1.Progress of laboratory diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(5):503-505,508
The traditional laboratory markers of acute pancreatitis in children include serum amylase and urine amylase, serum lipase, urinary trypsinogen-2, C-reactive protein, cytokines, amylase and creatinine clearance ratio and so on. They can be simply detected and economic, but the sensitivity and specificity are not satisfied. Several new laboratory markers of acute pancreatitis in children, which include procalcitonin, phospholipase A2, PankrinTM, trypsinogen activation peptide, carboxypeptidase B activation peptide, human pancreas-specific protein/procarboxypeptidase B, polymorphonuclear elastase, serum amyloid protein A, and as well as intercellular adhesion molecule- 1, have been found and applied in recent years .They can provide reliable judgment methods for early diagnosis and prediction of the severity of acute pancreatitis in children, but most of the new laboratory markers are rarely used in clinic because they are difficult to be detected and expensive. More sensitive, specific, cheap and operable laboratory markers which can be used in clinic are to be explored.

4.New Model on Chinese Medicine Syndrome Marker Proteins Research Based on Liquid Bio-chip Technology
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(3):229-230
As a technology platform for proteome research, suspension array technology has just started, but it is another way to open up a new research model, especially m the study of TCM syndrome.the accumulation of protein will be integrated to select specific, sensitive, universal syndrome protein expression profiles for the standard syndrome to provide more effective micro-data,it is possible to make objective and quantitative differentiation of syndromes.
5.Gastrin releasing peptide in chronic stress and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(12):894-897
Some hormones and glucocorticoid in chronic strss feedback are demonstrated to have significant effects on cancer progression.Recently,as a typical neuropeptide, gastrin releasing peptide (GRP) could mediate chronic stress to promote carcinogenesis through four conceivable mechanisms, such as regulating circadian rhythms, suppressing immunity system, acting as a mitogenic effect and mediating cancer-related psychiatric disorders,et al.
6.A SEROEPEPIDEMIOLOGIC STUDY ON THE RELATION BETWEEN HBV INFECTION AND PRIMARY LIVER CANCER
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
A serocpidemiologic study was conducted to approach the relation between HBV infection and PLC. In PLC patients, the positivity rates of HBsAg and anti-HBc are higher than that in the tumor and donors groups, but that of anti-HBs is lower. No significant difference between the HBV infections rates for PLA patients and donors was found. HBV infections pattern of patients with liver cirrhosis is very close to that of those with PLC.The outcome prompts that there is a relation between HBV infection and PLC, but it is not only one.
7.Self Image of Female Adolescents
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective:To study the relationship between body image and s ubjective happiness Method:225 female students of a normal scho ol in Nanchang were tested with self-designed self-image scale, the index of the ir body (height, weight ) were also collected Results:In 5 8 6% of our sample, there was a obvious difference between the self-judgement of sel f-image and the result of body index, 11 4% had disturbance of body image Bet we en those with disturbance and those without, there were significant differences in desire to be slim, fitness of self, and ideal body image There was signific a nt correlation between satisfaction of fitness of oneself and subjective happine ss, between self-induced vomiting and using drugs in fitness Conclusion : Girls with disturbance
8.Comparison of Corilagin Molecular Imprinting Polymers Prepared with Two Kinds of Functional Monomers
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2004;0(06):-
【Objective】To optimize the functional monomers which is used for the synthesis of Corilagin molecular imprinting polymer.【Methods】The chromatographic characteristics of Corilagin molecular imprinting polymers synthesized respectively by functional monomers of ?-methacrylic acid(MAA)and acrylamied(AA)were investigated with HPLC,and the imprinting efficiency of the two kinds of polymers on Colilagin template were compared.【Results】The polymer with AA as the functional monomer had a higher imprinting efficiency than the polymer with MAA as the functional monomer.【Conclusion】AA is the optimal functional monomer for the synthesis of Corilagin molecular imprinting polymer.
9.Study of Mammographic Diagnosis and Technique in Mammary Tumor
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore the mammographic characteristics and technique in mammary tumor. Methods The mammographic materials of 200 cases with breast tumors which were confirmed by surgery, ultrasonography, biopsy or clinic follow-up were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Benign mammary tumors were found in 138 cases. They were the masses with round or ellipse in shape mammographically and soft clinically. In 62 cases of breast cancer, the mammogram showed irregular masses in 37 cases (59.7%), oval in 25 (40.3%), clustered tiny calcification in 32 (51.6%) and local infiltration in 4 (6.5%). The masses were hard on palpation, and their sizes were smaller on mammogram than that on palpation. Conclusion mammography is the initial modality for breast tumor, which can demonstrate main direct and indirect signs of the breast cancer, and shares high value in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
10.Observations on the Efficacy of Thumbtack Needle Acupuncture for Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(7):861-862
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thumbtack needle acupuncture in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy-seven patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 37 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The same acupoints were selected in the two groups. The treatment group received thumbtack needle acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after two courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 92.5% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Thumbtack needle acupuncture s is an effective way to treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis. The patients have good compliance.
