postoperative incisional infection in spinal surgery were sorted out through literature search followed by expert consultation using the Delphi expert consultation method. After three-level assessment indicators were selected according to their importance and expert opinions and assigned by different scores, a risk prediction and evaluation system was constructed for postoperative incisional infection after spinal surgery. Results:The 2 rounds of expert consultation questionnaire resulted in an effective response rate of 100%. The degree of expert consultation authority was 0.85, showing high reliability; the Kendall coordination coefficients of expert consultation ranged from 0.525 to 0.686, showing good coordination ( P<0.05). The three-level assessment indicators consisted of 3 primary, 18 secondary and 54 tertiary ones. After statistical analyses of the important risk indicators selected which consisted of 6 preoperative evaluation ones and 18 postoperative evaluation ones, 6 preoperative and 12 postoperative predictive indicators were obtained. The values of risk priority number (RPN) were calculated for high, medium and low risks for postoperative incisional infection using a semi-quantitative method. Conclusion:A self-designed system has been constructed for risk prediction and assessment of incisional infection after spinal surgery based on expert consultation and FMEA method.
