The early functional changes of the heart after radiation, burn or combined radiation-burn injury were studied with an isolated working heart preparation of rats. The animals were randomized into the control group (C), the burn injury group (B) inflicted with 30% TB-SA full thickness burns from a 5 kw bromine-tungsten lamp, the radiation injury group (R) inflicted with total body irradiation of 6 Gy from a "Co source and the combined radiation-burn injury group (RB) receiving both of the injuries. Objective To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone prophylaxis for persistent ectopic pregnancy (PEP) after laparoscopic conservative surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups by admission number, the study group (60 cases) were treated by mifepristone before laparoscopic conservative surgery and methotrexate combined with mifepristone after laparoscopic conservative surgery, but the control group (60 cases) were treated by laparoscopic conservative surgery, the bleeding was observated in the surgery,concentration of β-human chorionic gonadotrop ( β-hCG) was detected before operation and 1,3,7,12 d after operation. Results There were significant differences in β-hCG after operation 3,7,12 d between two groups(P<0.05). The bleeding was (21.8 ?.2) ml in study group,and (38.1 ?3.1) ml in control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). In study group, the incidence of PEP was 0, and 3.33%(2/60) in control group. Conclusion Preoperative mifepristone and postoperative mifepristone combined with methotrexate in preventing PEP after laparoscopic conservative surgery is efficacy, and it can be chosen in clinic.

Objective To investigate the effect of granulesten on hs-CRP and lipid in patients with stroke.Methods 76 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the control group were treated by conventional therapy, 38 cases in the experiment group were treated on the basis of the control group with granulesten.hs-CRP, IL-6, Hcy, and lipid fat were detected and the clinic effect were compared after the treatment.ResuIt Compared with control group, hs-CRP, IL-6, and Hcy of the experiment group were lower(P<0.05), TC, TG and LDL-C were lower, HDL-C was higher ( P<0.05 ) , the clinic effect was higher ( P<0.05 ) , the rate of side effect was higher ( P<0.05 ) . ConcIusion Granulester can significantly reduce serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and Hcy levels, improve blood lipid metabolism, improve the clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions are mild, it has important significance for patients with acute ischemic stroke.

Objective To identify and investigate B(A)02 allele in a patient. Methods Serological tests were performed with standard serological methods in a patient with B(A)02 allele. DNA sequences of all seven exons and exon-intron boundaries of ABO gene were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), direct DNA sequencing and sequencing after gene cloning. In order to analyze the allele, PyMOL software was used to establish 3D model of Glycosyltransferases B (GTB). Results The serological results showed the characteristics of B(A) phenotype. DNA analysis revealed that ABO gene of the individual was heterozygous of B(A)02/O01 allele. 700C>G mutation was identified in B101 allele, which resulted in the amino acid substitution P234A in GTB. Through the analysis of the 3D structure of GTB, it was speculated that the P234A replacement affected the intermolecular forces of the 234 amino acid and Met-266, thus changed the conformation of the donor-binding pocket of GTB,that made GTB capable of recognizing and tranferring the GalNac to the H antigen, which can lead to the formation of the weak A antigen on membrane of red blood cells. Conclusion The P234A replacement can affect the spatial conformation of the specific recognition region conformed by Met-266 and Ala-268 residues, which leads to the antigenicity change of the ABO blood group.

Objective:To investigate the current status and related factors of psychological distress in tele-phone operators.Methods:Totally 575 telephone operators from sample of a convenient survey in a certain telecom-munication company of Shandong Province were selected.They were assessed with Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS)and Sim-plified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ)for the evaluation of psychological distress,resilience,perceived social support and the coping style respectively.Ordinal logistic regression was used to identify the related factors of psy-chological distress.Results:The mean score of K10 was (24.7 ±6.7),91.8% (528 /575)of telephone operators had psychological distress.Specifically,24.5%(141 /575)had mild psychological distress,45.4% (261 /575)had moderate psychological distress,21.9% (126 /575)had severe psychological distress.Ordinal logistic regression a-nalysis indicated that the ones with good economic conditions (OR =1.74,95%CI:1.15 -2.63),higher level of re-silience (OR =1.13,95%CI:1.10 -1.17)and other social support (OR =1.07,95%CI:1.02 -1.12)had milder psychological distress;while with negative coping style (OR =0.29,95%CI:0.20 -0.41)had more severe psycho-logical distress.Conclusion:It suggested that the prevalence rate of psychological distress among telephone opera-tors is high.Poor economic conditions,lower level of resilience and social support,and negative coping style might be the related factors of psychological distress.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the level of quality standard for Chinese patent medicine types included in National Essen-tial Medicine List(2012 edition),and to provide reference for the selection of Chinese patent medicine types in the next edition of National Essential Medicine List. METHODS:By retrieving the relevant national standards of Chinese patent medicine,collecting the key information about their quality standard,database establishment and data analysis were conducted for quality standard of Chinese patent medicine. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:There were 371 preparations included in the 2012 edition of National Essen-tial Medicine List. Among them,267 preparations were included in part I of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition);71.97% car-ried out pharmacopoeia quality standard. The quality standard system was perfect;the quality control items and the detection meth-ods were abundant;and the safety control technology was strengthened. The quality standard of 104 TCM preparations carried out non-pharmacopoeia standards,accounting for 28.03% of the total;among which,the quality standard for 18 TCM preparations were from Medicine Standard of Ministry of Public Health of Peoples Republic of China·Preparation Containing Traditional Chi-nese Medicine;the quality standard for 6 TCM preparations came from National Standards Compilation for Chinese Patent Medi-cines;both were relatively early quality standards. There are some problems,such as absence of identification and content determi-nation,few ingredient for identification,few index and components for measurement. The quality standards of preparations are to be improved.

Objective To investigate the effects of myricetin (Myr) on A549 lung cancer cell proliferation and its mechanism. Method The inhibitory effects of Myr on the growth of A549 cells were investigated and its value of IC50 after 72 h incubation was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazolyl -2)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. The phosphorylation level of Akt protein was studied by Western blotting. Results Myr inbibited A549 cell proliferation in dose-dependent way. The IC50 value of Myr treatment for 72 h was 41.7 ?g/ml. Treatments with 32 ?g/ml Myr for 12 h significantly reduced the protein kinase B (Akt Ser473) phosphorylation. Conclusion Myr could inhibit the growth of A549 cell in a dose-dependent way. Akt phosphorylation may be the mainly molecular target of Myr in A549.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MSCT in the diagnosis of unexplained aseites.Methods 113 patients with unexplained ascites were retrospectively reviewed by CT、clinical data and continous observation.Results Large ascites in 50 cases(44.3%),moderate amount aseites in 10 cases(8.8%),small ascites in 53 cases(46.9%);Parietal peritoneum changed in 51 cases(45.1%);Mesentery changed in 44 cases(38.9%);Grerter omentum changed in 20 eases(17.7%);Enlargement of lymph nodes in 67 cases(59.3%).Conclusion Malignant tumor was the most common cause of unexplained ascites.MSCT could help in identifying tumors and the tumor lesion,forecast malignant ascites,and had great value in etiology and diagnosis of ascites.
