1.Animal experimental study on the intra-articular pressure change children with synoyitis of hip
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To dynamically observe the change of intra-articular pressure of the hip by means of injecting 2‰Noradrenaline(NA)into the hip joint cavity,to study the effects of intra-articular pressure change on transient synovitis of hip(TSH).Methods:Fourty-eight dogs aged 2~3 months had been randomly divided into 12 groups, with four in each group All were injected 2‰NA into the hip joint an four assessments had been done.①The intra-articular pressure of hip was determined at different times.②99m TC-MDP triphasic imaging was used to observe the local blood supply of femoral head.③Pathological changes were observed to understand the disease course.④X-ray was adopted to exmine the hip.Result:Noradrenaline induced transient synovitis of hip,and synovitis resulted in the increase of intra-articular pressure of hip which was over 20mmHg and lowered to be normal with the inflammation fading away.Transient blood insufficiency was observed in femoral head, but with no putrescence. Conclusion:In transient synovitis of hip, synovitis resulted in the change of intra-articular pressure hip, which changed to be normal as the inflammation faded away;and the intra-articular pressure change would influence the blood supply in femoral head, and could canse transient blood insufficiency.
2.Comparison of the effects of ropivacaine and sufentanil alone or in combination with continuous subarachnoid block for labor analgesia
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):271-272,275
Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine and sufentanil alone or in combination with continuous subarachnoid block for labor analgesia.MethodsIn this experiment, 63 cases of spontaneous delivery of labor in First People's Hospital Jiande City from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of hospitalization. Each 21 cases. In the control group, 1 mg of ropivacaine was treated with 1 mg of ropivacaine (15 mg) and 5μL of sufentanil. The control group 1 was treated with 1% ropivacaine alone. The control group 2 was treated with 6μl of sufentanil.ResultsIn this experiment, the effect of subarachnoid analgesia was VAS score≤3 points, the experimental group was significantly faster than the control group 1, 2 (P<0.05), the first PCEA administration time is subarachnoid The effective duration of analgesia in the experimental group was statistically significant (P<0.05).In addition, VAS score was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the three groups. In addition, the three groups of maternal active period, the second labor time difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionCompared with the original single use of agents, ropivacaine and sufentanil continuous subarachnoid analgesia for labor analgesia had better effects on maternal effects on labor.

RESULTS: The combined uncertainty was 5.45?10-3, extended uncertainty was 0.01, and the determined content of Baicalin was (4.02?0.01) mg?mL-1. CONCLUSION: The established analytical method is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of HPLC method in the determination of drugs.
4.Present Status of Hereditary Thrombophilia
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2008;0(07):-
Objective To summarize the advancement of hereditary thrombophilia. Methods Relevant literatures about hereditary thrombophilia published recently domestic and abroad were reviewed and analyzed. Results The hereditary risk factors of venous thromboembolism were different among different races. In western population, the main risk factors were activated protein C resistance (APC-R) and mutation of factor V Leiden, methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase polymorphism (C677T) and prothrombin G20210A.While in Chinese population, the disorder of protein C system and hyperhomocysteinemia were the major genetic risk factor. The existence of multiple genetic risk factors increased the incidence of primary and recurrent venous thromboembolism. Conclusion Further study on the relations between the hereditary risk factors and thrombophilia will be very important for prediction and prevention of the venous thromboembolism.
5.Hyperthyroidism-associated coronary spasm: A case of non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction with thyrotoxicosis
Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2011;(4):258-259
Hyperthyroidism is associated with many heart diseases.Thyrotoxic state has a relationship with coronary spasm. We present a case of a non-menopausal woman with hyperthyroidism who complained of chest pain. The diagnosis of coronary spasm was confirmed by coronary angiography (CAG).She is treated well with anti-thyrotoxicosis and anti-anginal medication. We recommend not use CAG as the first diagnostic choice among the patients with medication-uncontrolled hyperthyroidism and chest pain.
6.The Effect of Modern Science and Technologies on Human Reproductive Behavior
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
With the development of modern medical science and technology, especially modern assisted reproductive technologies, the natural attribute of human reproductive behavior is being increasingly eliminated by its social attribute. The quantity and quality of reproduction have direct influence on the status of social existence and development, thus human have made more and more interfere in human reproductive behavior for social benefits by controlling the demand of childbearing, changing the manner of reproduction, and designing and choosing the result of childbearing. The interference is eliminating the connection of reproduction and sexes, and breaking the original stable social relation based on natural order. While the nature attribute of human reproductive behavior is being eliminated, the urgent problem facing modern people is how to rebuild the stability of social order.
7.Correlation between the diameter of experimental abdominal aortic aneurysm and the concentration of iNOS by stages
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(6):376-379,封3
Objective To construct new model of experimental abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and detect the AAA outer diameter and the change of induce nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in the abdominal aor-tic aneurysm in different period, and analysis the correlation between experimental AAA and iNOS.Methods During the operation of the experiment group, the vascular prosthesis of PTFE was implanted to the rabbit abdominal aorta to form an aneurysm, while sham operation was done in the control group. The tissue of ab-dominal aortic aneurysm was harvested in 1 d,7d,14d,and 28d after operation, respectively. The tissue bo-mogenate concentration of iNOS in the abdominal aortic aneurysm were detected by enzyme linked immu-nosorbent assay (ELISA).Results In experimental group, mean concentration of the tissue bomogenate concentration of iNOS in the abdominal aortic aneurysm in 1 d,7 d,14 d,28 d were (22.129 ±2.518)μ/mL,(27.337±5.321) μ/mL,(36.047±4.584)μ/mL,(44.756±1.799)μ/mL,respectively;In control group, that was (12.499±1.807)μ/mL.The concentration of iNOS in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01).The difference during the experimental group all had statisti-cal significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion It is possible that iNOS has some biological function during the formation and progression of the abdominal aortic aneurysm.
8.Discussion on Situation and Future of Traditional Chinese Medical Theory in the Debate of Brain or Heart Governing Mind
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2004;0(05):-
This article aims at discussing the situation and future of traditional Chinese medical theory. By comparing the differences of the concept and knowledge about mind between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine, the debate about the source and destination of "brain governing mind" and "heart governing mind" were analyzed and the meaning of mind was thoroughly explained. It is concluded that in the theory of TCM mind is the essence of life. To develop the theory of TCM, the eoncept of TCM terminology should be understood thoroughly; it should be neither misused nor applied mechanically. Only having a good and correct beginning, can the development of TCM theory and its guidance in clinic be achieved.
