Objective By checking on the government employees and teachers.measuring the blood pressure according to WHO,and sending the inquires papers on dangerous fact.Methods The civil servants and teachers in Dangling dis- trict were examined in October 2004.Results The result was made according to the statisitics analysis.It shows that occupation,sex,age,BMI,the history of smoking,the history of family.All these can cause the independent dan- gerous fact to the hypertensive disease.Conclusion Fat,high salt diet,smoking and drinking were all risk factors of high blood pressure.

3.FTA/PCR Detection for Cryptosporidium Added in Beverage

An established FTA/PCR protocol was applied to detect Cryptosporidium oocysts which were added in beverage, and proved to be as sensitive as 1.0 oocyst/ml detected within 6 hours. The study indicates that this technique is sensitive, time-saving and easy to perform.
4.Experimental Study on Tongmai Oral Liquid Prepared by Different Processes

Objective: To study various preparation methods for Tongmai Oral Liquid. Methods: Tongmai Oral Liquid with ultrafiltration method, water alcohol method, talcum powder method, and method were prepared respectively; using impurity clearing efficency, clarity, total saponin content as parameters for quality control. Results: Tongmai Oral Liquid prepared by water alcohol method (alcohol concentration being 75%) was better than that by other methods in claerity, and stability and has highest total saponin. Conclusions: Quality of Tongmai Oral Liquid prepared by water alcohol method was available.

Object To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Diplopanax stachyathus Hand Mazz aiming at searching for bioactive natural products Methods The compounds Ⅰ-Ⅹ were isolated by a combination of Sephedex LH 20 and silica gel column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by spectral methods Results Ten known compounds were isolated from leaves of D stachyathus Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: ? sitosterol (Ⅰ), betulinic acid (Ⅱ), oleanolic acid (Ⅲ), ursolic acid (Ⅳ), daucossterol (Ⅴ), quercetin 3 O ? D glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), 3,3′,4′ tri O methyellagic acid (Ⅶ), 3, 3′ di O methylellagic acid 4 O ? D xylopyranoside (Ⅷ), 3′ O methylellagic acid 4 O ? D xylopyranoside (Ⅸ), and 3, 3′,4′ tri O methylellagic acid O ? D glucopyranoside (Ⅹ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time
6.The prevalence and risk factors of coronary heart disease combined with chronic kidney disease

ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence rate and risk factors of inpatients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) combined chronic kidney disease (CKD).MethodsAll people who underwent CHD combined CKD in CHD department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during January to December 2009 were enrolled in the retrospective study.Results A total of 960 hospitalized patients with CHD were enrolled during the observation period. The prevalence of proteinuria and reduced eGFR were 11.04% and 10.52%,respectively.The total CKD prevalence rate was 16.77%,with male of 16.67% and female of 17.11%.There was no significant difference in prevalence rate between male and female( P > 0.05 ).The multi-factors logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus(OR 2.60,95%CI 1.17-3.29) was risk factor for CHD combined proteinuria.Ten-years older in age( OR1.55, 95%CI1.31-1.83 ), diabetesmellitus ( OR1.69, 95%CI1.15-2.47 ),hypercholesterolemia ( OR 2.89,95% CI 1.49-5.61 ),and hyperuricemia( OR 1.49,95% CI 0.96-2.33 )were risk factors for CHD combined CKD. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the high prevalence of CHD combined CKD.
7.Psychological factors influencing individual seasickness

Objective:To explore the psychological factors influencing seasickness in different individuals, so as to provide guidelines for prevention and treatment of seasickness from psychological perspective. Methods: Medical undergraduate students (n=124) were subjected to the following tests before training on the sea: rod and frame apparatus, motion sickness history questionnaire, seasickness self-efficacy scale, body vigilance scale, EPQ, and state-trait anxiety inventory. The total number of valid questionnaires was 123. During sailing the seasickness state of students was assessed by Graybiel’s diagnostic criteria based on their seasickness symptoms and signs. Results: Among the 123 students 75 had seasickness and 48 did not have. Single factor analysis showed that motion sickness history and seasickness self-efficacy were statistically significant(P

Objective To study the effect of cistanche deserticola on lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) isoenzyme,glycogen and nitric oxide synthase 3(NOS3) of liver in the mice burden swimming and explore relevant molecular mechanisms of anti-sports fatigue.Methods The mice were devided into the normal control group,the sport control group and the cistanche deserticola experimental group.Each mice of the normal control group and the sport control group was given saline 0.2 mL per day.Each mice of the cistanche deserticola experimental group was given water decoction of cistanche deserticola 0.2 mL(3 g/kg) per day.The administrations were for 15 days.The burden swimming for 90 minutes was carried out on the mice of the sport control group and the cistanche deserticola experimental group at 1 hour after the last administration.Livers of the mice were removed after 10 hours of swimming.One part of liver was fixed in the neutral formalin liquid to prepare the paraffin sections and the others was used for measurement of LDH activity.The structure of the liver was observed by staining of HE and the liver glycogen were measured by staining of glycogen.NOS3 was examined by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results The liver structure of the sport control group was injured seriously,the isoenzyme of LDH4 and LDH5 were higher,the liver glycogen were poor,NOS3 was decreased compared with the normal control group(P
9.Reconstruction of trachea-esophagus vocalization by tunnel method in 12 cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of reconstruction in improving trachea esophagus vocalization after total laryngectomy.Method We reviewed the reconstruction of vocalization with trachea esophagus tunnel in 12 cases patients of total laryngectomy,i.e. a triangular mucous valve was made by incision of the posterior wall of the trachea with the correlative anterior wall of the esophagus made into a tunnel and the mucous valve would vocalize.Result 11 of the 12 cases obtained successful vocalization,counting for 91% of the total. Atresia of the vocalizing valve occurred in one case.Conclusion Trachea esophagus tunnel vocalization reconstruction has better therapeutic effect with good vocalization effect and fewer complications and easily performed.It avoided the shortcomings of necrosis and atresia of the vocalization valve and pharyngeal fistula formation,and the complexity of exchange of artificial vocalization tube again and again.
